Why adversting that you have a Charlotte taxi services on your website. But when I called, the man answer the phone and told me no with a rude voice. Okay I understand, well take it off your website and stop tricking people. That is really wrong for your company and it sets a bad reputation. I will never call that company again

I had call for taxi cab. he told me that it will arrive within 20 minutes. Then, I was waiting for it. It reached on my location 35 min delay. I don't think so it's provide timely services.
