The driver was very polite and attentive. The car was spacious and very clean. It was for my wedding day and unfortunately it started raining. The driver kindly came as close as he could to the church door and we were able to get the bride in without getting a single drop. Overall great service!

Great experience once again. The mini spritzer was impeccably clean, very comfortable and had all the modern details for a gun party bus experience. Service was excellent from making the reservation, to the driver being very professional and always a few minutes earlier when picking up the group. I will continue to use Najestic Limos whenever I need a driving service and/or celebrating special events.

Had a great experience with majestic. The driver arrived on time, communicated clearly and was pleasant throughout. He handled all the luggage, provided me water and perfectly balanced the conversation so that I could unwind and relax. At least for today, they were the perfect car service.

I used Majestic Limos for a corporate event at the Biltmore and I can't say enough good things about their service. Robert was my contact and he was responsive and quick to make changes as they came up. I highly recommend Majestic Limos and will certainly work with them again when I am in Miami/Coral Gables.

We hired two vans to shuttle event attendees between the hotel and the restaurant over a four hour period. The vans arrived on time and at no time during the evening did any attendees need to wait for a van. The vans were clean, the drivers were professional and courteous, and a great night was had by all.

This review is well overdue, but it is important to me and my wife that we express how impressed we are every time we use Majestic for travel to South Florida. We couldn't recommend Majestic and Tony (driver) more. The company and Tony are very professional, friendly, respectful, and always on time with a clean vehicle for a very competitive price. I've always loved the white Vintage Rolls Royce; it's so classic and elegant. Choosing to have this car for us on our wedding made our day even more special. It was the perfect detail and a memorable first ride as a married couple. Robert whom I scheduled with couldn't be more professional and nice to work with. Luis, our chauffeur was a gem and added more love and relaxation to an already relaxed, emotional and heartfelt day. This really was a dream and we are on cloud 9. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with choosing Majestic Limousines.

Critical: Professionalism Robert, the "Manager" doesn't know what customer service is, rude and unhelpful in helping us to understand the services they provide. The driver didn't know how to input the correct directions and we were late to our own wedding reception! And then we were charged for the overtime fee!

Luis was a great and super professional team player for us during Premios Juventud journey He helped us in all the ways possible and let us feel safe and comfort during the rides.

I used Majestic for airport transportation from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami Beach. You cannot go wrong with them! The service is worth every penny. A person always answers the phone at their office. I received constant email and text communications after my reservations and on the days of service. My drivers, Parris and Chris, were so pleasant, professional and courteous. With JC's help, I booked a limo for friends, as a surprise, celebrating a birthday in Miami. Their train arrived very late but their driver got there early and waited patiently. I was told that he was very nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend Majestic to anyone in the Miami area.

Drivers always punctual which is very important. Waiting with sign very important. 3 of 4 cars had no water, really not acceptable. Drivers polite, discrete, not overly chatty. 1 or 2 received personal phone calls, which is a no. On time, and helpful. Would use them again.

Coordinating transportation is the least-relaxing part of event planning for me. So many times I've had issues with companies not showing up on time, providing the wrong vehicle, not being able to contact the driver, etc. Fortunately, Majestic Limos was a pleasure to work with. Driver Chris showed up early, called me to tell him where he was, and that he was ready whenever we were.

I also got email alerts (I've never seen these from a transportation company before!) informing me when the driver arrived to pick us up, departed for the destination, and returned everyone home. It could not have been easier or more stress-free. Highly recommended.
