We used Ramons limo service this weekend and would highly recommend him! He was not only punctual but arrived 25 minutes early. The limo was clean, modern and fully stocked with water bottles, glasses and champagne for our group. He was accommodating and made our experience so pleasant not to mention an easy going guy who was attentive to our needs and communicated so well. We went wine tasting in Morgan hill and gilroy area and he made our outing spectacular! Highly recommend

After a very thorough search for limo service, we decided to go with Limo Fiesta's services for our wedding this past weekend. Ramon was very helpful and friendly throughout the process, and communication was impeccable. Day of, they were extremely punctual, limos were spotless and amazing inside and out. The level of professionalism, and the responsiveness of their business is what will keep me coming back for future limo rides. I've been using Limo Fiesta for airport drop off and pickup for many years now and absolutely love their service. They are prompt in their communication, always show up on time for pickups and are very reasonably priced for the quality of service they provide. I've used all sizes of their vehicles from a regular sedan to a stretch limo. Highly recommended!

I'm sure most of the drivers drive safely and follow the laws. But, during rush hour by the Millbrae exit today one of their drivers cut across double white lines to cut off a car that moved over into the exiting lane and then slammed on his brakes and drive erratically to cut the car off again. That car was already in front of the Lincoln and had kids in it!
This Lincoln driver was not driving safely and broke driving rules. We will not be hiring this company to drive for any of our events nor will I recommend this company to drive for anyone. I hope the kids and the other driver were ok.

I booked Fiesta Limo, after having been screwed over by my previous limo driver a week before my wedding! Fiesta was so accommodating and eased all the anxiety I had about booking and any potential of being screwed over again! They arrived on time and the driver was amazing! The stretch SUV accommodated my husband and I, as well as the 12 members of our bridal party.
They had a cute red carpet for us, and provided 2 bottles of complimentary champagne (and allowed us to bring in our own alcohol as well). The driver drove us to the places we needed to go, and put up with our loud hyphy music! I would definitely recommend their services!

This was my first time using Limo Fiesta. I was dropped off at SFO this morning by Ramiro. He arrived early- but not too early were you felt pressured to rush out of the house. The ride was smooth and quick from SJ. What a great ride with excellent service! I will absolutely use them again. Mahalo for the ride!

Frequent flier looking for new service provider. I've been a customer for 8 plus years and I just got a lesson in Loyalty from them today. My connecting flight was cancelled and I was notified at 6am this morning. I contacted them after securing an alternative flight at half past and the answer service indicated that the driver was notified of my cancellation.
I received a call around 9am and was informed that I had to pay the full fare as I did not cancel within 4 hours of the scheduled pick up time. I work for a company that is focused on Customer Success but apparently at Limo Fiesta it is more important that they succeed than their customer. As a business traveler who travels quite often I value my relationship and service above costs.
Unfortunately today what I learned is that they were willing to forego an 8 year loyal customer for an immediate payday. When we as travelers have so many options, I feel sorry for them. I will no longer be using their service.

We had a great experience renting with these guys. We rented a town car, which ended up being a really spacious Lincoln crossover. They picked me up in San Jose, then my friend in Sunnyvale, and then we hit up some wineries in Livermore Valley. Ferraz (sp?) was our driver and he was so nice and accommodating! You can book for a certain amount of hours and if you end up going over, they will prorate it accordingly, which I thought was convenient since I wasn't sure how long we would need.
Everything is taken care of electronically, which I think is really easy / cool. $66 / hour for a town car (tax and gratuity included). FYI, you can't have open alcoholic beverages in the town car since there's no partition. Was definitely really nice not having to worry about wining and driving. Would rent again (would be even better if they threw in a returning customer coupon)! :)

Limo Fiesta is my default car service. Online reservations are quick and easy with e-mail confirmations after booking. E-mails are provided 1 day prior to reconfirm the car service and texts are provided when the car has arrived. Drivers are courteous, punctual, and professional. Their fleet of vehicles are clean and good condition, ranging from the Lincoln Towncar, Toyota Avalon Hybrid or the Lincoln MKX SUV. The entire process is all done electronically from bookings to invoices.

One star just for credit card security. Reviewed online and was booking an appointment. They said they couldn't complete the booking until I provided my cc info either via phone or email. Inquired further and even if I pay by credit card, I'm not swiping the card via Square or anything. They'll have my cc info on file and can charge it directly.
Me thinks not. I'm sure they have outstanding service but having a company have my cc info directly on file and them being able to charge on it without me having to sign at point of transaction isn't worth the risk. Their rates are cheaper than other limos but I'd stay away.

First time using this service was today for an international flight pick up at SFO. From start to finish the while process was easy and effective. Online pricing was competitive and easy if use was amazingly simple. The driver left a text for me so when I landed I knew he was there. He was very prompt and friendly. It was seamless. I will definitely use this service again and refer my colleagues and friends. Great work!

Booked an 8 passenger limo (airport drop off) four days before our trip, pretty easy. $120 including tip. Not too bad. The morning of (5am! Pickup), i get a text from our limo driver (Ramon) saying he was in front of the house when we were ready (4:45) and if we needed help with our bags just let him know. Very cool that he was early, put our minds as ease.
Last time we booked with someone else and they showed up 20 mins late, and we had to run through the airport to catch out flight. Anyways, bags loaded and we got into the car. Temp was nice inside, music was playing quietly and he had placed glasses full of candy in the car because he knew we had kids with us, very cool move. Got to the airport with plenty of time, i chose to tip him a bit extra. He held up his hands and said, no sir, tip is included. I demanded he take it. Great driver, excellent service!

It takes a long time to build a reputation and strong clientele but a short while to undermine success. I travel frequently and have been with Limo FIesta for at least the last 5 years and watched them grow over the years. I quite enjoyed their service and recommend them to my friends regularly, and I shared the sentiments expressed in the positive reviews here on this site. Unfortunately, I will no longer give them my business moving forward.
I booked a limo to SFO, and I clearly had a discussion with LF that there were 3 of us, and at least 6 pieces of check in luggage. There was distinctly a conversation about the possibility of a SUV, but the recommendation was to use a Limo, which was, to me, the usual towncar that they have sent to pick me up over the last 5 years. Come the evening of the flight, they sent a regular sedan to pick us up and as a result, the 3 of us have to be squished into the back with the luggage spilling out of the front passenger seat! (BTW, the trunk was not entirely empty for our luggage - there were other "stuff" in the trunk too!) That a miscommunication happened between the person who took my booking and their driver happened, is not unheard of, nor is that the problem.
Upon seeing the sedan sent to pick us up, I immediately called Ramon to figure out what had happened and the next steps. The immediate response that it was my problem in booking a sedan, with no apologies for the mix up, and having the driver repeating that nobody told him there was a lot of luggage tells me this is a company that does not value her long term customer. Problems happen - mistakes can be made - but it is in the recovery of mistakes that separates excellent companies from wannabes.
Maybe this is the one time LF messed up in their response - maybe not - but there are a lot of hungrier companies out there that would appreciate some business - time to go look for them! I hope this is just a glitch on their part, and all they lose is one loyal customer.perhaps.

This company is quick and professional. I called them the day before I needed a limo for 9 people. It was quick and easy. Ramon and Maria both assisted me and provided great service. The limo arrived on time and they also provided complimentary champagne. It was a stress-free planning on my part, and I have to thank this company for that! I would definitely recommend them! :

When they say Limo "Fiesta" they really mean the "FIESTA" My sister had planned a "Girls Gone Wine Tasting" event in Napa for 8 hours for my bachelorette party and the service and quality of it all was perfect! The limo came on time, was clean, fully equipped with our electronic needs- ipod/iphone docking and outlet/charging capabilities for our music, and was well stocked with starbursts, champagne, ice, bottled water, and diet cokes for us.
The driver followed the itinerary we had arranged for when booking and opened and closed the door for us as he helped the 7 of us get in and out. When we would leave the limo to visit a winery, he cleaned the inside and threw out our old coke cans and water bottles and made sure that there were fresh cold ones ready for us. We felt like queens of the city!; Our driver was soooo nice and was patient with us as we asked him to pull into extra wineries along the way, make a stop at the closest fast food joint, take pictures of us in front of the limo, and made sure us drunk ladies got safely to our next and final destination. Definitely a must!
