I booked roundtrip transport online from MCO to a Disney resort, the driver was late meeting us, pickup and dropoff were fine, they didn't have me sign anything or have any opportunity to add gratuity. Reviewed a call at nearly 10pm after they were aware we were traveling all day from the owner saying that the driver was upset there was no gratuity.
I explained there was no opportunity to add any. They didn't address that and just said that I booked online. I was delirious after having just.been woken up after traveling for 18 hours with two kids so just told him to add 20%. It was extremely unprofessional. I cancelled my return the next day and found alternate transport.

Our family had a great trip and Nelson from Orlando Limo Service only added to our experiences. We ordered an SUV and much to our surprise and delight we received a complimentary upgrade to a stretch Limousine (my 17 yr old 1st ride in a limo). Great 80s music and Nelson was very engaging. I wish there was more than 5 stars available!

We used Orlando Transportation Specialists to travel to Port Canaveral for our Family Cruise and the experience was great. Driver was there for us 20 minutes or so before pick up. He was very professional and Courteous. He helped carrying our heavy suite cases and loaded them into his clean Black Suburban SUV.He was a safe and alert driver, keeping up with posted speed limits at all times.
This was a very pleasant experience compared to the one we had previously with another company few months back where the driver was speeding like a Maniac because he needed to get to his second pick up on Time. I will continue using them in the future as we were happy with the quality of the service we received and I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for that peace of mind on the day of travel because they are very reliable and customer service oriented.

After moving to florida 4 years ago and needing transportation on the regular to and from the Orlando airport I was lucky enough to find these guys. No matter when I call or what time I need a ride they are always there to pick me up. Courteous friendly and always on time. If you need a ride from the airport don't waste your time or money on a taxi call Orlando transportation specialists. You'll be glad you did.

Decided to go with them after reading the reviews and getting reasonable quotes. Sammy picked us up from airport to hotel, and later from Port Canaveral back to airport. He's super nice, courteous, on time, and friendly. On top of that, he's very honest, which is very hard to come by these days. Thank you very much Sammy!!! Next time we go to Orlando again it's a no brainer!

Just used this service today and could not be happier. Booked a short notice round trip town car service from our Disney resort to Universal Studios and everything went as smooth as could be. Our driver Adam was excellent. He was pleasant and attentive, but most of all....ON TIME (actually early). Even changed our return pick up time mid day and the staff totally accommodated our change in itinerary.
Clean car. Easy safe ride. Great service! If you're in Orlando and in need of a car service....look these guys up! I know I will definitely be using them again. Thanks again Adam!!!!

My BFF and I were taking a girls trip to Florida to take a cruise with a couple night stop in Orlando prior to the cruise. We booked all of our ground transportation with Orlando Transportation Specialists prior to our arrival. We paid in advance with our credit cards, so it made the travel very easy and stress free. When we arrived in Orlando our driver was waiting for us with our name on an iPad in the baggage claim area.
He helped us with our luggage and took us out to the very clean, spacious town car waiting for us outside. We had the same driver on all three legs and he was very friendly, prompt and helpful. He drove us safely to all of our locations and made sure we knew where to go to meet him when we got back from our cruise. He always kept the car at a comfortable tempurature and was even aware of when we were having a conversation and kept the music turned low and when we mentioned loving a song, turned it up for us.
He was both professional and fun at the same time. I would not hesitate to use them again, it was a very positive experience all the way around. Way better than the uncertainty of a cab, especially for the longer trips to Port Canaveral.

Excellent service. Very clean and well maintained vehicle (Suburban). The driver (Sammy) was well prepared and a safe driver. I felt completely at ease and safe (I'm female). He drove me to several bird watching sites and even knew something about birds! Provided good conversation if you wanted it and was quiet if you didn't. I have no reservations about recommending the company based on his service.
