We had to go to the airport. Nick arrived five minutes earlier and was waiting downstairs. He help us with a luggage. The vehicle was clean from the outside and the inside and it's felt like a brand new car with the smell of a brand new car. He was very polite and friendly. The ride was very smooth and safe. I was able to deal with business on the phone during the ride. Definitely going to use it again

Reserved a limo to pick my family and myself up late on Monday, Labor Day. Called the appropriate number after we got our bags and asked for the car to pick us up at Terminal 3. Got a call back 10 minutes later stating they could NOT get a hold of the driver. We took a cab home. Very disappointed. No call the next day to apologize. Very poor.

Utilized SF Limo service last Saturday. Drivers were prompt and courteous. Town Car was in excellent condition. Would not hesitate to utilize their service in the future and recommend to friends. Great job!

I booked this company via phone call for a last minute request for a ride to SFO. The car arrived on time and the driver was polite and courteous. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely use them again in the future!

Booked a ride to SFO via their website and they confirmed with an email a few hours later. The email stated the price to be higher than the special offer on the site that I qualified for - when I responded to the email asking about this I did not receive a response back and they insisted on charging me the higher amount when we got to the airport.

When the driver picked me up he did not know which airport we were going to or my airline - even though I had given all of this information on their online form. Wouldn't use this service again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU SHOULD WALK RATHER THAN RENT A CAR OR LIMO FROM SF LIMOS! In addition to their old, decrepit limos, their customer service wins the prize in the WORST category. They are rude, dishonest and have no shame. Whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE them your CC number. They will ring up erroneous charges and refunds are impossible.

I was really impressed with the service and competitive pricing. The drivers were courteous and punctual. Our pick up from the airport was well timed and we did not have to wait at the curbside more than about 3 or 4 mins. I would definitely recommend this service and will use it in the future for my travel needs!

There are so many Limo places in SF called SF Limo. LimoSF. This rating is for sflimo.net - they have a 650 phone number but I'm not certain of their street address. One star for getting me to the airport and back for under $200. Reading these other reviews, I'm very lucky to get a ride at all

I have nothing but the best to say about this company, their service and the drivers. Whenever I'm in the city and in need of any type of transfer, I always rely on them for exceptionally quick pick-up and drop-off as well as curteous service. They always arrive on time no matter the location and treat me like a truly valued customer. The cars are always very clean, the drivers look professional, open doors, help with luggage and the cost is hardly higher than that of a taxi. I highly recommend SF Limo to anyone in need of tranportation to/from the airport or within and around SF.

I had a great experience with these guys! I called them up on a short notice to drive me from the downtown to SFO very early in the morning. The driver was prompt and very helpful. Half of the street was closed off that day, so he had to park in a weird spot. Then he walked to my door to help me with luggage. He was very corteus and patient.

These folks are great! I use them almost every time I fly from SFO and not once, not once, have they been late. They're courteous and friendly and just do a magnificent job. They're only $45 to SFO from the city, which it seems is cheaper for where I live than a taxi!

I recently scheduled an airport transfer for my in-laws and when confirming the service, I asked to prepay for the service, which they happily did. Upon checking my credit card bill, I noticed they overcharged me for the service. I called them and spoke with a gentleman that was not helpful at all, he could not credit my account for the overcharge and would not tell me whom I needed to speak with to get this resolved.

I asked that someone follow up with me regarding this overcharge BUT no one EVER got back to me. In these ecomonic times, I would think that companies such as this one would want to provide the best possible customer service to generate/keep clients, but clearly this company does not want my business again. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.
