There were few things that I liked about the charter but GOGO. First I spoke with Evan on the phone was was one of their booking agents and he was extremely helpful. He emailed me the quote which was very detailed. I was able to use the link from the quote to finalize the charter. The day prior of the trip i received all the driver info and the day of the trip the bus was already waiting st the pickup stop upon our arrival there. Trip with the bus and our driver Jose was very good and enjoyable for everyone on the bus.

The first part of the trip went fine despite giving us an old, crappy bus. The second part of the trip however was a complete DISASTER! GOGO lied to us from the beginning! We were supposed to be picked up from our retreat at 2pm and when I called them at 1:45pm to make sure they were on their way, the customer service representative outright lied to me said the driver was running late but would only be about 30-45 minutes late.
At that point we asked to have the driver's phone number so we could communicate directly with them. I was given the wrong driver and phone number TWICE. On the third time, they finally gave me the actual drivers name and number and I spoke to her directly. She confirmed that she had not even left DC yet and was at least 2 hours away. This was on a Friday afternoon when DC/VA traffic is at its worst and staff had other obligations to attend to such as children to pick up and weekend plans to begin.
Long story short, our original pickup was scheduled and paid for 2pm and the driver did not arrive until 5pm and we did not make it back to DC until 7pm. The driver told us that she was never going to logically make it to us by 2pm because her previous drop off was coming from Hagerstown, MD to DC and already started 1 hour behind schedule. Needless to say, we are fighting to be refunded some of our money for their POOR performance and would NEVER recommend or use their services again. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with in over 15 years in the customer service industry. BUYER BEWARE!

GOGO Charters has been the best bus rental company we've used. The buses come with a driver, wifi, bathroom and entertainment for the ride. The customer are department called me before the trip and after the trip to make sure everything was satisfactory. Overall, i was very impressed and highly recommend them.

It was my first time renting a charter bus. As the best man for my buddies bachelor party I relied heavily on the professionalism and expertise of the GoGo Charters management staff. They were excellent. They sent me my drivers number the night before my trip, showed up on time, and got us to our destinations safely. I was extremely pleased with my experience. Awesome! I've never really liked using charter buses. I always prefer going with private cars. But right now i think my thought about it has changed after going on a trip with Gogo Charter Bus San Diego. The bus was neat and clean and the seats were very comfy. We had a smooth ride and the driver was a great conversation, incredibly! Going on the trip with Gogo charter took away most of the logistic issue from our group. we plan om using them very soon.

I was in a jam and had to book last minute, GOGO charters bailed me out. We were a wedding party of 25 with their 24 hour customer service I managed to book a mini-bus at midnight.
