Bayview Limousine Service

We have used Bayview several times for trips to and from the airport. It's easier and faster than getting an Uber or Lyft. Our experiences have been wonderful each time. The drivers call and text ahead of time and are always early. It's easy to call and make a reservation or to change one. I like that when you call them you talk directly to a person right away.

You do not have to wait on hold or go through phone tree. Plus they email you a confirmation. They are professional and helpful. They are reasonably priced too. We had Ricardo most recently and he was fantastic! We were exhausted from our trip and he got us home in a timely manner. Very nice to chat with too. : I tipped him very well! Don't forget to tip your driver!

I can't believe it has taken me this long to write this review. I have been a Bayview customer for nearly 20 years, and was introduced to them by a friend who has great taste and very high standards for service. Bayview's service is consistently excellent. This is a well run company with wonderful drivers, cars, and customer service. They drive many celebrities (local and incoming) and you can see when they pick you up why. Would highly recommend to anyone.

On a recommendation from a friend, by husband and I tried Bayview Limo (town car) for the first time last month. From the first communication via phone & email to set up a pickup and dropoff at the airport to being dropped off at our doorstep upon return from a trip, the service was exceptional. The person I initially spoke with was very professional and the emailing was thorough.

Even when I made a change to the pickup time, the corrected email was sent right away. The pickup at 4:30 am was seamless. The driver, Micheal, was here on time, courteous, professional, and very well spoken. When picked up from the airport when we returned, Craig was helpful and professional. I felt safe riding with both drivers. Bayview is definitely our new goto!

My Bayview driver never showed up. Didn't call or text. Raining and 40 degrees outside. I called dispatch and they told me they never processed the order from Carey. Said they couldn't send a car. Thankfully Uber was there in 20 minutes to save the day.

Did a little surprise for the wife for our anniversary and these guys were both helpful and patient right up to the last second. Also very punctual and friendly. Will definitely use again next time.

What a rude gal answering the phones. she sounds like she is annoyed because you called. clearly business is not in her mindset. whoever talks like that with customers will not last in business. too sad to see a great company reputation be tarnished by bad apples, but so be it. no point of paying a premium for subpar service! after using bayview for 12 years i think I am giving up on them because of this last experience.

The best limo service in Seattle and more. I used them every week for airport rides and other personal transportation for over 12 years. Prompt and courteous service all around. I recently moved away and I do miss the kind of service I received all those years. Highly recommend them. I will use them again every time in the area.

Last night We rented a 6 seated limo for a drive to and from my home to the Seattle Symphony. 5 siblings were celebrating my 60th birthday, Only one of us (all near 60 years old) had ever been in a limo, so it was a great time. Made especially good by our driver Ryan. He took us to a few great spots for picture taking! Treating us special. Very class act, from first phone call to Bob ( thanks for your help) to the end of a nice evening ride.

We booked a round trip from Sammamish to SeaTac with Bayview to pick up 4 families traveling together. The whole experience added to the magical time we had on our trip. The driver was on-time, and very cordial at 3a when he picked us up. He made sure all the children (total of 6 kids ages 4-8) were safely secured in the car, and the ladies were comfortable.

The drive to the airport was very comfortable for all. On the way back, as soon as we landed at SeaTac, I received and SMS from the driver to let me know where he was standing, when I saw him at the meeting point, he shared with me in detail where he would bring the car, in exactly how many minutes and just like our pick up, kids were securely in the seats, ladies boarded and bags loaded to head home.

The whole set up was very easy and professional. Joan worked very hard to make sure everything was done right, and patiently answered all our questions thru email and phone while we were booking their services. Highly recommend using Bayview Limousine Services for your transportation needs.

Tried working with a few other limo services for our wedding, but we locked in on Bayview for their reasonable prices and straightforward booking. Our driver, Haakon, was right on time (even though we were a few minutes behind) and was absolutely fabulous. He accommodated our last minute decision to add another destination. With all of the trouble we had earlier in the day with our Lyft Lux driver not showing up, this was exactly the opposite. I don't know when I'll need a limo service next, but I know who I'll be using. Thank you all for helping make our special day run smoothly!

I see that this company is a great company but it seems like a lot of people on these reviews are criticizing Bayview Limousine Services for one driver's actions honestly they're all good drivers you should not let one driver ruined everybody else's name.

The limo arrived early, the driver Gregory was so professional and nice, the limo was clean, stocked and everything a 10 year old with a limo ride wish could dream of! I highly recommend Bayview Limousine and will use them again if I ever have the need.

PROFESSIONAL and First Class operation. I travel the west coast and use Limousine services on a regular bases. When I travel to Seattle the only Limo company we consider is Bayview! Beautiful vehicles, professional staff, and excellent chauffeurs. I won't use anyone else while we are here!

Having used Bayview Limo service for decades, I'm surprised this is my first review. Bayview offers the absolute best service to and from the airport. The drivers are always on time (usually 15 minutes early) and are very courteous. Uber or Lyft May save you some money, but Bayview eliminates all the stress associated with "for hire cars", and to me that's added value. Besides, a luxurious town car beat a Prius in comfort and safety every time.

If you happen to travel often, you can create an account that makes booking online or over the phone very simple. Bayview is, has been, and probably always will be my first choice for getting to and from the airport.

I have used Bayview many times and always have had outstanding service. Clean cars, with water and any other beverages you made need. Recently I used them for ride to the airport for our anniversary/late honeymoon trip to Kauai with driver Alex Martinez taking us to the airport and Jay Doull picking us up late at night after numerous delays. Just plain courteous and professional all the way around. Thank you Bayview for taking the stress out of driving and worrying about parking.

Fantastic! We used Bayview for our daughter's wedding and we were so pleased! Although you have to book a 2 hour minimum for a wedding, it was worth it to have the hassle-free, courteous and relaxing limousine ride from the Westin Hotel to the wedding venue, which was the MV Skansonia on north Lake Union. Other services we looked at required a 4 HOUR minimum for a wedding.

The service my daughter booked for a towncar to their hotel after the wedding was horrible with misleading business practices. We wish we'd used Bayview for that trip as well! We were worried about downtown traffic for this Friday evening wedding; we wanted to be a the venue by 5:30 to start photography, so just to be safe we booked the car for 4:45. Miraculously, our little family of 5 was all ready to go a bit early, so we wandered downstairs about 10 minutes before pickup time, and the limousine was just pulling up when we got outside.

We got going right on time. Traffic was not as bad as expected, and we ended up getting there very early, about 5:05. Our driver urged us to stay relaxed in the comfort of the air conditioned stretch limo, with music, bottled water on ice, and plenty of room. Side note: I booked the "10 passenger" for the 5 of us, and I'm glad I did! Plenty of room for fluffy dresses and to stretch out our legs in the roomy limo.

I think we would have felt cramped in the 6 passenger. Our driver was courteous and kind, and we didn't feel pressured at all to hurry out. He made us feel like celebrities! Our photographer was stuck in traffic and didn't get there until 5:40, but we stayed comfortable and relaxed. We were able to get some great pictures of the bride getting out of her sweet ride.

The initial phone call to book was informative, polite and prompt. We did request a white limo if it was available, but we were informed that there's only one in the fleet, and they couldn't guarantee it, which we were fine with. We did end up with a black limo, but that was fine; it was a beautiful car. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a lovely stretch limousine for a wedding or special occasion!

Instead of trying to arrange rides, or park our beloved truck on a lot for a week, chose to get a town car from Bayview. What a great idea! We felt fancy (it was our belated honeymoon, after all) and really enjoyed not having to drive after a late night flight home. We definitely plan on using their services in the future, maybe even for just a night out! Thanks guys, you were an added perk to our amazing vacation.

This is my second review and I just feel that this company needs even more thumbs up. We have used them twice since the last review and I just booked another trip to and from the airport. The other times where company events to concerts. Either way Bayview has made the trips fun enjoyable and completely stress free. Their drivers are just plain fantastic. Professional, Courteous and on time.

Joe helped to organize an awesome Woodinville wine tour for 7 of us woman. Jim, who was our driver, was fantastic. He was friendly and kept us on track for time, without being offensive, so that we could make the various dates we had set up. These guys are on it for a wine tour. I have done several other tours with other limo companies but they didn't come close to the wonderful up front service and the actual tour that this one offered.

I have already recommended them to others and will use them on our next wine adventure. We got a 10 passenger for 7 of us which was perfect so you had some room to move around and there were three different doors to come in and out making it easy. Thanks, Joe and Jim!

Used Bayview for sedan service round trip from SeaTac to the Seattle cruise terminal. Driver, Alex was on time both ways, very nice and extremely professional. Car was new and clean. Highly recommend!

I used Bayview Limo to go to the airport. Great service from start to finish. From booking with office staff through Bud and Tracy and my driver Frank I am very satisfied. Seems like this company has definitely been doing this for a while. The driver was 10 min early. I was welcomed with a smile from the driver. The trunk to the sedan was already opened as I walked out.

Driver got my door first then put the luggage in and we were on our way. Its probably a small detail but it made me feel confident that I had professional service. Their rate was perfect for my budget. I would definitely recommend to friends and family especially for the fact it supports local economy.

I recently used Bayview Limo for my husband's birthday and had a fantastic experience. The event was a 2-stop distillery tour with 13 people. The van, itself, was spacious, clean and served our group well. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and was extremely friendly and polite (she even had a bag of candy for us as a treat!) Needless to say, the experience left us all wondering why we hadn't rented a van before because it was so easy, affordable and made the whole day easy and fun. I would highly recommend Bayview Limo for any occasion and will certainly be using them again, myself!

Bayview Limousine Service provided excellent, prompt professional service last week for my VIP clients. I had to attend several meeting in Seattle throughout the day with my clients & Bayview was a huge part of the successful meetings. From the early morning pick-up at Sea-Tac Airport to meeting in & around Seattle, Bayview was spot on! I would recommend Bayview to anyone interested in receiving exceptional service, prompt professional drivers, and impeccable vehicles.

Best ride in Seattle. I've been a global limo customer over 25 years and it's always nice to return to Seattle. Professional on-time chauffeurs, immaculate equipment, and they're consistently good. I recommend them to friends. Use them once and you'll be a repeat customer.

After having ridden on shuttle services provided by Bayview Limo several times over the last two years being an employee at Bellevue Square, I can not say that I would ever recommend or use this service. Tonight was the final straw of the horrible service that can be provided by Bayview. The North Shuttle driver, who was driving the Bayview Shuttle van with plate ending with 14, was beyond rude and disrespectful.

I approached the van at 10:58pm, after he had been sitting there waiting for pickups and mall security was unlocking the door to allow mall employees to leave. The van was occupied by the driver and I opended the door (As usual for this shuttle) and the driver sighed and said you will need to wait for the next driver, I am off now. He then sat there for about two more minutes and drove off.

The next shuttle did not come until 11:18pm. This forced me to stand out in the cold in an area with no visible security for over 20 minutes to wait for a shuttle. This is not safe or a way any business should treat their guests. The south shuttle arrived about 11:10 and had no guests to pick up refused to take us to the north drop off point. When the North driver came, he had personal items in the front passenger seat, allowing other to not seat there.

In addition, I was the last one on the shuttle and he speed off while I was still walking to the back to take a seat, again horrible service and safety standards. When the shuttle arrived at the Hyatt to pick up more employees to take them to Bellevue 1st Presbyeterian, one of the guests asked if the previous shuttle was full as the wait was so long.

He stated yes, which is a clear lie and the previous shuttle driver refused to pick up his 11 route. I have also this year had several drivers accerlate to make yellow lights and one who ran a full cycle red light (Turning left onto Bellevue Way to the Hyatt) after tailgating a gar and flashing his lights at the driver upset they were driving so slow. Tonights issue was what frustrated me to most.

When I arrived at my car, I immediately called Bayview dispatch to ask how to make a complaint with a manager. I was told to send an email. That is all, no effort to try to immediately resolve the issue or find out what was even wrong. Yelpers- Fair warning, there are many choices in Seattle for private town car service and airport shuttles, steer far away from Bayview.

Great Service! I recently booked Bayview Limo Service for a work event and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received for our entire event! Making reservations with Bob was a breeze for per hour flat-fee rental service as he took the time to discuss the options with me regarding 8 person passenger vehicles. Hmmm. so Stretch Limo service or Vans.?

They have a fleet to choose from! After many valid points, pro and cons, we went with the tinted window, shiny black comfy Executive Van. It was perfect, clean and comfortable! I'm serious, these were some cool looking vans! Our event utilized 4 vans and each driver was very professional, patient, flexible and fun. I really can't say enough about the customer service.

One driver even returned when an event attendee forgot her purse, he was back in a flash and still smiling although, he spent 3 hours driving us through some crazy downtown gridlock and scavenger, lost madness! I highly recommend Bayview Limos customer service. I do wish the price was a lil more reasonable for basic airport runs, but I get the vibe that Bayview focuses on higher-end themed events and weddings and well, honestly this is what they seem to do very well!

About the same price as a cab, but being shuttled in a clean jet-black Lincoln Town Car by a clean, attentive, articulate, friendly, conversant well dressed driver who was early and polite was very nice and quite unexpected. Great choice! TIP: easy on line registration and credit card handling.

Dilemma: wedding to go to in the middle of no where. How in the world is my drunk ass going to get home? Bayview to the rescue! I called them up the night before to arrange a passenger van to haul 12 of us to Seattle from Woodinville. Minutes later I had a confirmation email. Almost easier than calling for a cab. The driver was friendly, punctual, clean, patient and got us all home safe and sound. They even called in the morning to tell me they found a camera and offered to deliver it. Hooray for Bayview Limousine Service!

After the last car service company I worked with never came to pick me up, I decided to try Bayview. The reservations staff is excellent, and they seem to have a good system as they have my information up very quickly as I am arranging for the pick up. The drivers are prompt, very professional and very interesting - it seems that a lot of artists/musicians/writers like to work for Bayview. Sounds like a great company.

Price is a little high, but less than the other premium car service companies I checked out (also I live in North Bend, so it's a long ride out to pick me up). I like the fact that they wait for you at the baggage carousel at SeaTac, and help you with your luggage. My previous car service had me get my bags and then I had to wait for them at the curb.
