We had our daughters sweet 16 last night and used JT Limousine once again. Kim and John really went above and beyond for us. Came early, made several trips back and fourth from the catering hall and was very professional. Why would I EVER use anyone else.. thanks again, guys!.. Keep up the great work!

JT Limo made my daughters Sweet 16 absolutely amazing. They did not disappoint and were very prompt in their service I will definitely be using them again.

DO NOT HIRE! Beware almost 1.5 hours late no apologies no consideration fabricated lies. I hired JT limo for my daughter's sweet sixteen on October 8, 2017 for 3 hours with agreed 2 pick ups and 2 drop offs. The limo arrived almost 1.5 hours late for both pick ups making 21 people, late including my daughter and the rest of the party, all missing pictures, almost missing being able to walk out with the family and the court and not allowing me, the host to be at the venue for final preparations as I had to wait for the limo.

After I tried to communicate with Kim from JT limo as time went by without the limo showing up, she was barely communicative and when she did reply via text only, she asked for the location of the drop off and time of the party although all this was already agreed to prior; she advised that the driver was stuck in traffic and "If the car is late a little bit I will work it out with you with the price , my driver is telling me it’s moving extremely slow and he left very early .

I don’t want you to stress he is on the way. What time does party start". When Karl the driver did show up almost 1.5 hours late for the 1st pick up, he advised that the original driver never showed, that he, Karl, was a replacement driver, he did not receive any details as to where to drop off was.

Karl also had no clue that he had another group to pick up to bring to the venue so he waited around at the venue needlessly making the 2nd group even more late. Having said that Karl the driver was a very nice man who tried to do his best while his company did not give him instructions, addresses other than the initial pick up that he was instructed to go to last minute. Basically, JT limo and Kim ruined my daughter's party and they made 21 people arrive over 1.5 hours late, forced me recruit others last minute to run over to the venue to take care of things I should have been there for but could not because I had to wait at home for the late limo, we all missed pictures, and the stress caused needlessly due to their negligence, bad planning and ultimate lies, which are unacceptable.

To add insult to injury, when I asked Kim not to charge my account fully for the service I finally did receive an email from her as follows:"Good morning, I think it’s best for you to speak to owner since the way you spoke about me and cursed me out was not necessary. I was trying to help you , I was not the one driving, I gave you a extremely reasonable price to work with you from beginning, but when a customer feels the need to abuse me , I will have the owner call you when he gets in.

As the contract states we are not help responsible for things beyond our control. You still used the service. I’m not sure what amount was charged, he can answer that for you .

Kim JT LIMOUSINE" The above is a complete lie.There was not one raised voice as I never had a chance even to speak with Kim as she never picked up the phone or returned my phone calls during the prolonged wait, there was not one abusive or mean spirited email or text sent from me or anyone interested party , therefore this is a fabrication which seems to be a modus operandi this company uses to deliver terrible service and under the guise of "traffic issues that are beyond their control" that is baked into the contract and alleging that a client spoke badly to "Kim", they try to cover themselves to hen go ahead and charge accounts without express authorization which in this case they did.

I called the company asked to speak to the owner, however no one replies ; it goes to voicemail. I left a message asking for the owner to return my call; no reply but they were quick to charge my account the additional $325, which I did not authorize, in addition to the $50 deposit.

I needed a limo for my Birthday party. I didn’t have any experience at renting a limo, so I was a bit confused and didn’t know any companies. But, luckily, one of my friends recommended me to use JT limousine…and it was GREAT! The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. They even sent me photos of cars via email! What an amazing service! The driver arrived on time! He texted me that he was waiting for me and my friends. He was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. I really loved the car! It was a brilliant and probably brand new limo! It was clean outside and inside.

The company provided with everything I needed: audio system,mini bar, lights and karaoke . The whole ride was amazing , the driver treated us nicely. He got us from destination to destination without a hitch and made extra stopes when we asked him. I rent a limo for about 12 hours and the price was reasonable. I give this company five stars! Everything was amazing from very beginning to the very end. I’m sure you will not find company that treats you better than JT LIMO! Thank you guys, you made my Bday !

I have to say first we found them on thumbtack and I couldn't be more impressed by the customer service they provided. John responded immediately and we followed up with Kim. Who by way is a sweetheart , very attentive to your needs. They made our daughters 21st birthday party amazing and SAFE. From the moment we spoke to John he made all our fears go away and assured a safe and comfortable ride for 10 ladies.

We spoke to a couple of limo service companies and none of them came close to JT limo service. I will never use anyone other then this company. Thank you JT and Kim for going above and beyond and making this special occasion memorable and safe.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Kim and the professional drivers at JT Limousine. I was part of a wedding in Long Island. Coming from Staten Island, I was hesitant to drive home after the reception for a number of reasons. I contacted Kim 2 weeks prior to reserve a ride. I told Kim that we were going to be eight passengers to and from the reception. Kim reserved our trips and remained in contact with me leading up to the event.

Our drivers, Karl on the way and John on the return trip, were professional and obviously took great pride in the job performance. I would reccomend to anyone,looking for a Limousine Service,to look no further than JT Limousines.

I was looking for a limo to rent for my cousin's bachelorette night out and JT limousine responded to a request I made on thumbtack and it was smooth sailing from that point on. Kim, who helped me with coordinating everything was extremely helpful, and responded quickly to all my inquiries! She even allowed me to hitch a ride with the limo to our first destination which was in Stamford, CT. Unheard of right?!?

I was so thankful because i didn't have to take the metronorth from grand central anymore!! Yeyy JT Limousine! So the limo itself was a very nice 14 passenger with party lights and a fully stocked bar with wine, waters, and good quality champagne!! They even threw in bachelorette decorations like scratch off games, bachelorette napkins and photo props!!

Too cute! Our driver Carl, was also super cute and fun!!! He made our evening go amazingly well too. I would for sure book JT limousine again, Kim and the staff over there rocks!!

I booked this company for my daughter's sweet 16. The driver was excellent. .I'm a nervous mom and her made me feel so at ease..he took 8 loud teenage girls out to dinner and sightseeing in the city without a chaperone and text me ever step of the way...I recommend this company 1000%. I will be using them again for prom

The best limo experience of my life. I booked them for my prom the driver was on time and so respectful and sweet. The service treats everyone like family. I will most definitely be going back to them for more events.

Planned my moms surprise birthday through this company and was super impressed!
