I called to setup a ride with this taxi company and got a text that indicated that the taxi would be arriving in ten minutes. I left the business and waiting in the lobby because it was a cold morning outside. However, once the taxi arrived it literally just California rolled through the business and left. I got a text saying that the taxi was waiting for me and I texted back saying that I was coming hoping that it would come back. No, it did not I had to call back to the number to setup a ride again.
Which is really bad because had the taxi just stopped I would have gone to the taxi. Now, I'm sitting here still waiting for the taxi just to get another text asking me if I still want my ride.

I made a reservation a week in advance. When the time came the "dispatcher" couldn't find a cab to pick me up. I needed a ride for a medical appointment and reserved a truck that could accommodate my wheelchair. I did not receive any notice so I could try to get a different ride. I had to call the cab company when they were late. I waited another 10 minutes and they still couldn't secure me a ride. Don't use this company if you need transportation anywhere!

Fiesta Taxi wasn't to happy with there services, when I made the call they had a machine instead of a live representative, the machine had problems on understanding what was being said. Then when I was finish it told me ten to fifteen min wait, I waited twenty-five mins then called back the company asking why I haven't been pick up there response was they still looking for a driver that was near my location. I had to go with another company. Fiesta Taxi in my opinion is garbage!

This company is the worse. When you ask for a cab the operator will say the wait time will be 10-15 mins. But they don't come within that time frame and then if you don't follow up within 30 minutes your Order will get automatically cancelled. I also waited for 45 mins I had to call them again and place the order again! First of the person I was talking to didn't tell me it was gonna get canceled if I don't Follow up in a certain time. Worst, worst service of all. I just didn't have a choice that's y I had to wait and asked them again. Waste of time!

I wish I could give less than one star. No cab ever showed up. This place has intolerable customer service. I made arrangements for a taxi, at 1:25pm, 12/9/19. Was told my ride would be here shortly. No Taxi showed up, so I called back at 1:53pm, and again at 2:07pm, got a recording thanking me for checking in and they still hadn't found a driver. Called again at 2:08pm and talked with a live person.
She said she'd mark the appt. with "important" or something like that. I called again at 3:16pm, talked with cust service, and found that my ride had been canceled because I'd gone a half hour without calling them back. WTF! I strongly advise against using this taxi service for anything at all.

Happen to be in this area and booked a cab again through their RideYellow app and I received a cab that was labeled RideYellow cab instead of a fiesta taxi which I thought was pretty cool. I have used this app before and it was great experience on my first ride. I even got 25% off again from this ride. I think there is a promo code that still works called YELP and it should give anyone $15 on their first ride.

I called Fiesta Taxi to go to the mortuary to view my wife's body. They showed up 2 hours late. They were scheduled to pick me up at 7:30 pm for my return home. At 8pm I followed up and was told that as soon as a vehicle was available, it would come to get me. At 9pm the mortuary closed and I had to leave. I called Fiesta multiple times and they hung up on me multiple times.
I am a disabled Vietnam vet and I found myself trying to get home in my wheelchair at midnight. Fiesta left me stranded in the middle of the night. CHECK THE DRIVERS INSURANCE PRIOR TO GETTING IN THESE CABS! THIS COMPANY IS IRRESPONSIBLE AND NEGLIGENT! My husband had the unfortunate experience of being in a Rear End collision with one of their cabs in May of 2018, while driving to work. The driver failed to stop. It was dark and rainy and my husband did not notice that the driver's insurance was expired at that time.
Later that morning, when trying to contact the company to get more information for the accident report he was told that they would get back to him and the and that they were aware of the accident. The driver's insurance expired in 2016. They were aware of that also, but they would not take the time to talk with my husband. He attempted to call several times with always the same response. "We currently do not have time to discuss the incident, we will get back with you." Needless to say that call has not been made, and we have had to file on our own insurance and pay the deductible because of the driver and this company's negligence.
The last time (a week later) he contacted them he told them we will be contacting a lawyer and will be suing the driver and the company. The response he received was "Do what you feel you have to do." Please be aware if you are a passenger in one of these cab's ask to see their insurance card, if it's expired and you are in an accident you will have to fight with them to get any type of reimbursements for your bodily injuries as we are to get my husband's vehicle repaired.

This company is a joke. We tried to use them 4 times with minivan with wheelchair access. First time went well. The second time they were a half an hour late for picking my husband up from a Care Facility to Dialysis. I adjusted time for our next ride. I allowed one hour for an 8 minute ride to a very important doctor appt. After many, many calls we were told that we had signed up to only use driver #851.
We told them we never requested that, please take it off. The driver showed up one hour late which meant we missed a very important follow up appt for my husbNds recently amputated leg. It was very stressful and upsetting sitting there wondering if we would make it to appt or not. I was so upset that several hours later I called the Corporate Office where I talked to someone named Fred. Told him what had happened and he was a real piece of work.
He acted very sympathetic when I told him I was terrified we would have the same experience the following morning on the transport to dialysis. He assured me it would not happen, he would take care of it etc. even gave me his phone number, which I can not reach him on. Well, needless to say this morning was an exact repeat of yesterday. The hilarious part is that when the driver showed up one hour late, we were not there, it was the same driver #851 that ruined our day once again. This is a horribly run company and I hope this will keep people from using them as a taxi cab service.

Reserved a minivan because there's 3 of us and 6 suitcases. An hour before they call to confirm pickup and yes we're 3 passengers 6 suitcases. Does it fit in a sedan? I don't know you tell me. I called and requested a cab at 8:43pm. They said my cab would be arriving in 15 to 20 minutes. I'm standing in a gas station parking lot. 30 minutes later I called to see what the status was. They said they had not located a driver yet. WTF! I complained. I said, "You couldn't call to tell me you hadn't located a driver?" They said, "I'm sorry sir.
We don't do call backs." 10 minutes later the taxi finally arrived. 'Your sorry' is right. Pitiful. They get 1 star because I'm able to right the review. No merritt of theirs. The driver was cool.

I called for a cab 5 times in a couple hours. First they couldn't get a taxi to come pick me up, then they cancelled for no reason and didn't tell me about it until I called them back to check on the status of my cab. Then after an hour I called back and they said they were still looking for a cab to pick me up. I called again 30 mins later and they didn't have my address or inquiry on file so I had to ask for a whole new cab and start the process all over again. And after all of that, no cab ever came for me, assuming they cancelled again without telling me. never using/calling them again.

I reserved a wheel chair taxi for my Mothers doctors appointment and the taxi never arrived at the correct time. Fiesta cab does have a disclosure saying that they do not guarantee a arrival time! We had to cancel the appointment! This is a crazy way to run a business. Why do you let people make a reservation when you cannot provide service for that reservation! I would tell everyone to stay away from this taxi service.

Worst service ever. I Dow loaded the curb app which I then order a taxi from it. My cab driver picked me up in Compton, wanted my phone as collateral. The driver turned of the meter when we exited the freeway.meter read $12.90. destination was 5 miles from there. No traffic. Called to set a reservation two days prior to the pickup date. I called to confirm on Sunday and make other reservations for later in the week. Monday the day of the scheduled pickup, no show. I called and the response was that they were trying to find a driver to assign. To make long story short they dropped the ball and had no excuse and my wife missed her appointment

Terrible inept service. I make the appointment and call the night before to confirm so I'm all set. I miss their call in the AM that I am told they make to make sure I still want a ride (although I confirmed the night before), so they put my pickup on hold, although they also said they were trying to find me a taxi. Okay, is it on hold or they just don't have a taxi?

I had a very bad experience with them. I called to reserve a taxi to LAX and got disconnected half way trough. i had already provided my contact information so I waited for a few minutes and nobody called me. I called back and managed to complete the reservation. The taxi was supposed to be at my house at 7am to take my cousin to LAX. They didn't come at 7am so I called them, they told me that they are looking for a taxi for us!
It was extremely ridiculous, the taxi was supposed to be there at 7am and they were :looking" for one at 7:10am. I asked to speak to the supervisor. She told me she will try her best but was not sure how long it takes. Fortunately I was able to take time off work and take my cousin and she made it to her flight. But if she could have easily missed her flight if I was not home simply because her taxi didn't show up. DON"T WORK WITH THEM!

Don't even try. worse service ever Wait I'm sorry, there is no service. A few times they did respond to my call they parked down the street and actually knocked on my neighbors door even though they had my physical address. Rude, unfriendly, NOT courteous what so ever. Language barrier for sure. Yesterday was the clincher. I called Fiesta but Yellow cab shows up.
She said they are part of Fiesta. ok she drove me to my destination while holding her cell phone in her right hand the whole way. When we arrived I asked her if she knew she could get a ticket holding her phone while driving and she chuckled and said " yeah I got 2 tickets already." I said why do you do it and she said oh sometimes my boss calls me.

Checker Cab forwarded my call to Fiesta Taxi since I was out of Checker's pickup area. Fiesta told me they would be there within 10-15 minutes. 2 minutes after hanging up I received a text message from Fiesta Taxi saying that car #568 was dispatched. 45 minutes later I called back wondering where my taxi was. The dispatcher informed me that the cab made a pickup at my location, someone must have stolen my taxi.
I was standing at the entrance to The Bicycle Casino, and no Fiesta Taxi car #568 or any other # made an appearance, so if it was stolen the driver just decided to pick someone else up off the street. The 2nd cab that was dispatched never showed up either.
