Driver was earlier which was super nice! He was very professional and helped us with our luggage. He drove expertly around a crash that happened and stayed within the speed limit which made me very comfortable. The car was clean and smelled really good. He had waters for us to enjoy which was a nice touch. It made getting to the airport easy and flawless, I would recommend them and use them again. Prices were also competitive.

After traveling for more then 11 hours, arrived at OHare with our children and were expecting to be picked up at 11:27 PM. We confirmed the night before! Arrived at at OHare had no contact from the driver. My husband called 3 times at at 11:37 we were told it would be a while before were picked up! We had to take 2 Ubers over $500 for us to get home! Nightmare after an amazing vacation!

Driver called 5 minutes after pick up time to let me know he overslept and would be 25 minutes away.just what you want to hear when you need to get to the airport. We highly recommend Echo Limousine. We enlisted their services for driving our small wedding party around downtown Chicago for photos for a few hours in one of their executive vans--basically a van outfitted similar to a limousine. It was a perfect vehicle for a party of 11 (including 2 children). Driver was punctual, friendly, communicated well via phone and text, and was very helpful.
Prior to booking, the staff answered my many questions and replied to emails in a timely fashion. We also did our due diligence in getting quotes from 3 different limo services, and Echo gave us the best quote to fit our needs.

We used Echo Limo to transport 2 adults & 2 young kids to/from ORD. The positives: Car arrived early, it was exactly as promised (Suburban), and the driver was courteous and responsive via text. The negatives: I had rented 2 car seats from Echo to transport my 3 year old and 2 month old. Neither seat was installed correctly. Furthermore, the infant seat was damaged/malfunctioned, as it would not safely install in the car and it was impossible to safely secure my infant in the seat.
We ended up using our own seats. Echo also charged me $30 "wait fee" because it took awhile to get alternative seats safely installed. I don't think I'll be using Echo again.

Great service. I booked round trip services and it was very convenient. Though there were wait charges during my arrival at Chicago as the flight was delayed and immigration was too long with the volume of passengers arriving. Ray (driver upon arrival) was very friendly and conveniently had a signage with my name and Echo's logo so it was sure that you won't miss it. Elena (driver upon departure) was also nice even when it was early in the morning.
They're very punctual and the company sends a 24hr reminder a day before the booking. On the day of the booking, you also get a text message of the vehicle details. Cars were well maintained and felt like I was a VIP/elite boss in dramas. Will surely book again with them.

I have to add my praise to Echo Limousine. I had checked quotes from multiple car service agencies because I had heard nightmares from friends dealing with taxis and ubers at Ohare. (Pre-epidemic, I always took the L and then grabbed an Uber closer to my destination, but COVID and high crime rates on public transportation led me to find alternative transportation).
The price Echo quoted was the lowest of 4 or 5 places I investigated (the next closest was only $5 more, but others were $40 more). The reservation process was super easy, and the pick-up arrangement worked exactly as planned. I had a text from the driver when my flight landed. After I picked up my checked bag, I only waited about 2 minutes for the driver to meet me at the curb. The driver was friendly and professional. The car was spotless. All in all, 5 star service.

I don't usually write a review for no one I like to tip and tip big if I like the service but with Echo company I need to be fair and fairly not quite sure if my partner uses echo or if they where a replacement for that day we had the sprinter van from ohare airport to Michigan sprinter was up to date clean and roomy the service was awesome they started it with water and sparkling water then an a hour later the driver offered us (12) passengers Chex mix and small chocolate bars for snacks it felt like a private jet not a sprinter now on Adam side (the driver)he was super cool he had a microphone linked from his phone to the music system in the sprinter through a karaoke app got us singing karaoke the whole time a lot of fun all I can said it was worth every dollars we spent

Paul's was our driver. He showed up a few minutes early and let us get car seats in the car. His car was maintained and smelled clean. He took efficient routes which worked well because day before thanksgiving traffic is awful. Our driver was so nice and friendly. Gave us Texans a lot of advice of where to go and which way to avoid crowds and traffic. Had a long conversation from the airport to downtown. Car was exceptionally clean: A+ Car arrived earlier than our reservation time. (They keep track of the arriving flights just in case they are delayed or early) Driver did not rush us during the baggage claim process. He simply texted us letting my group know he was there and to text him when we have all of our luggage and would circle around to the pick up area.

Excellent service. We booked our transportation on Sunday for airport service on Wednesday. The online process was nice and easy. It was raining and they were only a few minutes late due to traffic. The Mercedes Sprint we were assigned was clean and spacious for our group of six. Adam was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Thank you Adam!

Ok. Upon booking, I asked myself why does this business have 355 five star ratings? I saw why last night. Had a 5:30PM pick up last night to a wedding in Naperville then a return back home at almost midnight. Both on time. My pick up gentleman's name was Adam. What a genuine nice person. Great conversation. Safe driving when it started to rain en route.
Their dispatch is top notch. Originally had a 5:45PM pick up time. Requested yesterday to change it to 5:30PM. Dispatch emails you back confirming what you wanted it changed to and then a reservation confirmation of your modification. Next time I or anyone needs these services, I am going back here and referring any other friends or family!

I highly recommend Echo Limousine to anyone who needs a private car service. We hired them to go to the airport. I do not trust Uber and Lyft (they have so many unsafe and outright bad drivers) and taxi service feels inconsistent and therefore unreliable if you need to catch a flight. The service rep was extremely professional and answered all of our questions.
The day before our flight, we learned that they had moved the departure time earlier by three (3!) hours which meant that we now needed a car pick up at 5am. We contacted Echo and they said they needed 30 minutes to get the schedule arranged. They called us back as promised and were able to make the new time. The driver showed up on time and the experience was absolutely perfect. We were so pleased that we will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone. Thanks to Echo for your great service.

I couldn't believe how AMAZING this service was. I booked a 2 hour time slot to take me, my bride, our photographer, and two of my groomsmen around the city to take photos on my wedding day. Our driver could not have been better. She was attentive, helpful, complimentary, and aggressive in her driving to make sure we weren't late for anything.
She even went as far as helping the bride in and our of the front seat with her dress which had a rather large train. I'd highly recommend this service to anyone that wants an extremely professional and incredibly prompt and helpful driver. This isn't Uber people. This is next level service. Thank you for helping us capture some of these amazing shots!

Had the best experience with this limo Service, we booked at the last minute and the company was so helpful. They even upgraded our limo to a stylish Excursion. The driver was very nice and helpful with our bags. The limo was clean and also had drinks for us to enjoy. I would definitely use this limo service again.

Booking was a breeze, all of my questions were answered promptly and the service that night was incredible! Paul was our driver, and he kept in close contact throughout our evening and always arrived to pick our group up with little to no wait time, the limo was very well kept in terms of cleanliness and we enjoyed a smooth ride to each of our destinations!

Used your company for a rides to/from O'Hare Airport for a recent vacation. Cars were on-time at both ends of the trip. Really appreciate the fast communication with the driver via text. Cars were clean and the bottled water was much appreciated at the end of a long flight. The drivers were professional and had no problem finding my far southeast Chicago neighborhood (this has not always been the case with companies used in the past). Your office staff is also knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions during booking. I would recommend your company to anyone who asks.

Had a great experience using Echo's private car service. I have used many car services for business travel, so I have seen the good, the bad, and sadly the ugly as well. I was thrilled that I got texts from the dispatcher AND my driver the moment my plane landed and began to taxi around ORD. My driver stated his name, his car type, and the license plate, along with asking me to let him know when I was at the gate and when I had gotten my bag!

My driver pulled up in under 10 minutes (ORD is a nightmare to drive around, so not his fault). He was dressed very nicely in a suit and was very friendly. His car was clean, smelled good, and he played soothing classical music.
He also made sure to ask if I needed any temperature changes. So professional!!! I like to feel safe and comfortable when I get a private car...not all places have the same quality of people and professionalism. I will absolutely be using this car service for all my upcoming trips! Safe, professional, and friendly is key :)

Had a wonderful experience with Echo Limousine. We were able to move up our pickup time an hour and a half earlier due to impending inclement weather. Marc was our driver. He was very courteous and arrived early. He drove us from our hotel in downtown Chicago to O'Hare in what was really rough weather. Always felt we were in good hands. Drove very safely. From Europe, with love! Reserved Echo Limousine from London, online. Their reservation system was a breeze even when you need 3 car seats! Bottle water, spotless car and a personable driver made our experience amazing.The communication at the airport was done through their app, very easy to use, got in the car in less than 7 minutes. After the trip, we received an email with the charges and there were no surprises. Truly a 5 star Chicago limo service, will definitely use again!

The girls and I had an amazing time in the stretch limousine on our way to my bday party to Chicago. Our driver was very professional. The stretch limo was clean and there was beer, soda and water plus a bottle of champagne ready for us to start of our night. The booking experience was also great. The dispatch was accomodating with my little changes. Overall - Excellent limousine service, highly recommended!

Andy was my driver and he was great. He was at the airport waiting for me when I got there, opened the door, put my luggage in, and had a water waiting for me in the back seat.

After much research, I settled on utilizing Echo for my wife and I’s transportation needs during our Chicago visit on our 20yr. wedding anniversary. The trip from O’Hare to the Intercontinental Hotel on Michigan Avenue was handled first class and without a hitch. The driver who handled our trip from the hotel back to the airport was super interactive and really provided a lot of insight about Chicago. The service and communication of Echo was second to none.

Great service all the way. They were always quick to respond to my emails. The car was warm and comfortable and the driver was very friendly. We'd traveled 18 hours and were very tired when we arrived at O'Hare. I was glad I'd ordered the meet and greet. It was so worth it. The driver helped us with our luggage, opened the doors for us and had complimentary bottles of water waiting.

This is the only car service I'll use in the Chicago area. They are always on time, actually slightly early, the cars are immaculate, and the drivers are courteous. Usually use Echo to and from O'hare but I've also used them to travel around the city and that service has been excellent as well. There have been times where I've needed to make last minute changes to times or destinations and they always accommodate.

Recently, as I was placing a reservation, I forgot to include my flight number. Someone from Echo emailed me immediately to let me know so that they could track the flight and make sure they got me on time. Used Echo Limousine service from Chicago Mid-Way to Madison WI. After calling and letting them know we were through customs and waiting at door 2 they gave me the license number of our car and within minutes the driver was there to pick us up. I had a 4 hour layover in Chicago on Mother's Day and booked a car to pick me up from Midway, take me to see my grandmother, and take me back to Midway to make my connecting flight. My flight arrived 20 minutes early, and I was worried that I would have to wait, but upon landing I had a message from my driver (Eddy- who I would highly recomment) letting me know that he was on site.
My driver later explained that Echo had been keeping an eye on my arrival time and had adjusted thier pickup schedule accordingly. Thank you Eddy and Echo for giving me that extra time with my Grandmother on Mother's Day! I will definitely be using you next time I am in Chicago.

Absolutely hands down the best experience we've ever had with a driver. Vic is the absolute best! He took us on a tour of Chicago and pointed out best views of the city and brought us to certain locations that were the best photo spots. Highly recommend Vic to anyone looking for a driver service.
