I had never used a car service before and was so hesitant - it was all so very expensive and they were all in such a rush to get you to give them your credit card number. I almost gave up, but then I contacted Middleton Masters Group after viewing their website. From the word go, I was so impress with the customer service, the quick response and the excellent rates we received.
From the second I heard her voice, I knew we were going to be okay! Not only was she KIND, but she wasn't in a rush to have us sign up for the most expensive service Hi Class Limousine offered. When I told her our situation and our needs, worked with me to find a solution that not only worked with our family and our needs, but with our budget! It was amazing!!
She also sent us a contract to SECURE our services and took a security deposit. We were ASSURED and GUARANTEED our services at the time had promised. NONE of the other companies I had contacted would even guarantee service, even if we had paid in full in advance! All my guest and I was very happy with the services we received, our chauffeur was outstanding and very professional. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Middleton Masters Group, great job.

BEST experience ever renting a limo which I have done so many times. After contacting Middleton Masters Group and outlined whet we were looking for, the delivered an excellent limo service that was fit for our event. All the staff at Middleton Masters Group was extremely helpful, courteous and straight-forward. They went over everything and left us fully assured with much confidence and they delivered.

We were searching for a good rate and great limo service that had various vehicles to accommodate 300 guest to our reception. We contacted Middleton Masters Group and they were really a GREAT example of what customer service means when you REALLY need it. I wanted a very nice limo for my wedding and a coach bus to shuttle my guest. We got many quotes, but when we spoke with the staff at Middleton Masters Group, they gave us such a great deal, it was hard to say no.
Vehicles showed up on time as promise and our chauffeurs were very professional with our guest. They treat us like we were from the Royal family, but we appreciate everything. Again, many thanks to the wonder staff at Middleton Masters Group for help making our Wedding event special.
