They ran transportation during a conference we had in Asheville for three days. They did a great job and were able to accommodate changes in scheduling and multiple trips. The vehicles were comfortable and clean, and they were professional. Great job!

Gil from Blue Ridge Limo. did a phenomenal job on our big day. He brought a gorgeous sprinter van limo to pick up the bridal party, and had a nice Mercedes car to pick up my husband and I at the end of our wedding day for our getaway car. We felt like celebrities in these clean, upscale vehicles! We even got to play our own playlist in the van on the way to our venue. 10/10!

We recently used Blue Ridge Limousine for the transportation of the wedding party and guests for our daughter's wedding in Asheville. From the beginning, the communication with Gil was friendly and professional. He did a great job of helping me determine what we needed. On the big day, our driver, Lee Anne, gave us flawless service! Despite the rather complicated set of instructions as to where to be when, she didn't miss a beat.

And when my husband and I walked out of the venue with our arms full of items we needed to get home, there was Lee Anne ready and waiting to take us home (and extremely helpful getting our load in and out of the van!). All of our guests felt very well cared for which made us feel proud of the wedding we hosted.

We had an incredible experience with Blue Ridge Limo from the start. We ended up booking two limos, one for the bride and bridesmaids and, and the other, for the groom and the groomsmen. We also booked our “getaway car” through them. They were responsive, on time, and extremely nice! About 3 weeks before our wedding, we realized that we would need transportation for the guests as well, and Gil made it work! Everything went so smoothly and we couldn’t have been happier! Blue Ridge handled transportation for our daughter's wedding at the Grove Park Inn. This was a destination wedding with a large number of out of town guests. The bus and shuttle service was very important for the events success and we needed a top vendor for this work. Blue Ridge was highly recommended by our Wedding Planner. We were not disappointed!

If you use this company for an airport pickup, be prepared to pay for waiting time. They apparently do not track flights so if you arrive even 15 min late or it takes you more time to exit the plane after you gate, you will be charged an extra $39 minimum. When we called to question the waiting time charge, the person was rude and did not care whatsoever. Terrible company!

We waited for almost 2 hours for them to show up at the airport in Ashville and the pick up was arranged months in advance. When the driver showed up all he had to say was that it wasn't his fault. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!

This place would not give me any info over the phone, and demanded that I send an e-mail to them for any information to get a limo for my wedding. I was calling for simple pricing, availability, and list of fleet vehicles. The person answering the phone would not provide any of this. If you cannot give me simple info over the phone, I will never give you my business, and I will let everyone else know about your terrible customer service. NOT A SNOW BALLS CHANCE IN HADES WOULD I USE THIS SERVICE!
