Just finished my 4th trip with Car Service Miami between the cruise port and airport. The direct communication from the reservations team and driver provided well-deserved confidence in our travel plans at an otherwise chaotic place and time. I booked this car service for my trip to Key West, and I had great experience. I requested a quote over the website and got a reply within 15 minutes and booked with them really fast. They asked me for my flight information and kept tracking my flight even when it got delayed. On arrival, we received text from driver that he's expecting us after we clear customs.

He was standing there with a name sign and escorted us to vehicle which was very clean and new. On the way there, we asked driver to make a stop so we can take some pictures and buy some snacks. He told us about best places to stop on the way to Key West. Company gave us a discount for making a round trip so we requested same driver to pick us up on the way back where we spent few more days in Miami Beach and this company made these trips safe and easy to book. We are extremely happy we choose this company. We went from Miami Airport to Port of Miami. Chauffeur was very polite and helpful and the Cadillac XT5, was pristine clean. He met us inside American Airlines terminal with my name on sign. They gave 10% discount as first time customers. Keep up with great work!

Amazing service! One day before the trip we got text with driver info. Driver was fully black suited, wearing mask. I saw people leaving bad reviews for some taxi service here but this is professional limo service, we requested champagne to have in our car two days before and we got it as well since we were visiting Key Largo so we can relax on the way down.

Only people that don't know what is limo service and never used limo service can give this company bad review or fake one! Excellent Service! We will use definitely again you guys

We just completed a cruise from the Port of Miami. As part of planning, we needed a reliable car service to get us from the Amtrak station to our hotel the day prior to embarkation, from our hotel to the port on day of embarkation, and from the port to the Amtrak station when we returned. There were six of us with all the luggage you might imagine for a 5-day cruise.

First bump was a 5-hour train delay due to an accident on the tracks. We kept everyone appraised of our situation and they accommodated the delay with no issues. We were picked up at the hotel on time and arrived at the port at exactly our check in time. There was another delay with disembarkation and, again they made adjustments to accommodate and we were at the Amtrak station right on time.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of our driver, Silvana. Very personable and willing to work with every delay to be sure we were where we needed to be at the right time. Car Service Miami made sure we had the right vehicle for the number of people so we could travel in comfort. We recently went on a family vacation with a party of nine people. I researched most of the local limo companies but was given the best rates here, sometimes with as much as fifty percent off. This is a great car service company. I used them recently to pick up a friend from the airport. When the plane was delayed, the driver was patient about waiting for the passenger and keeping me posted on their status and whereabouts. They are timely, organized and very professional. Goo car service thy took us from MIA to South beach and also we used them to go to Islamorada. Both time on time and good driving. Highly recommend it!

I have been riding with Car Service Miami for the last few months. I had an absolutely fantastic, they offer the best car service experience in MIami. Recently we booked transportation for the Formula 1 Grand Prix Miami. Great customer service and went out of their way to find us a car.
