We arrived very late after our flight was delayed. It was so nice to land with a text from Alexis telling us exactly where we can meet her. A five minute walk off the plane and we were in the comfort of her car and some cold waters. I was nervous that we wouldn't have a room any longer at the hotel because we arrived the following day due to our delay so Alexis kindly waited outside to ensure we had a place to stay for the night.

Our flight was late by over 3 hours, but when I called Alexis to let her know, she wasn't concerned and let us know she would be waiting for us when we did get there. Alexis was wonderful when she picked us up knowing we had a long day of traveling, making sure we were comfortable for the ride home. We have used Metro Livery several times and they are always professional, on time, and caring.

Do not use this service. After our experience I wouldn't be surprised if they're going out of business, but I figure it's better to be safe than sorry. I've never left an online review before since I try to give others the benefit of the doubt. My fiancee and I booked a getaway limousine two months prior to our wedding. We paid in full at that time as well.

My fiancee noticed a refund come through 1 week before our wedding. There was no reason listed in the cancellation confirmation. She called and spoke with the receptionist, who assumed that it was a mistake and assured us she'd call us back once she sorted it out. That didn't happen. We called and spoke with the owner/manager the next day - now less than 1 week from our wedding day.

All she said was "we sold all of our white limousines yesterday. You'll have to find another service to use". When I proceeded to ask why she wouldn't at least make a phone call to the customer after cancelling their reservation 1 week from their wedding day (yes, they knew. "Getaway car" is listed on the initial confirmation and the cancellation) she actually hung up the phone.

No apology, no "how about a black one?", no solutions. Nothing. Actually - when we asked about other options she said "find another company". Then she hung up. We are now 3 days from the wedding, and we will have to use our own car to leave. Since it's prom season we haven't been able to find another limousine, which is fine I suppose. It was just the professionalism of the whole situation that boggles my mind.

We did speak to another company while looking around and they said that this company hasn't owned limos in 5 years. I'm unsure how true that is, so take it with a grain of salt. FYI - Google reviews for this company are excellent, but Yelp reviews are terrible. I'd assume there's something fishy going on there.

Ali and team were so helpful in providing us very last minute transportation the day before our event! He and the team jumped into action to get us exactly what we needed! Great service from airport to our townhomes for a weekend stay. Our driver, Renee, was awesome. We had provided bad directions but she got us to where we needed to be and showed us some great points of interest along the way.

Renee was amazing! What a great person.we want to take her to dinner to thank her for a great night. So accommodating.took pictures.told us Nashville history.took us to a great place for pictures. I got 4 cars fircyhe weekend from Metro. I would use them again in a minute! I get limos whenever I travel and come is the best driver I've ever had! We booked a sprinter to take a group of 8 people out for a night on the town. Our driver Renee was on time, the vehicle was immaculate, and we all had a wonderful time on the town without worrying about anything - the parking, the partying, the cold night. Worth every penny!

Metro Livery is top shelf car service. I hosted a large company party for my team and needed multiple cars to drive my staff home. They exceeded my expectations. The vehicles were beautiful and clean and the drivers were so nice! We will definitely be using them again!

I work in the high end luxury retail sales and arranged a weekend for 10 of our top sales people for the weekend.people with very high expectations. We were not let down! From the first moment we began the planning process, Becca was there to offer pricing, suggestions, and advice. She even improved our itinerary by suggesting places to eat and an excursion on our final day to Arrington Vineyards.

Everything was spot on! I was a little apprehensive based on the bad reviews that were left but there was just something about Becca's personality that stood out. She seemed to really care about making sure we were taken care of and wanted to help however she could. I think the best thing Becca did for us was to assign Renee as our driver. From the first minute, Renee was there making sure everyone and everything was A-ok.

She is a very good communicator and kept me in the loop the entire time. Even when some plans got switched around, Renee was always kind, caring, cool, calm, and professional! Additionally, she's not a bad tour guide either. We were lucky enough to see the Rolling Stones play at Nissan Stadium. It was almost as though she planned the red carpet.

We literally drove up to the stadium before the concert and then after the concert, she amazingly appeared at the gate we were walking out of and escorted us to the van. We were literally out of there in a matter of minutes as opposed to hours. Thank you so much, Becca and Renee, for doing everything you could and going above and beyond for us! I will definitely use Metro Livery again based on this experience!

We had a great experience using Metro Livery for our 13 year old's birthday party! The driver arrived early, great personality, patient with the kids! The limo was clean, inside and out! Waters were provided and the kids thought it was so fancy to drink from champagne glasses. We HIGHLY recommend Metro Livery for your transportation/party needs!

Do not give them your card information for a quote! I made this mistake and they charged me for the full service for my wedding. They said they needed my card on file for a quote, but we never confirmed any services and we never signed a contract. They called on my wedding day to say they were coming and when we talked to them about getting our money back (because we did not book them!) they said their manager would be there the next day, then we called again and they said their manager was on vacation. Very sketchy and I would not recommend them to anyone! Such an terrible experience and an extra stressor on our wedding day.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I bought 2 groupons for this company at $189.00 each. Booked the reservation times to be picked up at airport and paid an extra $159.00 for them to give us a quick ride through the town and when we got to the airport they never showed up. Called them and was told their boss canceled the reservation because we were undercharged. Really!

Never showed old us that! I called for the return trip with the confirmation # and was told by Emily that they didn't have our reservation but she would call back in 5 minutes. She never did. I spoke with someone else an hour later who told me she straightened everything out. Tuesday morning called to make sure they would be there and was told the boss canceled again. Never got a refund. This company is a scam! Do yourself a favor and use Uber!

Terrible customer service, do not use! Cancelled my ride with over a hour notice, not told of any cancellation policy, a $150 charge shows up on my credit card a week later, they said the cancellation was not "approved" and the fee cannot be refunded.

We used this service to pick up our 16 year old son (who has never traveled by himself before) at the Nashville airport and meet up with a teen travel group. Andrew met him at baggage claim and assisted him through the process at the airport when his bag didn't show up. We were so relieved to have our son in good hands through what could have been a very difficult situation. Was not cheap, but was worth it to us as was recommended and worked out well.

I cannot express how WONDERFUL Metro Livery was for our wedding transportation !!! Our driver was incredibly kind and personable. The SUV was beautifully decorated for our “get away”. Water was available to us and the driver, my husband and myself had great conversation for the 45 minute ride home. If you are looking for Nashville area transportation, do yourself a favor and book Metro Livery !!!

Do not use this company. I was told multiple times over the phone that I would be charged by the minute if I delayed their driver, yet their driver showed up 25 minutes late to pick me up from my own wedding! I sat in the parking lot waiting for their driver. I called to try and resolve it. I had to call each time (3 times), despite their promises to call me back and each time they never apologized for being late, just excuses for why it happened like "oh, we usually don't show up late." I would not recommend their services to anyone who wants to get what they paid for.

I would have gotten better service from an UBER XL. It was a nice car, clean inside. Driver went an indirect route. I literally signed up for Yelp so that I could warn other people.

I travel a lot for work, and I count on Metro Livery to take me to and from the airport every time. It doesn't matter if I arrive at 5am or 5pm, they're waiting there promptly. The level of service, car quality, and price are unmatched. Highly recommend.

Have used Metro Livery at least 25 times over the last 5 years for both business and personal trips. They have been extremely cordial to me and I've no problems with the service. Have used them a number of times for airport trips and they've never had me arrive late! Remember a lot of construction going on at the airport so make sure you follow the correct signage to get to your pick up location. Will be using them this coming Sunday for another trip to the airport. Thanks for all you do to make it easy for me.

I am a Metro Livery fan. They are always on time and friendly and a clean car that is comfortable in temperature. My flights are often very early in the morning and have had a good experience with being on time and ready to go when I am. Reservation system is easy to use and great to check up on past rides, receipts and more when you have an account.

I made a reservation for Metro Livery for Friday night April 28th, and was quoted $60 for a sedan. I offered an additional $10 tip for the driver. That night, my husband and I were picked up and taken home safely. The next morning there was a pending charge for $90. After it finally hit my account the following Tues., I called Metro Livery. I spoke with an older male manager who said he did not have a breakdown of the charges.

I explained that there was an overcharge and he accused me of not wanting to pay for the service, even though they already had my payment. I told him I only wanted the $20 over charge to be refunded. He was very rude to me and did not offer any reconciliation. I asked him to have the owner call me and he said that I would not be speaking to anyone else!

I told him I would report him to the BBB, and he got even more rude. When I asked for his name he said it was none of my business and told me I was a bad listener because he said it when he answered the phone. This manager was terribly unprofessional! Unfortunately he is the face of the company, since the owner is unreachable. I will never use this company again!

Don't expect them to pick you up at the airport after you've arranged for them to do so. I called this morning to arrange for a 1am pickup at BNA. They confirmed and took my credit card info. I called when my flight was delayed and once again they confirmed they would be at the airport when I arrived. After collecting my bags I called the dispatch to let him know the driver could pull up to the waiting area, only to be told that there was no reservation for me and a car would not be available until 4am. Unacceptable way of doing business. I would never use this service again.

Booked the car 3 months in advance for a trip to Nashville. Driver Ashley was waiting right outside of the hotel at the requested time, she was extremely friendly and accomudating. we requested she be the one to pick us up at the venue at the end of the night and she kept in contact with us through out the night to ensure we would find her amongst the traffic. I would recommend asking specifically for Ashley if you use the service. she was amazing.

Metro Livery is a first class act. Immaculate cars. The drivers have impeccable manners. Service is prompt and professional. It was my wife's birthday and there was a beautiful Hydrangea waiting for her. If that wasn't enough! Its also a great price!

Booked with them for several guests coming into town. Their customer service via email was awful - one sentence responses and no real help offered. When I did call, the customer service representative seemed helpful and kind. Found some "corporate discount" that made it much cheaper. However, after the services began, drivers were not where they promised to be.

Also they started mouthing off to our other guests about others missing their rides. Now trying to get receipts and a refund for an overpayment is not happening. Incredibly frustrated with the level of professionalism and customer service. I understand being busy and bogged down, but non-response is just unacceptable. We will be finding alternate solutions in the future.

Booked the car a day ahead for business purposes. Had to be at the office no later than 8. I scheduled the car an hour prior to that. Driver showed up 10 minutes late. Driver seemed unfamiliar with any short cuts or the hov lane and sat in traffic on I40 for the majority of the trip. He relied on his GPS instead of using his knowledge of the area.

When I asked when we would arrive at the office, driver was argumentative with me and said GPS gave him the fastest route (GPS on his phone). Not sure how his phone map works but mine does not reroute due to traffic, unlike my gps that does. I arrived to the office 15 minutes late. Even if it was due to an accident, shouldn't their dispatch inform them of that? Added to all that was the fact that the driver did not open the door for me, did not offer to help with my bag and did not ask about music or temperature in the vehicle.

I expect these things of a car service. I also did not receive a receipt for my visit and was told dispatch would run it. Disappointing. I had planned to use this car service this whole week and next. Now I will be looking for another. If I could give them less than a star. I would.

I booked three cars for colleagues to travel from our office last Friday. The first driver could not find our huge office and required coaching to find our place. The second driver chewed out our receptionist because the passengers were not ready 10 minutes prior to the departure time. I will not use them again.
