Did a fine job. Drivers were both professional and nice. Price was fair. Will be using them on our next trip to Vegas.

Completely dissatisfied with American Coach Limo Service. When my morning flight was canceled by the SW Airlines at the last minute, I notified the limo service immediately to cancel my scheduled ride. I was told the driver was already in route & it could not be canceled. I explained the flight was canceled with no explanation from the carrier nor an update for a replacement flight.

I explained to American Coach that I would call to schedule another ride upon receipt of an update on a new flight, The dispatcher replied I would still be charged $196 for the earlier scheduled trip. When I discussed the situation with an American Coach manager, she rudely advised since they're not connected to the airlines, neither a reimbursement or a partial credit was not possible.

My total cost would have been DOUBLE the $196 to book another ride to O'Hare airport from Sycamore Illinois. I have been a loyal customer of this limo service since 2019. In lieu of an Uber, American Coach has been my one stop shop when traveling to Chicago. Today I was met by an insensitive manager who had no regard for a stressful situation that was totally out of my control. I will never use the limo service again or recommend them to family or friends.

Our driver Julius was great. We had text confirmations about the car status, and he arrived a few minutes before our departure time, 10:30 am. And we were able to travel with a rear facing car seat in the sedan. Would definitely use again to avoid paying for parking at Midway!

I’ve long since learned getting into a cab after a long flight coming into O’Hare is a terrible idea. You are almost guaranteed to get a cabby who plays super loud music and drives like a maniac. This is why I pay extra for a private car with American Coach Limousine. It’s well worth it and you’ll get home safe and sound. By the way, Tad is an amazing driver.

Had 3am pick up to MDW and driver never showed. Called office and was told could not get ahold of driver that was scheduled and closest other driver was 35 minutes away. We had to drive to the airport and pay for 2 weeks of parking.

Driver was on the phone the entire time and distracted during unloading. Our jackets were in the trunk of the vehicle. Our driver drove off with our belongings and Courtney, the manager's solution is that we pay for shipping of our coats or pay for the driver to drive them to us. Their customer service is terrible. Update: they charged my card $65 to ship my coats back.

I did not authorize the charge nor did anyone touch base with me to confirm I wanted them shipped, so I encourage you to question yourself if you feel safe with a company that takes liberties with your credit card information.

We hired American Coach Limousine to use as our transportation on our wedding day based on the recommendation of a family friend. I was hesitant initially because weddings did not seem to be their bread and butter, but their price was the most reasonable we had been offered. Well, I regret being hesitant about using American Coach Limo because we had an amazing and seamless experience.

Our vehicle was perfect - I wanted a sprinter van and that is exactly what we got. It was in great condition, very clean, and had all the bells and whistles. Our driver was also perfect! He was on time to each of the stops and was super courteous! Since our wedding, we have actually booked them twice for airport transportation to and from Midway airport and again, a seamless and enjoyable experience. I would recommend for your wedding or airport transportation needs!

We had an SUV pick us up from O'Hare to take us home. First, the car wasn't the make or plate they told me to look for on the phone, plus they told us the wrong place to stand and wait. But the worst part of it all is that our driver kept starting to nod off while driving down the tollway! I was incredibly worried about his ability to get my family. home in one piece.

I kept clearing my throat and talking loudly to startle him awake. I called the company upon arriving home and they said they'd start an investigation into it, I told them I wanted a follow up call regarding it all. That was now 3 days ago and I haven't heard a thing. I will never use or recommend them again.

If I could give no stars I would. Received notification an hour before our pick up for our international flight, that our driver was on their way. (From the tracking map, should have been to our house easily 20 min early.) Pick up was scheduled for 2:30am. Get a call at 2:25 from dispatch (who I could barely understand due to their "sleepy voice") stating the driver will be 15-20 min late (which we all know in reality is more like 25-30 late).

Couldn't tell me why they were going to be late, and when I told her this was unacceptable and asked that a manager call me later, she said she would pass a message but couldn't guarantee a call back. Really? When I checked the tracker again at 2:45, driver was still 10 to 15 min from our house. Again.pick up was supposed to be a 230.now not getting to my home at the earliest 3:00. Pathetic at best regarding service.

Someone rely on you for a pick up and receives a message an hour before pick up that the driver will be there, and then this? Plenty of other companies to use. Have had minor issues with past rides, but this will be the last time we consider using them.

1st time using American Coach Limousine in Chicago. Easy to booked from their website. Give choice on the vehicle. My driver this morning his name is Lee Hale, he arrived 15 mins early, I booked it for 5:15am. My driver Lee Hale was very professional and has good communication. From Ameristar Casino east Chicago to Midway airport was a very smooth ride. I highly recommend them to everyone who is planning to travel to Chicago. They have flat depending on the vehicle.

This was the second time we used ACL to drive our family and pet to O'hare airport. The service for both times was exceptional! Cannot remember the first driver's name last year however we were very happy with his service. The second time our driver Julie was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, kind, pet friendly and very helpful in making us feel less stressful for our upcoming flight.

She was on time, helpful with our luggage and we felt very safe with her driving. She wore a mask the entire time, but we sensed her constant smile underneath. Thank you Julie. Highly recommend ACL!

Although the driver had a broken windshield when he arrived and the car was not too clean he was very professional, got here on time and was very nice. I have been using this company for quite some time and it has been an overall good experience

Both of my American coach limo rides were excellent! They were not only an time but a little early which eased my mind. Both of my drivers were kind courteous & handled my luggage for me. When I ran in to flight delays and even an overnight flight delay I worried about my return Trip pick up but they already had the details of my flight! They were on the ball! I would and will recommend them to Anyone needing car service! Also, both vehicles were spotless they looked brand new!

My friend and I needed a last minute ride to the O'Hare airport and American Coach Limousine was able to accommodate us immediately. Our drivers was in time, very polite, and courteous. We'll be using them every time from now on

We arrived at O’hare during dangerous -11 degrees at 1:30 am and were very pleased! Dispatcher told us to wait inside until the car pulled up (less than 10 min). Driver (Asim) quickly hopped out and told us to get in the car while he loaded our bags. He then turned heat up and had nice music playing. Very clean car and professional!

Our driver Grant was perfectly on time, fun and attentive to myself and our Wedding Party. I rented the 12 person mercedes and it was gorgeous! Thank you for making our day run smoothly!

The driver was punctual, right on time to pickup me and my family. The child safety seat that I had requested was installed and our driver took the time to make sure our youngest granddaughter was comfortable and secured safely. Carried my bag to the car and put it in, opened and closed my door. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a limo!
