Still waiting for the owner to return our call. We booked a 25 passenger shuttle to pick up guests for our wedding, transport guests throughout the event venue, and return them in the evening. They sent a shuttle with non operable AC in 85+ degree weather. I had to take the shuttle and sit on it in my bridal gown hidden from guests before the ceremony and it was an absolute oven.
No guests stepped back on the shuttle for the rest of the event. Absolutely deplorable service and customer service follow up is a joke. Would Never recommend this company. Ever.

That night I checked my email and saw that Candance or whatever her name was from the call from March 19th, canceled the reservation before I could talk to a manager Monday. I tried calling and got a male worker who said he can't help with cancelations and when we asked if someone was available who could, hung up on us. We called back and he was very annoyed and told us just to call on Monday and couldn't tell us when a manager would be in, he said between 8-9:30.
I think we've decided to go in person to avoid the horrible phone staff. Absolutely horrible service by the office. When booking I was only told the flat rate, $585, Marlena did not mention the other fees that made it over 850, when I booked. I had said I wanted water and champagne but we would bring our own cups. When confirming details, it was shown only water and cups, no champagne according to driver.
I corrected him and he said we would have champagne. Driver was on the way day of and said he was going to try to pick some up but they didn't have any champagne. I tried to call the office because I have a second reservation in April and wanted to confirm they would be properly prepared for that reservation at least. Owner picked up and said he didn't have time to deal with my concerns because he was at a baseball game and no one was at the office.
I was charged an extra 50$ for the driver to drive back, even though we were dropped off at the drop off time, with no notice or explanation. She saiad we pay for the time it takes the driver to get back to them and i asked why that wasnt included in the original costs and she said it was policy. Due to these issues I wanted to cancel my reservation for April 30th and was told it was nonrefundable, I explained that I was not told that when I booked and asked she review the phone call.
She said she couldn't help me and I'll have to call back Monday. This place does not know how to run a business. I'll be disputing the extra charge and deposit with my bank, and having them pass the phone recording to them to show.

The driver broke the handle of my suitcase by throwing it. Driver doesn't apologize and is rude to when I simply ask what happend. They refused to pay or any type of compensation for damaging my suitcase. Had to get a new one $200. How are you unable to take responsibility for your actions? I have been completely ignored by the owner and staff. Use a different company, you don't treat people like this.

Neumann saved the day. I volunteer for All Souls Animal Rescue and Sanctuary a nonprofit in Cool, California. They were having a Holiday open barn event. Due to the unexpected storm, they were not able to have individuals coming to the event park on their property. We were desperate to find a company that could shuttle attendees. After calling over 15 companies with no resolution, time was ticking, as it was 2 days before the event.
I talked to Marlana at Nuemann's. She was so understanding, she made a few calls and called me back, giving the wonderful news that not only could they provide a shuttle but at a generous price. She was also the shuttle driver. Her customer service is extraordinary. She was so engaged with everyone on the shuttle, great sense of humor and so interactive with the children.
We could not have made this event possible without her. Nuemann's is very fortunate to have her as an employee. Thank you Marlana. Words can't express how much we appreciate you!

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had. Don't use them for anything important! This self proclaimed "outstanding valet service" called me 4 days before our wedding and said the bus I paid for in advance was broken. I Found out later, not only was it in service, it was being used for a concert instead. More lies ensued after that, they promised to send another vehicle that held half as many people but could do twice the trips, sounded like a decent work around but that was not the case.
On our wedding day I spent 45 min in the parking lot talking with the driver of the backup vehicle because she, "had no knowledge of making multiple trips". Long story short 48 people got left at the alter, and I wouldn't trust this "enterprise" with even a Postmates delivery.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is unprofessional and refuses to admit to their wrong doing. I was late getting to my wedding venue. Then the ride I had arranged for my guests to be taken to the venue was also late. At the end of the night we had another ride back to our hotel and they were not there at the time I had discussed with the lady several times.
They had put down all the wrong times for pick ups. I talked to the same person every-time about the reservation and they continued to say that the time they have down is not what I'm saying we agreed on. If you have a big event, do not use them.

We booked Neumann's as conference shuttle. Our experience from reservation, pick up, drop off and payment was flawless. We had a friendly driver which was on time both times. The bus was clean and the size met our needs. The Admin people were friendly and very accommodating to our group size changes.
