The CUSTOMER service this company provides is horrendous. I should have known from talking to the booking agent, Shane, that the service was going going to be less than desirable. Please note that when you book with this company they will not work with you if you have a change of plans or need to cancel because of flight changes, delays, etc. Their vehicles are not maintained, there were broken blinds and shades in the limo, the "car seats" they provide look as though they have never been cleaned (even during COVID).

They offer one 15 minute restroom break for a 2.5 hour trip. If you go over the 15 minutes, you will be charged (even if you have a toddler who needs to go a few times). Please do not spend your hard earned money with this company.

I booked this service for my wedding day, to transport us to the venue and back to my home at the end of the night. The driver had no idea where she was going because the company didn't give her the right address. The limo itself also had technical issues, as the divider didn't work and the roof actually leaked during a rainstorm. When I talked to the limo company, they refused to give me a refund, saying that I didn't refuse the service originally so it was my fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They clearly are unprofessional and are just looking to scam you.

Excellent service. Nice car. A little higher priced then the competition. I found two other company's willing to do the 5 hour trip I booked with 24/7 for half the price( $500) much less but 24/7 had me locked into a contract for just shy of $1000 and I couldn't get out of the contract without losing all my money. Probably won't sign a contract in future with any cad company. It's my bad though, I didn't do my price shopping until after I had signed the contract and was within 5 days of our trip. Otherwise 24/7 was wonderful and made our experience enjoyable.

The staff at Denver 24/7 Limo helped me coordinate a large group where we needed to move 400 people last weekend. The entire event went without flaw. They were fast to coordinate changes of times and vehicles last min, The billing was simple, and the service was top notch.

I had a great experience with Denver 24/7 Limo. We are an event transportation company and used the service to transport 400 guests with shuttle buses and coach buses. The service was magnificent with out flaw. These guys are our go to now.

BEWARE. They will charge you full price even if you don't use their service! They care about money not the customers experience. This was my first time using 24/7. My ride TO the airport was brilliant- no complaints. However this was my first time taking them FROM DIA to home. I emailed them the night before asking for a ride (although they emailed me confirmation days before, I wanted to verify the night before the ride).

I boarded my plane at noon and had heard nothing so I took a taxi home. On the way home I get a text from the driver saying he's there. I explain the situation, apologize profusely and he says "no problem." They charged me full price anyway. I called to speak to them about it and the girl just argued with me. When I asked for a manager to call me back, they never did. I would have been happy if they offered to split the difference with me! Can't recommend them nor will I use them again.

First, the office staff made it so easy. Second, the airline (I love the airline, so I cannot fault them - it's still a pandemic) changed our flight times multiple times.

The staff at 24/7 was so nice about it. Third, they came when they said they would and with an extremely nice, very comfortable, very clean, very new huge SUV that was plenty big for the group and such a comfortable ride in. What a treat after flying...and the price was the same, or maybe even cheaper, the cars we would have had to get from say Lyft. (We used Lyft the entire time we were in Denver, so no shade there.)

Going back to the airport on the return was just as terrific.

Great drivers, very friendly and easy to work with. Overall I just cannot say enough good things about this experience and should we find ourselves in Denver again, or have need to recommend a service for airport transport, I would highly recommend Denver 24/7. I'm just sorry I didn't take pics to show the world how nice the ride was!

When we first hired your services back on Dec 16th from Edwards to DIA, we had a great experience. I have used these types of services at least 30 times in the last 10 years so I have some comparisons. I was looking to an enjoyable return trip from Hawaii through DIA. It therefore pains me to tell you that this last ride from DIA to Edwards, was the worst 2 1/2 hours I have spent in my life. in a vehicle (and I've been to Africa).

The town car/SUV that we were promised didn't materialize and what my wife and I were left with was a "party bus" that was only missing a strippers pole to make the transformation complete. There were no seatbelts, there was no heat (air temp 30F outside) and we had just returned from Hawaii. We wore our down jackets and still shivered as it never became warmer than 49F in the back.

This bus should have had suspension maintenance years ago but was ignored (probably because drunk partygoers would not notice). I recently had back surgery and I can say that my back was and still is miserable. We were told that we were upgraded due to the unavailability of your SUVs. That was a demotion to be placed in that vehicle. The noise generated by this bus was offensive, partially due to the unsecured plastic light covers that bounced back and forth due to the poor road conditions and partially due to the poor suspension of this Sprinter van.

At least the cacophony kept us awake so we wouldn't freeze to death! We have no complaints with the driver, as he did the best he could with the poor equipment provided.

My travel agent screwed up my original transportation via Epic Mountain Express which left me with no transportation to Vail 24 hours before my departure and with a snowstorm rolling into Denver. When I originally called off their Google ad, Vanessa answered the phone.

She was awesome and very calming while I was stressed. She immediately booked be into an awesome 12 passenger Sprinter Van with a CDL licensed driver named Chris.

IMPORTANTLY, the price for Denver 24/7 Limo was similar to Epic Mountain Express but we were in a Custom Sprinter Van and it was a private ride versus a group transport. Awesome!! From the time we landed, the Chris communicated with me every 10-15 minutes.

He picked us up perfectly on time and drove expertly through difficult driving conditions. I specifically requested Chris for my return trip which also, coincidentally, took place in a snowstorm. Chris communicated me frequently even as he was delayed in arriving because the Eisenhower Tunnel was closed. Again, it gave me peace of mind. He found an alternate route and arrived just 10 minutes late even in the snowstorm.

He drove expertly and safely on the several hour drive back to Denver. I rarely write Yelp reviews and, when I do, they are frequently bad reviews. But my experience with this company was so outstanding, I wanted to write. I'll be a customer again on my next trip to the mountains.

We received a confirmation for a 9:30 am pickup the day before our departure. We called to confirm in the morning and a very nasty customer service person, Lisa, said we should call her if he didn't arrive by 9:40. There was no care or concern that we could miss our flight. Although they blamed traffic for the lateness, the driver told us he was told the pickup was 10:30 am. He got us to the airport but it was a very negative experience.

I booked a shuttle online a week out and before my trip. They were very responsive, answered all my questions when I called them, and were very gracious with me when I kept calling to make changes to the reservation bus type and the time. The driver Todd was super cool and chill and I felt well taken care of. Would use again.

Refused to honor the rate my reservation was booked for. Wrote me an email on a Friday afternoon saying the rate online was incorrect then a second email 8hrs later just cancelling my booking. By the time I saw either of them my reservation was cancelled, leaving me in a bind with my event. Bait & switch seems to be their thing. I only booked with them because they advertise (and allow booking) with lower rates. When they refuse to honor the booking, the competitor options were booked; leaving you forced to pay them higher rates or not have a ride to the event.

I never write reviews but this company needs to be put on blast.the bad reviews are seriously on point & I wish I read them before I booked with them. They are very rude & have bad communication. Don't waste your time booking with this company! If I could give this company negative stars I honestly would! Worst experience ever using this company as a ride.

BAD BUSINESS! We scheduled a trip to the airport a week in advance. The day prior to the trip one of my travel companions tested positive for Covid-19 and was forced to cancel the trip. I called within 24 hours as agreed to cancel the trip and receive a refund. They declined and hung up on us three time.wow.even against their agreed policy. Just bad business in these times.

What an amazing night we had! The 40 passenger party bus we had exceeded our expectations! Brain was our driver and was so laid back and easy to get along with. He made every stop and moment perfect for my daughters Sweet 16! 10/10 recommend for any event! From booking to arrival, stops, clean up everything was perfect! Thank you!

Such a great communicator and was out the door helping with luggage as soon as he arrived. Amazing experience! Our driver Vasyl was very professional and helpful and gave us some tips while on the drive! He even offered to stop for us if we need to use the restroom. Overall 10/10 experience!

I was never able to take our trip with them. I had this planned for a while for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. I planned for visitors from out of town too. Unfortunately, with the couples being in their 60s a few people came up with some last minute health issues and had to cancel. I am devastated. This therefore made my party bus completely unnecessary for our new group size.

I had paid nearly $1000 for a trip from Golden to Blackhawk and back. Due to a last minute heart surgery for one couple and a sudden unexplained hearing loss for another couple I called to see if there was any way that they could help me. Initially I was told that they would try to find a smaller ride. Then they came back on the phone saying because I had already paid for my trip in full there was nothing they could do.

I paid nearly $1000 and they couldn't even offer me a smaller limo and a partial refund? Unreal. You have to provide at least 14 days to get a full refund and by 72 hours you get nothing. Buyer beware!

Got picked up in aurora and dripped off at Blackhawk CO then a few days later picked up and dropped back off on aurora co. Both ways was a great experience. Driver was professional and the ride was smooth. The limo was very clean; it held 15 of us comfortably; the limo was newer or just very well kept up. I would use there services again. I highly recommend this limo service. Very professional and we had a great time.

This service was perfect for us 8 old geezers venturing into the city for an Eagles concert. Driver was punctual, polite and the forward facing van was large and comfortable. The office staff could be a bit cheeky but were fun. Would use again.

I left 1 bad review about this company and called it a day. In response I got a nasty call from an employee and now I'm on a mission to spread the word about my bad experience. This company was hands down the worst part, and actually the only bad part of planning my wedding. Out of 11 vendor reviews this is the only one not getting five stars and glowing recommendations.

Terrible communication, rude employees, specifically a woman named Tabitha who spoke to me like garbage every time I talked to her and called me angrily over my bad review (which is edited to be worse after our call). I got a call less than 2 days before my wedding to tell me our shuttle wasn't available. I was nervous, but understanding. They offered a different much smaller shuttle.

Not good, but what can you do. The kicker- they wanted to charge me MORE for it. Lots of things went wrong during our planning process, that is part of life. But a company that does nothing to fix their mistakes (or maybe just this specific employee?) and makes it even worse for you after messing up doesn't deserve to be in business.

This was a last minute party bus we got for our niece's bachelorette party since our original bus cancelled. The bus was great, but because we were having a blast I can't say I paid attention to the details of the bus. I just want to give a shout out to our driver Troy(I think) because he was great. He saved our night when our entertainment did a no show. He suggested were to go and it all worked out great. He was just the nicest man I have met.

Our original transportation fell through so I was left scrambling ONE DAY BEFORE my friend's party. This company was AWESOME! I called to see if they had availability. Scheduling was so easy that I had anxiety about the bus not showing up. Can something go this easily? Can something be this simple? Jose, our driver, arrived on time and was super helpful.

He was ready with ice and an extra cooler for the drinks we wanted to keep on the bus. He ensured that we were always safe. Jose could not have done a better job accommodating our party! Thank you Jose! Thank you Denver 24/7 Limo!

We used Denver 24/7 Limo for our wedding. I scheduled the shuttle with Liz. She was easy to work with and answered all of our questions clearly and accurately. All of the drivers showed up on time, except one at the end of wedding night that was supposedly stuck in traffic but the company sent another driver fairly quickly. Communication of the nights schedule/services from the reservation to to the drivers day of was unclear so our wedding coordinator had to be a bit more involved than anticipated.

Two drivers seemed to be a bit impatient and kept rushing a group to leave, but overall got everyone where they needed to be. Cars were clean and had a good amount of variety to select from.

Beware, this group uses very unprofessional drivers. I ordered them for a red rocks function, advised them I could bring my handicapped doc's told no need, .the driver was a former Lyft driver snd dropped me at their drop off bottom of the hill., I advised throughout my contract was to the top drop off where handicap seating was. just brain dead., big problem, they would do nothing. greedy assholes, do not trust them.

First thing the guy was late But he was very nice He never open or shut the door for us That was the first time I ever experienced A limo ride where I had to keep getting down and go to him he couldn't even understand English or read a text message he was blind he couldn't even read the Google Map We couldn't figure out where he was driving us we. asked them to take us to Lookout Mountain and then it was Raining and lightningWe were scared to go up there he took us anyway When we told him we change your mind about going up there he didn't want to take us where we want to go he went his own way I had a big old headache for a few days because I couldn't figure out where we're at I kept pushing a button to communicate with him and he would never respond He complain about the music I'm just very upset because we spent$1,000 on a limo driver who didn't do nothing that we liked Oh yeah another thing is that he almost hit another driver

This company has some of the worst communication and service that I have ever experienced. It is unfortunately on YELP that you can not provide a 0 or negative rating as Denver 24/7 Limo would receive just that! We booked a limo on line through their website and received a confirmation number for the service! Thank goodness, we called the evening prior to confirm everything.

We find out that there is no limo reserved! They would not honor the confirmation number and communicated that they had rejected our order the following day after place it. Again, after receiving a confirmation number! The claim is that the online system did not capture the 3 digit credit card code so the order never process. Hard to believe that you received a confirmation number when you order does not process in today's world of online ordering.

We received no follow up email regarding the rejection, no phone call, no text and absolutely no communication that our order had been rejected! BUYER BEWARE IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY! AT A MINIMUM, CALL AND CONFIRM YOUR ALREADY CONFIRMED ORDER AND THEN CALL AGAIN AND RECONFIRM!

We had this service to and from the airport twice this past trip. As much as I am happy with the driver David, he was friendly on time and very nice( he is not the issue with this review I am writing). I'm writing because when I booked the car service I made sure to ask and ask again in an email that we are reassured that we had three car seats on both ways to and from the airport.

The way from our house to the airport we had the car seat but none were hooked in and ready to go so my husband had to rush to put the three car seats in( not what we want to be doing at 3 in the morning )And on the way home we were told the wrong side of the airport he was waiting for us and than we walk to the other side of the airport and to find out that we had no car seats at all in the car! This review is more for a concern of safety when we were thinking we had our p's and qs covered and the car seats weren't there! We are unsatisfied customers!

Horrible horrible horrible - avoid like the plague. Company ignored 4 of our emails, we complained and got an immediate response. We ordered a Sprinto limo for 5 people and 5 suitcases and 5 ski bags and we got off our 8 hr travel day to a Chevy Tahoe. Company blamed the mistake as a 'system error'. Worst part is, we drove back to their warehouse and they gave us a new car that would accommodate our group and this took an extra hour.

Immediately upon arriving, Matilda was extremely defensive and told us we were lucky we got an upgrade with our new car. This didn't matter to us at all, we were stressed and exhausted at this point. Driver Henry is awesome but avoid the company as a whole. Very poorly structured and apparently owner is not great to work with so we were told to not even bother him. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY

So if I could give 0 stars I would. I used this service as suggested in bliss benefits associated with my wedding venue. I paid for a car to pick up myself and my new husband after out wedding, which was almost $250 for 20 minutes of service tops to take us to our hotel 15 minutes away from the wedding venue. The worst part is no one ever showed up to pick us up!

We were left outside our wedding at 11pm and we were told we didn't have a reservation even though I had the receipt confirmation for payment, then it was going to take at least an hour to provide a vehicle for us. My brother in law ended up having to shuttle all guests left to the hotel in his minivan before he drove himself and the rest of his family home an hour and a half away from our hotel. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Totally ruined my buzz after my wedding. Save yourself the trouble and don't use this company, I will never reccomend them to anyone!

Rented a party bus last night for a buddies bachelor party. Driver was very friendly, The bus was extremely nice, and everything worked perfectly. Their attention to detail was on another level. Strongly recommend!
