No Problimo Classic Limousine

Just wanted to send a huge thank you for a rememberable evening, we rented a limo for our daughters 8 grade promotion for her and her friends and the level of service was excellent and was more than we expected. I can't thank our driver James enough he was professional and made it a rememberable night for everyone. I will always be using the Limousine Club in the future!

We arranged transportation for our recent trip from El Dorado Hills to the SFO airport. Jason and the Limousine Club did an outstanding job. Communicated with us (party of 8) by text & phone. They were prompt and very professional. I would recommend them for any occasion!

Not good at all reserved a limo for a friends birthday party and didn't show up at all. When called to ask when they were coming they said they thought we were gonna "bail on us" also claimed to have been calling all day but never received one phone call. Not a good company

Best customer service ever! I got a Limo from Limo Club for my daughters 21st and it was a night to remember. The party enjoyed their ride and celebration in the Limo. The owner of the business went above and beyond to make sure the customer was truly taken care of. I highly recommend this limo company above any other company in the Sacramento area.

As an Administrative Specialist for a firm in California, I was tasked to find a professional chauffeur service at a great price to assist our senior VIP member as he traveled in for a meeting. Out of the 15 companies I called, I landed on the limo Club to complete the task. Jason, the company's owner, made an excellent first impression by answering all of my calls (the same could not be said for the other 15 companies I tried to contact). Jason also went to tremendous lengths to ensure that the driver arrived on schedule, such as tracking the flight and having a direct line of communication with the customer. Furthermore, Jason went above and above to keep me informed so that I could relax while the work was being conducted.

From a service viewpoint, we needed a chauffeur service that could meet and welcome our guest at the airport, something not all businesses could do, but Limo Club did it in style! Despite the fact that I was not there throughout the service, the customer spent at least 30 minutes at dinner that evening complimenting the driver, the car, and the service.

He said the driver was professional, engaging, and helpful, as I recall. He claimed the ride was silky smooth, the vehicle was spotless, and the driver was both safe and knowledgeable about road safety. Based on price, customer service, and simplicity of communication, I would select the Limo Club above any other service in California 100 times over.

I encourage everyone reading this review to give the limo club the chance to impress you with their services. You have made a lifelong customer out of myself and this firm. Thank you again, Jason, for your pride in your business and for putting mine and my colleagues' minds at ease.

I rented a limo for my wife's birthday, we went wine tasting at apple hill. It was an amazing experience we had lots of fun and Allen our driver was amazing, he helped us fit in an extra brewery after wine tasting. Also the limo was really nice and clean, Allen was professional and we all had lots of fun. I definitely will use this limo service in the future.

My friends and I have used this limo company several times to go wine tasting in the foothills and we are so happy that we found it! Jason (the owner) and G.W. have been such a joy to have as our drivers. Super professional yet very friendly, they're now like family. Always responsive and go above and beyond to be flexible with us. I couldn't recommend them more! I held off on writing this review because I'm worried they will soon become too busy if they have too many customers but they deserve all the success in this business.

I highly recommend this company. Jason was professional, helpful, and went above and beyond. I hired the limousine to take my daughter and her friends wine tasting in Amador County. I was happy to hear that when I called the wineries to set up the tastings they all raved about how great this company is and they know where to park and what to do. All of the wineries said the love working with Limousine Club.

I was happy to hear that because I wasn't going to be there to facilitate the event and happy to know my daughter would be well taken care of on the trip. I was extremely happy with the service and so was my daughter and her friends. He took photos for them with their phones. He also made sure they were checked in at each location and made sure they made it to the other wineries in a timely manner. Jason provided a very memorable and extremely positive occasion for my daughter and her friends and for that I am grateful!

Been meaning to write this review for months--I worked with Jason (one of the owners) and GW (the driver) to transport my elderly father in law from a nursing rehab facility in Redding all the way down to his new assisted living place in LA. (Medical transport companies weren't up to the challenge). The logistics in transporting an unaccompanied older and somewhat frail person in the middle of a pandemic were daunting but GW and Jason totally rose to the occasion, with an emphasis on clear communications from start to finish the whole way down and perfect hygiene.

My wife and I might have been a little obsessive about every step of the process, but no one got weird or annoyed by that, which was a relief. My father in law was very happy with the trip and he got down here just fine. As my wife just said when I told her I was finally writing this review about GW and team, "I hope that guy gets a promotion!" Hell yeah, thanks guys.

GW is the best! We got picked up on time and he was amazing all night. We had 10 ladies for a bachelorette party and we are a lot to handle. GW made sure we had an amazing time, he helped us in and out of the car, was prompt, professional and if I ever need a limo in sac again this is my go to. Thanks so much for a great night for my bestest friends bachelorette party! I shopped around a lot because I had never purchased a limo before. From scheduling to the end of the night, I was truly happy with the service.

A day to remember. GW was my daughters driver. Excellent service. Beautiful limousine. She was celebrating her 30th Birthday. Limousine Club showed up on time. Greg Was amazing. We hired Limousine Club for the Christmas lights tour. He was so nice and accommodating and patient. We had 6 kids all under 9 years old and they were very healthy and active and he was so patient and sweet. They even had a scavenger hunt for the kids prepared for them so they enjoy the ride. honestly great service and a great driver and really nice limo. We will do it again. Thank you guys for making our night special

The limousine club was amazing. From the booking experience to the limo ride. Five stars. The driver sent a picture a couple days before, he was early and helped us load everything up. Limo was clean, cool, and loaded with champs and water. They took care of us the whole time and would recommend them again and again. The driver, GW was super nice, funny and was just overall added to the experience. Request him if you want a great experience. I even forgot my sunglasses in the limo and they mailed them to me. Great customer service overall.

If you need a Limo use this company! and if you can Get GW he is the best! I had a limo ordered for my daughters wedding and at the rehearsal the photographer informed me that they needed to be down town by 11: that was an hour before I ordered the limo. YIKES. I called left a message and got a call back within 5 min. They changed the time and GW showed up, drove the boys, then girls, then the Bride and Groom like a Boss! THank you so much for being professional and accommodating!

I'm just updating this more so of a response to the owner that was incredibly defensive on my review without knowing any information and just assuming and making me feel as though I was being talked down to in my own review. The driver was notified of how hot the limo was, multiple times. He was also notified of the radio not working, multiple times.

He said he would call someone while we were at our stops so it could be fixed, and it wasn't. We also aren't football players, we are all very average sized, mostly women as we are all nurses (not large football players). The way the owner responded to my review on here came off as so incredibly unprofessional that I had absolutely no interest in calling and lowered my review to a 1. I attempted to have our problems corrected while we were in the limo by communicating it with the driver and it wasn't, so this is my review and it'll remain.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. The limo was totally dated. Joe upon dropoff confronted our group about a tip (in front of 3 minors) in my driveway and put his finger in my face yelling about it and only backed off when I told him i had cameras.

Amazing time we all had thank you so much for outstanding services! GW ROCKS! We where so lucky to have a nice cold bottle of champagne waiting for us!

We rented a limo to do wine tastings in placerville. Josh was our driver and he did an excellent job in getting us everywhere on time. My biggest complaint was the air conditioner did not work and with 9 tipsy adults in the back it made for a really disappointing time. We had to roll the windows down which didn't help much with it being 90 degrees outside. We also did not have access to hook our phones up to play music. The radio worked but who wants to listen to that with all the commercials.

So awesome! The price was great, our driver was so professional, clean cut and nice, great driving/ comfortable (nobody likes a bad limo driver!), and the limo was very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be back, it was a pleasure working with Limousine Club! Very pleasant people!

Highly recommend limo driver, Robert! Excellent Service, Professional and on top of every detail! Robert saved the best outside picnic table ( best view) while we did a tour of the winery.

This company is now under new ownership and WOW! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! My opinion of this company has definitely changed since our last encounter with them. Our driver Joe was super friendly and accommodating. He was on time, extremely kind, and made sure the entire time that we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. They made such a special night for ourselves and our friends we brought along for the evening. Having people who actually care run this company now makes me proud to update this review with 5 stars!

A group of ladies and I recently took a limo to Amador County wine tasting. Limo Club made our winery reservations, were flexible when the plan somewhat changed and was on time picking us up. Our driver Tony was so much fun and very professional. Every time we would get out of the limo to go into a winery, he would clean out the limo and restock with clean glasses. I would HIGHLY recommend Limo Club for any occasion that I needed a limo for.

We used them for our wedding. Very nice people answering the phones. The drivers were very nice & fun! Will definitely use again. Thanks for making are day safe & fun.

Nothing but excellent service from beginning to end! I wanted to do a wine tour for when my girlfriend's parents came for a visit, but I didn't know how to go about it. I called other limo companies and they were all a head ache to deal with. These guys were great. They were helpful. They had recommendations. They made my reservations at wineries for me. Day of the service, the limo looked great and the driver was such a pro! We all really felt like big shots. Just flawless. I would definitely rent here again.
