Executive Car Service

I thought Executive Car Service saved the day when my other car service cancelled the week of my wedding. We were excited, then the day of our wedding came. Our first ride was scheduled for 2:00 that day. I got a call at 1:15 from our driver that he was sitting in traffic on the highway and didn't know how long it was going to take him to get there.

I called my bride and told her their 2:00 ride might be a little late but not to worry (Big mistake on my part). At 2:00 I called our driver to see where he was at because he hadn't called or texted. Come to find out this man is taking backroads to get to our hotel and won't be there until 2:40. Mind blowing to me that a professional car service isn't checking traffic or even arriving early somewhere.

I'm the type to get to an area early because I'd much rather be early than late. I could understand this being the case if this were the middle trip of the 3 trips I had booked, but this was the first trip. Our trips were scheduled at 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00 to stagger the bride, groom, and guests. Instead we didn't even get the chance to take the 3:00 ride- the groomsmen and myself (the groom) ended up cramming into one of our personal cars and driving ourselves.

Don't worry though, they still took their money out of my account for 4 rides, even though I only received 3 rides and wouldn't respond to an email I sent. If you want to be able to say "yeah, we have a shuttle" book here, just don't be reliant on them being there on time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. In all the Airports car services I have booked for my boss this is the most horrible experience we have had. Beware in receiving more than 1 confirmation email that stated driver would be at pick up location and later told while my boss and his family are waiting at the airport after landing that their car requested will not be there to pick them up.

I requested a Limo for his anniversary and children. I understand it says confirmation is not final until accepted. None the less confirmation was ACCEPTED and Confirmation number was sent. After calling office to ask what was the status on this car, the company responded we do not have limos so that pick up was cancelled. My response was why would I receive FINAL confirmation email with valid number?

To my surprise person on the phone says "sorry I must of hit accept instead of reject on this conformation". So in short my boss is left without a car service and has to uber to his hotel with his entire family. Thank you Executive Car Service LLC for NOTHING :

Have been using executive car service for many years. Punctual, professional, detail oriented, and above all reliable. Highly recommend.

Driver was late to pick up. As a result, lost flight and hotel. Spoke with owner and he said he cant be responsible. Would have been more appropriate for him to have offered to split the cost of my flight change and lost hotel. If you use these guys be careful. You may never make you appointment or flight.

Wish I could give zero. Just try calling them and you will instantly feel the pain of their stupidity

If you ever need a local car service, dont use Executive Car. They are not punctual and dont care if you miss flights or meetings.

This was a great experience. I called because I needed to make a short trip and pay cash. Jerome, the owner answered and got me a car in 10 mins. The rate was agreed upon before the trip. Steve showed up on time wearing a shirt and tie, driving the nicest transport van I've ever been in. I was fortunate because they normally don't do this type of service, but I'm glad they did because I'm sold. Will definitely be calling again for bigger trips.
