Metropolitan Limousine Service

We used Metropolitan Limo for transport from MDW airport Chicago to our hotel. I knew they were overpriced compared to other car services but the hotel recommended them so I used them. I would never use this company again. The driver did not have m identification in the window as stated. He was not wearing a mask while the three of us were riding in the back seats with masks on.

He did put a mask in after I asked. The company sent a sedan when they knew they were picking up 3 people. The driver stood there complaining he didn't think the bags would fit but after he put the bags in and one in the front seat everything fit. For this terrible service I paid 160 dollars. I took a SUV Uber back for 60.00 with a professional driver. Stay away from this service

I've spoken with Marisa Maya more than once & every time, she has been very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable & able to answer all of my questions. She's, definitely, a people person.

They provided great service for my wedding. The driver was very professional and courteous. Highly recommended

Not as good as it used to be, dispatchers aren't as accommodating, no more stretch limos for larger parties, the high level of service appears to be diminishing.

Since the new owners took over the company, I would rather walk then use this company. After a long time employee of theirs became sick they fired him thus he lost his insurance. They did this to two different employees. My personal opinion, is that is what killed him. If you are thinking about working there starting pay, $6.00 per hour. They no longer dispatch the cars out of Chicago, instead Boston.

I called to book service for my daughter's prom and the woman who answered the phone basically laughed at me and told me "We don't service prom." Then put that on your website and definitely hire more professional intake callers!

Drivers are very professional and we'll trained. State of the art equipment!
