Colony Limousine

My husband and I had been using this car service for around 6 months and had been generally content with the service, until today. I had an early flight and was running just a few minutes late. Car booked for 5am, and it was 5:06 when my doorbell rings. I open it and tell the driver, "Hi, sorry, I'll be right out." He proceeds to angrily admonish me, "Ma'am, it's already past your time and you need to go, I have to come back here later and I don't want to run into any traffic on my way back.

You need to hurry up." I was stunned into silence, went and kissed my son and husband goodbye, grabbed my bag and was out the door by 5:08. I get in the car and ask for his name. He refuses to answer, telling me again that I'm late and they are going to charge me extra. I don't respond except to ask his name. He keeps raising his voice and trying to talk over me.

Finally after I ask 3 more times before he tells me, "Mel." I finally ask him to please not talk to me for the rest of the ride. He tells me "same here." Then proceeds to keep talking. He says "you can complain all you want, but I've been working for this company for a long time." I'm sad for the rest of this company because I've had good interactions with other drivers, such as James, but I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone while this guy is working there. I have been using car services for work for years and have NEVER come across anyone so incredibly rude and disrespectful in my life.

We used this company's limo service yesterday for my daughter's drive thru graduation. The driver was on time and dressed professionally. He was courteous and funny. He made sure he did things the way we wanted them. I recommend this limo service 100%. Our driver was Mohammad (Mike) in case you want to request him. I will definitely use them in the future.

Mr. Edwin got us to our location on time and safely! He was very professional and so kind! The party bus rental was for my daughter's Sweet 16 and she and her guests had an awesome time! They loved the bluetooth option to play their own music! This is my family's second time using Colony and both times we have been satisfied! Very professional! I highly recommend!

A few of the drivers are way better than others with more driving alertness and just good driving. (Paula rocks!) If it weren't for a few experiences of the many I've had, this would be 5*. The staff is incredibly customer-friendly.

Bobby and Colony Limo are amazing! I explained what my plans were and Bobby gave me the perfect recommendation to meet the needs of my event. Due to Hurricane Harvey I had to change my event date twice but each time Bobby was understanding and accommodating. The driver was timely and knowledgeable of the area. Even with 18 loud, singing 9-10 year olders, our driver remained patient and calm. I can't say enough positive things about my experience from booking to drop-off. I rented a hummer limo for my sister's Quinceanera on 4/21/2018, it did arrive on time and the limo was in excellent condition. My only complaint was the limo driver, this was suppose a fun and upbeat experience but he kept complaining about the volume of the music when it wasn't even that loud. We tried lowering to what we though was a decent volume and he still rudely asked us to lower down even more.

He ended up dropping us off at the reception hall 20 minutes before the end of the limo service when we had asked him to drive us around the roads to makeup for the remainder of the time that we had left. Yes their limos and party buses are nice but i wouldn't bother using the service again, especially if a driver is going to make such a fuss about the volume of the music.

We have worked with Colony Limo for years. Always professional and accommodating. Whether if it's an airport pick up or drop off or a planned weekend of transporting up to 50 people between hotel/venues, they have always been a great service.

We had the distinct pleasure of Colony Limousine's services for a company event this past Saturday. We reserved the Mercedes van for our event and were not disappointed. David, our driver, arrived as requested and the van was in impeccable condition. He was an excellent driver to and from our destination. I made a reservation on their website, got no email confirmation. Then called them twice to ask about reservation and was told they have no record of my reservation. I then went to another company, got a quote, made a reservation, got an email confirmation and an email reminder. I suddenly looked at my credit card statement and Colony Limousines charged me for NO SERVICE!

I hate to call someone a dishonest business operator, but I have emailed 3 times to refund my charge, as they did not provide any service. Still no refund. Stay away from them, extremely dishonest and un-professional.

I am an owner of a rather small company but we do amazing things in our niche. I was courting a large business and it came done to us and a really large company. They wanted to come out and see our facility and of course I wanted to make the best presentation possible. Starting with the ride from the airport. I chose Colony Limo for the job and they lived up to our expectations.

The Colony Limousine provided me an amazing service. The driver was so nice and was very understanding. There fleet of cars and buses are excellent you are guaranteed to get your monies worth. They also are very affordable. I took the black 30 passenger bus for a great deal given that it is prom season. I highly recommend Colony Limousine for any of your needs.

I used Colony Limo during the Great Flood of 2015. My plane was scheduled to arrive at IAH on May 25 at 6:30pm. As it sometimes happens with air travel, I was delayed.and delayed.and delayed! By the time I finally got to Houston it was 5am on May 26! I stayed in touch with Colony Limo when I could and kept them up to date on when my plane might arrive.

I walked in to baggage claim a bedraggled airplane passenger and the driver was there to greet me. He was courteous and pleasant after experiencing a harrowing evening himself. He was alert and aware after waiting ALL NIGHT for me. I could not be happier with the service I received. I will use them again and I have already recommended them to my friends. I made sure that I tipped and I tipped well, because the service I received was EXCELLENT!

Driver was very courteous, prompt and professional. The Hummer limo was clean and we had a blast traveling to our venue. The only thing that did not work which was very minor was the USB jack to play our own music from a smart phone. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We used them for airport transportation this past week. The ride from home to the airport was good, the driver arrived about 10 or 15 minutes early and waited outside until we were ready to go, he was very professional, and loaded our bags for us. He did not speak much which I assume was in an effort to give us space since it was 4 in the morning, it was appreciated.

For the airport pickup our driver, Eugene was waiting at the baggage claim area with a sign when we arrived. He insisted that I allow him to remove our bags from the luggage conveyor, he was very outgoing and went that extra mile to provide good service. Both cars were clean and seemed well maintained. I would definitely recommend Colony for airport transportation.

This service was really exceptional! Both times that I've used them, they were on time, courteous, got me to my destination on time and drove safely. The car was clean and smelled nice and the drivers were kind. One was very friendly and chatted with me about my day. They both were prepared with directions to and from my drop off points. I would definitely use them again!

Started using Colony about 8 months ago after my old service almost doubled their prices and then sold.could not have been surprised and pleased with their professionalism, their service and their attitudes - from the receptionist to the dispatcher to the drivers - just great folks AND great rates. I was misquoted for our wedding. He never mentioned any extra charges, and they were never listed in my original contract. When I call to discuss this, he couldn't believe that I had the audacity to call 2 weeks later. Um sorry, I didn't realize I should have reviewed all my cc charged the day after my wedding and during my honeymoon. He yelled at me, laughed at me, called me a horrible person, and brought me to tears at how rude he was.

Finally he yelled that the extra charges were the tip and gas and do I want to stiff the driver? Of course I would never stiff the driver. If he just told me from the beginning that there would be extra charges and what they were for, I would have been fine. There was no need for him to be so rude to a customer calling to clear-up a charge. And did I mention that the limo was missing a seat?

We had 1 extra person (my photographer) come in the limo with us. He was going to sit in the front since it was a tight squeeze, and he couldn't because there was no seat.

We had a wonderful ride and perfect evening in the limo. My daughter was 4 at the time and she remembers every minute of the ride. It was a splurge, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat. The driver was really nice and drove us around town to see Christmas lights after seeing a play at the Hobby Center. I plan to book them again for an airport ride. Will update after the trip, but I suspect my rating won't change.

We booked a bus sized limo for a bachelorette party being held the weekend of the Final 4 this year. The week before, we called the company to see if we could switch to a smaller vehicle as we had some people back out. They advised us that they were booked- no problem. The day of the party they showed up no problem and drove us to our first destination.

We asked the driver how far in advance we should call so we can assure he is outside to pick us up after dinner and we are not waiting- he said 15 min. We called 15 min before we needed him and he said no problem, see you soon. After waiting for almost 30 min (45 min after we had called) we call to see where our driver was. He comes up with some story about the CD player not working (we were using it JUST fine) and he needed to switch us out.

Almost 20 min later he finally shows up in a MUCH smaller limo (party bus to hummer limo). The limo company did not offer any kind of discount or refund for the fact that they switched us to a smaller limo without our approval before they did it! Not only that- but they left us waiting for almost an hour for the limo to come pick us up. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
