We needed a few high touch transfers for a number of guests and Skylark delivered. Even with a slight confusion, they were able to quickly flex to ensure the riders never even saw the snag, it appeared as smooth sailing giving a great impression to our guests. The operators were responsive and patient. The drivers were friendly, efficient, and, most importantly, punctual! Thank you very much for the wonderful service!

Critical: Professionalism Rude and dismissive. Doesn't want to pick up within a mile of Levi's Stadium after a game. Hung up on me while I was still talking.

On-time, the driver was friendly and courteous and observed Covid precautions. However, as I was riding alone to the airport, I had requested a TownCar. An SUV showed up. It was fine but the reason I asked for a Town Car was that the ride is more comfortable than an SUV ie. Escalade. Also, the rate was higher (not including tip) than another limo service I came to find out.

I used the other service on the ride back home from the airport. I would likely ride again but they need to get their pricing more competitive and in line with the competition especially if it's a long drive ie. San Jose to OAK. As well as give what the customer asks for or let them know a certain car is not available.

I've used Skylark for local ground transportation for senior management and board members for years and can say they are amazing! Drivers are on time and are courteous. Not only do they have great customer service, modifying a reservation couldn't be easier. This is important since I'm usually multi-tasking so one less thing I need to follow up on goes along way with. I would recommend them to any assistant looking for a reliable car service.

Harry was our driver in the Mercedes Limo Sprinter for 12. The process was terrific from start to finish. Booking was a breeze including a couple changes on our part. Driver arrived promptly and was always readily available at each stop throughout the day. The vehicle was clean and everything was in great working order. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

UNPROFESSIONAL. If you look in the dictionary under unprofessional they would have a picture of skylark limousine. Nowhere in the contract did they state that they could 1. change the time of our reservation and 2. try and give us a different bus than we had agreed on, which is exactly what they did. Need to mention it was TWO DAYS prior to the event.

Bad customer service and incredibly inconvenient. Want a headache? Contact skylark limousine. I ended up canceling the party bus and booking with Cloud 9 and ended up getting a bus within the hour. Thank you Cloud 9 for saving the day!

Have never worked with a more unprofessional company. Imagine having a 25+ group ready for travel and just 48 hours before you're told that your buss you already put a deposit for is gong to another group that "extended their time" AFTER you've already made a contract. Book with them if your plans aren't that important to you because they obviously do not care about you or your time.

As a company, when you have a contract set and require a deposit the very least you can do is follow through, especially TWO days before the scheduled date. My group and I could have at least been understanding and negotiated something that could make everyone happy but this "company" couldn't have the decency to help us out, just a "sorry these people want more time so you're out." Tried to book their services for my graduation event and they, very abruptly, canceled my agreed upon slot to accommodate a higher paying party. They are a very unprofessional company who doesn't know how to follow their own mission statement as they promote on their site. Instead of providing services for ALL their customers, they only prefer the highest bidders.

They don't follow their own contract and are extremely negligent when it comes to deposits. As someone who has booked services similar to theirs with different companies, I suggest you avoid this one at all cost unless you're willing to pay more than should.

Super unprofessional company, didn't even try to abide by their own contract! they wanted to change our agreed upon schedule TWO DAYS prior to the reservation just so they could accommodate some high schoolers prom. would never book with them, 0/10 forsure. unless you want to get screwed over days before your big event, i suggest taking your money elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would. I booked a bus with these guys and TWO DAYS before our reservation they try and completely change everything up because they had piss poor planning. They tried to change our scheduled time and the style of the bus to something that did NOT work for us. Nothing in our agreement stated they could do this either. I would book somewhere else if possible. These guys suck.

What a great way to celebrate my birthday! The beautiful black Cadillac limo was right on time. Our driver Mohan was the best driver ever, so responsible and happy to be driving us. Over highway 17 to Santa Cruz for a great lunch and cocktails. Made this years birthday celebration super special.

I used Skylark Limousine for my wedding. They were beyond great! They were very professional. And accommodated us to our every need! Wouldn't go with any other limo service besides Skylark!

Without a doubt the Best in the Business! Have hired limos from many company's and Skylark is by far the best. On time, great driver, attentive, efficient and courteous. Rented for 11 hrs. with various stops and each time we were ready to move to the next stop the driver was waiting for us with the stretch limo at the door. This is inclusive of a brewery stop, scenic stop, restaurant stop and show all in the city of SF. which is not limo friendly to park.

Great communication leading up to the ride as well. Don't waste your time calling around the pricing was spot on as well, car was in excellent condition (8 pass limo) and again a great driver!

Long overdue review. We booked a stretch Hummer for a party with 18 ladies in spring 2017. The good: timely arrival and clean vehicle. The bad: 1. Driver Sukh was requested for a red carpet and he just asked back if we had a red carpet we can place it instead of telling us politely that he did not have one. 2. The driver did not open the door for the ladies throughout the trip for 7 hours that included 4+ stops. 3.

After he dropped the ladies at a night club for a short while he did not respond to any phone calls from multiple passengers who wanted to contact him to have him back in order to return early. He came on a preset time instead of being available all along. 4. At one stop, one of the ladies opened the moonroof and peeked out. The driver got very upset and wanted to cancel the ride then and there.

He never informed the passengers that it was against the law to do so even in a parking lot. The ladies had to beg for his forgiveness to let the trip continue. 5. On the treasure island stop, he parked the car unsafely, did not open the door and 2 women tripped on the loose stones and one of them had to go to ER for stitches. 5. A day after the ride when we called to provide our feedback, we were met with a very aggressive Mr Amar who only wanted to discuss the moonroof episode and summarily discarded all the feedback.

He also claimed that the ladies were rude to driver and engaged in "drunken revelry" which was quite demeaning and false. 6. The next day we were sent a bill for $200 cleanup with a picture of chips, popcorn on the floor along with some empty paper bags and empty Coke bottles. The pictures looked as if the whole limo was trashed when the reality was it just needed vacuuming.

There was no liquid spill or damage to furnishings and upholstery. We were never told that we had to pick up all trash and clean up after the end. After much arguments and groveling they reduced the bill to $100. Needless to say this was a rather sour experience for everyone involve and none of us would be using their services again.

Highly Recommend Service! Used Skylark Limousine for my Wedding Day. Booked the Stretch Hummer and Mercedes S550 for the entire day! Both chauffeurs were great! Arrived early and were with us throughout the day. Booking process with the office as very easy and smooth. Thank you for accommodating all the time adjustments and updates! There are a ton of choices in the Bay area for limo/ shuttle companies. I had a very specific request for a shuttle large enough to get our team to an offsite outing in Napa. I wanted inward facing seating, someone I could depend on and a fair price. I got all of that with Skylark. They were easy to book with, the driver was lovely and the vehicle was exactly what we needed.

Thank you for transporting our wedding party. The cash rate was the best I found. The driver's hospitality and kindness was much needed on our wedding day! Even his music was on point. He picked us up on time from the hotel, and he patiently waited as we married. When it was time to drive to the wedding reception, he was ready to take us. Thank you for your great service and taking great care of us! The hummer is also rad, has some cool lights, and there was complimentary water.

This was my first time using Skylark Limousine and everything was PERFECT! I first contacted Skylark to request a quote on Yelp for a party bus to Sonoma and they responded right away and patiently answered all my questions over Yelp messenger. Poonam finally helped me book my reservation over the phone and sent me the contract. I appreciated that our quote was all inclusive (tax, gratuity, tolls, etc.) and transparent.

The cash rate was $10 cheaper/hr than the credit card rate. I received a confirmation email the day before my event. Our driver, Sukh, was 15 minutes early and texted me when he arrived. He was so nice and professional! The bus arrived with ice, water, and sodas in the cooler and an extra cooler for us to use. Great service. Sukh helped me load heavy things onto the bus and patiently waited for our last arrival who was 20 min late.

They said the bus fits 25 people comfortable and that was definitely true. It felt even bigger than the pictures. I explained to Sukh that there was an event at Sonoma Raceway and he happily gave me his phone so I could select another route on gps. He was always on time to pick us up at the wineries and made sure we had everyone on board. We ended up being ~10 min late for our drop off time and was not charged overtime.

I think the contract says overtime will be charged in one hour increments starting 15 in after the drop off time, but I was grateful nonetheless. I was charged overtime from another company and although it is understandable, it still sucks. That night I realized I didn't have my purse and must have left it on the bus. I texted the driver and called Skylark.

He was understanding and told me to call again tomorrow. The next day they said they couldn't find my bag but kindly offered for me to come by and check the bus myself. They came in to the office to let me in and sure enough I found my purse wedged behind the seat where I was sitting. They wouldn't have found it and I'm SO grateful they let me come take a look.

I wish that I could rate a no star. My best friend got married in May. She had ordered two limos- one for the groom party and the other for the bride party. Its pretty obvious that one is for the bride and her bridesmaids and the other for groom and his groomsmen. The groom did not face issues. The driver of the bride's limo did not even know what he was supposed to do and took other guests in his vehicle to the wedding venue.

The guests tried to confirm with the driver if this was expected, but the driver said it was correct. So much for a royal treatment for a bride on her wedding day! My friend nearly missed her own wedding, many thanks to Skylark Limo for this! On calling the limo service the minute we realized this, the lady on the call said: this was what was ordered.(so incorrect!

It was specifically ordered for the bridal party!) They refused to accept their mistake and as a result caused us extreme stress just an hour before the wedding was to take place! Nevertheless the wedding was still so amazing! No Thanks to the Skylark Limo team! no thankss for causing the bride stress just before her wedding! People, please be warned!

This place gave me a beautiful 8 passenger MKT limo for my prom! Great price for me and all of my friends. The service was great! Super friendly and was super easy to get. The limo even had some complimentary candies and drinks and we got to play whatever music we wanted. Oh and can't forget the sun roof they had! I had a great experience and will go back to them if I need another fun limo experience. Beautiful time in a beautiful limo!

Initially we were hesitant to use Skylark vs Bauer because of the lack of reviews posted in comparison to Bauer. The Google Reviews seemed particularly fake to me, especially. In the end, we decided to take a chance on them (it also helped that they quoted lower than other companies); we are truly overjoyed that we made this decision as the service we received from them was utterly impeccable.

We ordered an executive van to accommodate a large party of 12 people and it arrived in tip-top shape and was very, very clean (interior/exterior). Our driver Sukhi was a consummate professional for the ENTIRE 14.5 hrs that we had him; not once did it seem like he took any breaks, acted disrespectfully, drive poorly, etc. This man was stellar from morning 'til late evening, irregardless of traffic conditions, dealing with horrid motorists/commuters or rude pedestrians, etc. We will definitely use Skylark again. Highly recommended.

I reached out to the Skylark team quite in advance to our August wedding and I was greeted promptly with a very friendly and helpful email from Amar. Since that first email, they were extremely patient with us as we decided which vehicle we wanted and even accommodated to the fairly last minute change we made for more space. The limo was clean and in excellent condition, the driver was efficient and on time and overall we were absolutely thrilled with the service and the prices we payed.

We've recently used Skylark for an extensive series of meetings with attendees coming in from all over the country. We had three groups of 15-25 attendees flying in and out all throughout the week on different days and times, all needing airport pickup and drop off services. The entire planning process with Poonam was spectacularly perfect. Not once was her response time not prompt, we had multiple changes and cancelations and updates, literally down to 2 hours before someone's arrival and they all were handled efficiently and without hesitation.

We used multiple bus services to and from office visits and dinners, each with very specific instructions for pickup and drop off and again, all handled perfectly. It was almost at the point that we were expecting something to go wrong, when does anything go totally perfectly? But, we literally could not have had a better experience! We do events similar to this one often and in this area, luckily because our home office is located there, and we 100%, absolutely will use Skylark again! We were incredibly happy with our experience and would very highly recommend them to anyone!

There weren't many online reviews about this company and I was somewhat reluctant to rent a limo from them. I was looking for a Hummer stretch limo, which many companies didn't carry. Out of about 30 rentals companies, skylark limo prices were the best deal for me. The owner was very courteous over the phone and went the extra mile to meet my needs.

He was very accommodating about the times which i had changed a few times. Originally, I had rented the limo for 9 hours and on my wedding day decided to extend it until midnight. He worked with me on the spot and cut me a sweet deal. So I had the limo for about 12 hours. The limo arrived on time and was very clean inside and out. The driver was very nice too. There were no unexpected charges and everything went smooth. I would definitely rent from them again and would recommend them to my family and friends too.
