Our driver was extremely courteous, professional and amiable. Will definitely be calling this service next time in in Florida

We had a terrible, abusive, threatening experience with this company. They harassed me via email for asking if it was possible to reschedule - never intending to cancel if not.

I was called stupid, told I better "shut my smart mouth." Then he called my husband at work to curse at him, demean me, and ultimately hang up on my husband, ending with "tell your stupid f---ing wife to stop emailing me." We canceled because we did not feel safe using their limo, but everything is non-refundable, so we are out the $1200. Excellent business model if all the negative reviews on you get hidden.

My husband's review - along with many similar reviews have been forced into the "not recommended" section of Yelp reviews and hidden. Why should trust Yelp reviews after this.

They out did themselves for our wedding anniversary. Gave me everything I asked for. Bob the driver even made white chocolate covered strawberries at home because they couldn't find any, just the dark chocolate ones and my wife loved them. We did the Mercedes limo.

Amazing service! Extremely friendly drivers who made last minute accommodations! They were on time and diligent with communicating via text! Definitely recommend them for anyone going to and from the airport!

Renting this limo was a very easy process. Blaze was very knowledgeable and was on point with his information and completing our contract. Richard was assigned as the driver for our event and he communicated with me via text. He was 15 minutes early and was ready to go when I notified him we were ready for pickup. Richard had to make three transports for us during our event and he was punctual and professional. We utilized a Sprinter type van and it was the perfect size for our event. Thank you for your service. Job well done!

Impeccable vehicles and service. Their concern for my welfare and comfort exceeded my own. Great communications via email, phone, and texts. You know where they are and you know where you'll be, and when. The drivers are sharp, professional in demeanor and actions. Three steps ahead of the airlines, and two steps ahead of your concerns. Our driver was very friendly and professional. He arrived right as we landed so he was there waiting for us. He had complementary bottled water waiting for us in the car.

Our driver Deborah Taylor was super professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and just very pleasant company on our drive to the condo. I have a 2 and 8 year old and felt safe in her capable hands as our driver. The vehicle was a new Chevy suburban and the car seat we rented was clean and new also. I HIGHLY recommend this service, and request Deborah if you can.

I booked round trip airport transfers for my boss and his family with President Limo. Blaze was the best! We had last minute changes and Blaze accomodated the requests right away with no issues. If you are in the Tampa area, definitely book President Limo!

My family and I had a great experience. I used their service for my Wife’s birthday. The driver (Max) was on time, pleasant and very professional. We rented the Ford Expedition Suv limo. The limo was very clean and spacious. The whole family loved it. Presidential Limo helped create a great memory for us. I highly recommend their services.

We called Presidential Limo service DC at the last minute today for a wine tour since our other limo company canceled on us at the last minute. presidential Limo was here within 45 minutes of us calling them with. an immaculate stretch Lincoln limo. Great experience! Blaze arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very professional and pleasant and a very fine driver. He got me to my destination safely and quickly. The car was immaculate and comfortable. And, I enjoyed a lovely and entertaining chat with this very nice man.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY The driver showed up on time which was great, but things turned very quickly. The driver tried to assert his dominance by shouting orders and even stooped to the level of asking if the patrons "spoke English".

He then proceeded to use the term "you people", and things only got worse from there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY After a few minutes of the driver shouting, he demanded the patrons get out of the limo and he refused to drive the bride and her party to her own wedding. He stood outside of the limo and said nothing and waited for everyone to exit the limo. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Unfortunately the owner is just as bad as the driver, and refused to give a refund for a service that wasn't provided.

He was rude, irrational, and wants his customer to treat him as if he is a superior providing a superior service, which his company did not. This company steals your money and WILL NOT give it back. They will rob your money right from under your nose and not think twice about giving a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If you prefer being lectured in a terse manner before you are able to pull away from the curb. If you like being cussed out and insulted by your driver. If you like your limo driver to honk his horn at other drivers all the while being driven recklessly. Oh! If you prefer calling to complain to the owner and being called a nasty B word then this is the limousine company for you.

We had a very bad experience for my friend's wedding. The driver was so disrespectful to our entire party from the moment I greeted him with my 6 year old flower girl. I'm big on customer service (the driver could have pulled up in a pinto, but if he had a friendly disposition I'd give him 4 stars) however, the level of hostility from the driver towards us was beyond unprofessional. Save yourself the potential stress and go with a reputable vendor.

The driver was rude and disrespectful, the only thing guaranteed about using this company is that you will have a miserable time and choose to uber home. Be prepared to hear the following "turn down the music", "don't play with the buttons for the lights", "I'm parked far and I don't want to drive to you", these are just a sample of the great conversations you will have with you driver.

And pleaseeee don't forget if you happen to put your foot on the imported, hand made, exotic Italian pleather you will be scolded for the entire night. I will obviously never use this company again and hope this review will stop anyone else from doing so. Yelp, please add a zero star option!

We had an amazing wedding day! Thank you for the dedicated staff and the amount of waiting time. We were a short distance from our destination and the driver was courteous and patient. Thank you the great service!

They were very professional and helpful in providing transportation for the grandmothers to and from the wedding venue. They took special care to make sure their special needs were taken care. I would definitely use them again for any occasion.

Please beware. Their vehicles appear to be very nice (hence why I gave a 2 star over 1 star) - however trying book one is not easy. For us, it didn't happen. on 10/2/2016 - I spoke with the company about booking a 23 min-bus. At that time, I did ask if they could lower their price any. I was informed they would get back to me. on 10/6/2016 -Since I didn't hear back, I submitted a quote online and was happy to received a price quote back in just a few hours which was $25 less than the original quote.

Here is what was in the email: "In response to your request, I am pleased to inform you that we would have availability for your requested date of service." Therefore we decided to book with them since their vehicles seems to be nice and new. But wanted to start with 4 hours over 5 hours. Sent an email that day with that request. on 10/8/2016 - Since I didn't hear back, I called to confirm the price for 4 hours then asked for the contract. on 10/10/2016 - Since I didn't hear back, I emailed again asking for the contract and/or quote for what I was quoted on 10/8/2016. on 10/11/2016 - Since I didn't hear back, I called and was informed they were very busy with a conference.

They informed me that they could contact me in the morning. on 10/12/2016 - Sine I didn't hear back, I called twice but no one answer. on 10/13/2016 - Since I didn't hear back, I was going to call one last time. Luckily I got a hold of someone and they informed me that they are no longer availability that evening. They said it had been booked since June 2016.

Why are they just NOW telling me? Every single communication I had with them the timeline was discussed/provided. In fact, look back at 10/06/2016 and what was in their email - them stating they were available. Since I was showing disappointed, they personally attacked me.

Poor, Unsafe, and Unprofessional Service! Limo service was hired for daughter's wedding. Limo driver arrived late (believe they double booked). My husband and I had to take our daughter to the church, so that she would not be late to her own wedding. The bridesmaids had to drive themselves to the church. We arrived to the church 20 minutes before the ceremony.

The limo driver shows up to the church and ask a groomsman to get me because he wanted to be paid (unprofessional). Of course, he was made to wait until after the service. There was one other contact person other than myself who was rudely called by the business owner on this day. The business owner was rude and unprofessional, to the point of almost yelling into the phone.

The other contact person stated that he had to tell her to calm down. Is this the kind of way a professional should be acting? This company also only takes cash when picked up. This seems a little suspicious to me, if you are a reputable business. In this day and time who carries around large amounts of cash. Limos were in poor condition. One of the limos had no air conditioning and a brake light was out. I was told that a spare tire was sitting in the the front seat of the other limo. I was truly disgusted and appalled by this poor service.

I have used this service twice and both times OUTSTANDING.and to top it off I requested service both times last minute(for prom & father's day).when nobody else could provide service they did.very impressive. And it was quality service.with a smile and very professional! Thanks

The owner of this company is the most disrespectful person I have ever been in contact with. Called to confirm the reservations and instead got a owner using profanity, exact words "Jesus fucking Christ". I was shocked at the way he responded and to the fact that he is in business to this day. Such a rude person, no one should ever book this person. The owners name is Sunny if anyone ever comes in contact with him. Run!

Looking to have that special day totally screwed up by the worst company ever? Then Presidential Limo is for you! Terrible! Stay Away! I was completely shocked at how the driver behaved. He was late and didn't tell us. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe how confrontational and belligerent he was.

He yelled and swore at all of us. He threw our stuff out of the limo into the street creating a huge and embarrassing scene. He was scary. Left us all stranded. Take a look at how the company responds to reviews of their performance, the tone and despicable language the company uses to characterize their customers. Is this the type of person and negative atmosphere you want for your event? This is the first review I've ever done because this company was so bad and so infuriating that I also had to make sure others were aware.

All the people who had terrible experiences can't all be making this stuff up. Why would we all put so much time into informing the public if the company wasn't so horrendous? The common theme here is that Presidential Limo often provides terrible, terrible service.

I rented a brand-new 23 passenger mini-bus from this company to transport myself and two dozen of my students from Springfield, VA to Washington, DC and back in July 2015. The experience couldn't have gone better, the driver was polite and prompt, and the vehicle was spotlessly clean. I look forward to using your services again!

I meant to write this update a long time ago but it took me a while to cool down. Please note that owner's original response to my review (written 10/12/14) was deleted by Yelp. It was full of name calling; he called my group "a bunch of cheap and low class people who cannot afford a limo" and "classless people." It contained anti-semitic rhetoric by posting my friend's Jewish last name and saying "If her name tells you something." He then went on to list my friend's full name and entire home address. He concluded by saying "Some people are just miserable in life and we cannot help them." All quotes verbatim from original response. Completely unprofessional.

The Good: They showed up on time and returned us on time The Bad: The limo was ancient and looked like it had been assembled from spare parts laying around an auto repair shop. The front doors did not match the rest of the car and I should have known when they called me the day of and said the front window was cracked (just happened this morning they claimed).

The interior was also in disrepair (missing buttons, missing ceiling vents (had rags stuffed in them for some reason). This is the least best limo I have ever ridden in in 30 years of doing this. Other: They spent more time harassing me about signing their ridiculous contract then they did actually focusing on the itinerary (they advertised on their website that they did wine tours and then after I booked they told me they no longer did those and you have to call and schedule them yourself).

They kept calling me from one phone number and then when I would re-dial that number no one picked up.then they would leave me a message to call back on another number. (Junior Varsity) With the exception of one stop, we had to go out and find the driver because he didn't get the text message or the voice call on his phone. Verizon may have been the cause, but you would think these guys do this every weekend and would know which locations have telecom issues.

For the $750 I paid them, we could have called up two of the neighborhood kids with their parents' SUV and paid each of them $100 each for the day and gotten a better experience. Why would it have been better, newer car, we could have eaten snacks in their car, could have saved $850 dollars. If felt sorry for the driver, who seemed to be somewhat embarrassed about having to cramp 9 people in car they was advertised for 10. 8 was ok, but 10 would have been ridiculous. 9 was just uncomfortable.

We paid a lot to be uncomfortable - will never do it again with this junior varsity operation. Overall we had a great 20th anniversary- but it had more to do with the our great friends and the locations (we scheduled Barrel Oak, La Grange & Quattro Goombas). We will vote with our feet and never use this company again.

Will NEVER book with this limo company again. Had a limo this past Saturday for a bachelorette party. They double booked the limo. We had to tailor our trip around a second bachelorette party. I have never had a limo service where you pay for a driver and share him. What a awful thing to do to a group of ladies. Limo was clean the first pickup, and that would be its saving grace. Except during one pickup one of the glasses had champagne in it from the other party. Gross.

I'm so glad I stumbled across this limousine service at the last minute. They were quick to respond and help me with the services I needed when another limo service messed up my reservation. My daughter really enjoyed her 13th birthday with her friends in the limo. Its was a beautiful pieces I must say

Winery Tour - Presidential Limousine lived up to their name. Sunny and his team were wonderful to work with to get things set up. We rented their new Sprinter Limo Bus for 13 of us and it worked out GREAT! While we were planning the trip Sunny helped by sending extra pictures of the vehicle over. The seating configuration and space worked out splendid as it was a 2 hour ride from DC to the first winery.

The overall condition and ride of the vehicle was A++ We have rented limo/van's before and the ride in DC is not always so good but this time was fantastic. Our driver was very professional, helpful and courteous so we could not have asked for a better companion for the day. Overall the van rental was a BIG part of making this a fun and special weekend.

I can't say enough about how posh and comfortable the van was. We especially liked the seating around the table which made it easy to converse. Would DEFINITELY recommend Presidential Limousine to anyone looking. We will use them again!

My lovely friends set this rental up for me for my birthday. It was a great service, the limo was clean and nice. The driver was very prompt and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

This was a great experience good quality vehicle very clean. The driver arrived on time and greeted the family along with acknowledging the graduate. He was very professional and did not rush us and continually check to see if everyone was okay.

I was looking around for limo service for the day; I came across this company online to receive a quote. Spoke with Sunny he was very polite and professional answered all my questions and went beyond his means to make a deal. Even though a family member chose to go with another company I will definitely keep them in mind for future travels.

My brother was so excited when this nice limo pulled up to escort him to his graduation. The driver was professional well dress and spoken. He was also attentive. The ride was nice and the car was clean . They arrived on time he also congratulated my brother that makes all the difference. I would definitely recommend.
