DONT BOOK THIS SERVICE they are owned by Barnes Worldwide. This company has such a bad reputation that they can't even use that name for the RVA website. Customer service is non existent. This company has had numerous claims filed with BBB for ripping people off. They do not disclose full charges when giving you initial quote. They then go on to alter your contract AFTER it's been signed and charge your credit card for more than you agreed.
They have done this to soooo many people and it's unfortunate that they are treating customers like this. During a call with Matt, he told us that if we " can't afford to book a limo" or what a "free service" then we shouldn't have bothered. Can you imagine? I would never ever recommend this company to ANYONE.

If you are looking for a car or limo service I would recommend a different service provider. Customer service with the home office/transport person was non professional and poor at best. He was too busy as he stated to go over the detail of my set up and when I had questions about what/how a I was billed I was hung up on and he refused to share his name.
On a positive note our driver was amazing and deserves 5 stars alone however, due to the poor communication of the guy who answers the phone "transportation" I am giving 2 stars. I know how important it is on your special day to have the full package treatment so I would recommend another limo/car service for your event

My husband and I can't say enough about this amazing company! We needed to be picked up from the airport, and dropped off for business. We loved that our chauffeur offered some great places to eat! He was on time too! I loved the level of professionalism we received and the customer service was amazing from calling the company to drop off. THANK YOU!

I had the best limo experience with Limo Richmond for my wedding! I requested a classic white limo for my special day and Limo Richmond delivered as promised going above and beyond to make sure that our special day's transportation was on schedule. The limo was clean and spacious, the driver was well-groomed and polite. We got the wedding package which included champagne, chocolates, and white and pink decorations for a very reasonable price given all the places we needed to go. We felt so at ease listening to our favorite songs while being driven to the Church, reception hall, and the Airport. Thank you Limo Richmond for your excellent service!

Limo Richmond really helped me out when I was planning a ladies' night out a couple of weeks ago. Six of my best girls and I wanted to head into town in style but none of us wanted to be the designated driver for the night. Then I had a great idea.let'a get a limo! I called Limo Richmond and they answered my call right away and found me exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. We had an amazing time and most importantly we got home safely.
