Working with RideCentric has been a breeze and so easy. I use a lot of car services and this is by far the easiest way to book and communicate with drivers. Didn't show up on time to pick up passengers to drop off at the DFW airport. When contacted later thru Emirates, told me that they will refund taxi fare if taxi receipt is submitted. Seems like they are not concerned about the passengers inconvenience
