Our sedan fleet includes Lincoln "L Series" Town Car sedans which are 6 inches longer than standard Lincoln Town Cars for greater rear seat leg room. These special "L Series" models feature additional rear seat passenger amenities including climate and audio controls, front passenger seat position adjustment, vanity mirrors, beverage holders and power outlets to maximize passenger comfort and productivity.
Clients can view their reservations at any time to confirm the latest changes or cancellations. Confirmations will be available on-line within 15 minutes of being made. Receipts for credit card charges can be automatically sent at the time the card is processed. Receipts will be available on line at the time your credit card is processed.

I have recently switched over to Quicksilver from my old company. Though I guess that their business is not quite where it was before COVID, Quicksilver has shown me that they are dependable, and they have gone the extra mile to make sure their vehicles are clean and safe. I highly recommend this company if you are going to start traveling again.

We used Quicksilver Towncar recently to transport a elderly gentleman from SFO to Napa. Our Nurse reported back " I'd also like to say that the Quicksilver driver in San Fran was the bomb; a true historian and tour guide. He made the last leg of out trip extra special." I had a very pleasant experience with this service. Nick was my driver. The service is located very close to SFO, so the driver came to pick me up extreme quickly, which I greatly appreciated. Very professional, friendly, and drove safely. I especially appreciated his attention to detail in his excellent customer service. I will use Quicksilver Towncar again next time.

We used Quicksilver TownCar Service for a 21st birthday bash - drinks, drop off for lunch, then more drinks as we rode around Hollywood and the Sunset Strip. What a great time! Our driver, James, always professional and courteous, drove us wherever we wanted and put up with our music DVDs the entire afternoon, he certainly helped make it a memorable day.
The booking process was easy, we picked out the limo we wanted from the pictures on the website. Everything was perfect, all that we expected and more. Would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

Has the driver been drug tested, is the question I always ask my young female associates when they use a smart phone app to secure a ride home from work after dark. All Quicksilver Town Car drivers are drug tested annually and CHP's driving record is record is checked twice a year. FYI: For working moms, dropping off children on the way to the airport, Quicksilver customer service has car seats upon request.

I'll keep things anonymous and fair even though I'd I'd like to name-drop one man in particular, nevertheless, I'd strongly advise anyone to request the driver who, as I understand it, has been with Quicksilver longer than any other chauffuer in the company's employ. His driving was confident and safe but not slow, and I'm sure that can be said about all of their chauffeurs.
What made the trip especially pleasant was a great conversation, which had to end much too soon when his Tesla arrived at my destination. The Tesla is a hot ride, btw. It was great to experience one long before cheaper mass-market versions were announced. I've been waiting to buy one since that ride (which was a few years ago. Something reminded me of the ride recently, so here's my review!

What a ride! No better way to leave your own wedding than to hop into a black Tesla S with your lady love and head to your hotel, via a few scenic points of interest. I booked our Tesla to show up early; during the time it sat in front of our building, it drew impressed looks and comments from our friends and family - both the macho how-many-horses types and the environmentally concerned.
When time came for us to actually leave, our driver Victor was friendly, helpful, and smartly dressed. Because the company has a 2-hour minimum for within San Francisco, and our ride would have otherwise taken only about 20-30 minutes, we opted for a trip up Twin Peaks, to look at the city at night. Victor was happy to take some quick pictures of us, and even offered to leave us alone for a bit, if we wanted.
Since we still had time, we went across the Golden Gate bridge and took in some views of the city lights from the lookout on the far side, before returning to our bridal suite downtown. The drive itself was fun - safe, yet sporadically exhilarating, when we asked Victor to step on it. This particular model of car has had enough written about it - of note is that this one was in perfect shape, and had very impressive interior displays and controls. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a hip getaway vehicle.

Used this service for trip in San Fran last weekend (10-12th of Jan). The drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. Our return to the airport was in a Tesla - I highly recommend trying this car. It is not much more than a Towncar and shows how far electric vehicles have come. The in car display is enormous and driver was happy with our interest in the options and controls of the car.
If charging stations become more available near my home in the Baltimore-Washington area I'd seriously consider the Tesla. One point regarding billing at Quicksilver. The PDF displays a "Suggested gratuity" but neither driver altered us that the charge would be included when we tipped them in cash. I phoned the office upon receiving my invoice and noting the gratuity charge.
They were apologetic and removed the charge, indicating the drivers should have informed us before taking our cash. I appreciated the quick action taken to credit my account and as of this morning both uses of their service showed the graduation credit on my card. I recommend this company - but please either update your PDF or post in the cars, in a discrete location, that gratuity is automatically included in the charge for service.

Yes, this is the way to make Mom feel special! Leaving town is often a last minute jumble, but when Jim arrived in a gorgeous new Tesla I could relax. We got to the airport in time for me to stop for breakfast. (That's a treat!) All inclusive car service eliminates the need to fumble for a proper tip just as you're gathering up personal belongings. I appreciated both the hassle-free ride and Jim's pleasant attitude.

Response to the company president's comment: No Laurie, as I mentioned in our conversation yesterday, I did NOT FORGET that you quoted me $97.50 per vehicle because I had the previous invoice right in front of me. I was very aware of the previous quotes, which is why I chose to call back the third year in a row. Thanks for the attempted backhanded apology regarding your attitude, but you can keep it.
Our conversation did not "seem condescending or dismissive", YOU were condescending and dismissive. I get it, repeat clients mean nothing to you. This has been made crystal clear. I would give the car service 5 stars but they are on the pricey-er side for a car service. With that being said, I will say that they came to my rescue. The car service I had booked was more than 30 minutes from the airport by the time my friend and I got through customs in SFO. I had expected the other service to be tracking our flight so that they were at least in the immediate area when we landed.
After calling the other service 2x and waiting for more than 15 minutes to hear back from them, I called a cab company and 2 towncar companies to get rates. Quicksliver was a slightly higher but had a car available within 5 minutes of the terminal for pick up. The gentlemen I spoke to at dispatch was courteous, helpful and managed the situation quickly and efficiently. Our driver was pleasant, helpful and got us home as quickly as possible. I would use this service again!

I was Very impressed with this car service. After a long cross-country flight with our 4 month old baby that arrived at SFO at 1AM, it was Great to see the driver waiting for us as soon as we walked out of the security checkpoint. The driver was very friendly, competent, and considerate. He couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Quicksilver, and I will certainly use this car service in the future.

My fiance and myself used Quicksilver for airport rides in July-Oct 2011 upon moving to SF. At the time they had a deal going for rides to and from SFO, including tip.think for about $75/ride, including tip. A bit pricey for some, however well worth the money at the time for a reliable ride. Each driver we had was knowledgable about different city routes, professional, on time, and had each clean sedans. The company had 'no' hidden fees, nice dispatch.overall, I had a great experience and would use them again!

Right on time with a clean and attractive town car. My driver Steve was a friendly chap who had been with the company over 10 years. The ride was very comfortable and my assistant was able to prepay so I didn't have to worry about having cash (even for gratuity). I travel a decent amount and having a reliable ride to and from the airport is clutch, glad we found them! Disclosure: Quicksilver is currently a Yelp advertiser and I work at Yelp.

NOT ACCEPTABLE! Driver had body odor. Infant car seat was very old and covered with dried vomit. Driver did not know how to install car seat. If I din't know how to do it we still would be sitting at the curb right now - with the clock still running. The emailed bill added more than $20 in fees not disclosed. Disgusting service for a one-time out of town client. Update 7/9: I received a 50% refund, as requested. Phillip tells me I would have received a full refund if I told them when I cancelled the return trip. TRY BUTTERFLY LIMOUSINE - they took us back to the airport, child seat was installed before pick up, car was spotless, the driver was an owner-operator and it showed in his excellent service.

I told my brother i would pick up his wife from the airport. That would have worked if i had not left my car at work the day before. So I called these guys and they took care of it for me. My sister in law said they did a real good job. Customer service was spot on over the phone also. I will use them from now on if i ever need this service.

I called Quicksilver at about midnight to schedule a ride to the airport, but the person who took my call said that she wasn't booking until they open at 4 the next day. I said "thanks for your help", and then she gave me this bitchy "uh-huh" reply. I've definitely experienced better service than this.

Being fed up of local cab companies here in the city, dirty, rude, LOST, I decided to turn to Yelp! and help me find a towncar service for trips about town and to / from the airport. Quicksilver's service, on time punctuality for both dropping me off at the airport and picking me up from my returning flights was bliss. I even made a change upon my arrival due to luggage being checked and they modified their pick plan real-time. It was awesome! I highly recommend Quicksilver. no more scuffed up Prada's for moi!

Had to go to the airport to catch a flight to China and wanted to get there a little bit early so that I could have a chance to snag one of the 5 upgrades to Business Class on UA. If you have ever flown coach (or cattle) class for international travel on United, you know why. Since I don't want to wake my friends for a Saturday 8:30am airport run, I decided to search for a car service.
I didn't want to worry with yellow cab, due to the numerous yelp reports of people making reservations and the cab not showing up. Called Quicksilver on Friday and they took down all my information. Secured the appointment with my credit card and got a confirmation in my email box 5 minutes after. The driver, Steven or Stephen, and his car showed up 5 minutes early and was waiting for me to come down to the front door.
I love punctuality. The lincoln town car was somewhat new according to Steve. Bottled water was located in the seat pocket in front of me but I didn't take it. The drive was nice and smooth and luxurious. Which can't be said about my 13 hour flight to Beijing in Economy. 5 Stars!

Used'em Loved'em will use them again. I needed to be picked up at quarter to 5 am for a red-eye. I got downstairs early to make sure i would not miss them. I had their number in hand, ready to call and remind them I can NOT miss this flight. imagine my surprise when they were there 10 minutes early - waiting for me! (I felt so special). OK, it's a little pricey, but the driver was nice, professional and it so beats a cab. I highly recommend.
