We booked through this company while in DC because we needed to get our baby to the train station. We had a confirmation for 7:45 am with a car seat and the driver was 20 minutes late. When we called, they lied and insisted we made the reservation for 8 am.then when we quoted the confirmation email they said "almost there, momentarily." No apology.

Then the car shows up and there's this old, dirty car seat that isn't even strapped in. The driver makes no attempt to help us. We almost miss our train and our daughter's life was at risk. They said they wouldn't offer us a refund because we "got to the station at 8:25 am." As if that meant anything. Absolutely terrible company. Do not use.

I recently took advantage of a groupon they offered even with the "discount" it wasn't worth it. While the driver was great and we were lucky to get him. Why? Well let's start from the being. My husband asked for a quote before purchasing the groupon, we never received a quote so we called them. We were quoted 75 dollars plus a twenty percent tip and tax on top.

We also needed a car seat for our daughter they told us we could fill out the form online and put it down in the special request box. The groupon said it covered up to 160 dollars so we purchased it. Much to our surprise it didn't cover the tip so we basically only saved 10 dollars. My husband wrote an email and filled out the form online and put in bold, my infant daughter will need a forward facing car seat.

When we received the conformation it said special request one forward facing infant car seat. When the car arrived there was no car seat. The driver first thought I would just hold her which is illegal. Then both my husband and the driver tried to call the guy responsible neither got a hold of him. Since the driver was not told nor given a car seat to pick us up.

Without getting a response from the guy in charge the driver went and picked up his own car seat which I am grateful for but I had to wait an extra 20 minutes which after 8 hours of being in an airport sick of travel and reading that this company is suppose to be on top of their game it was very frustrating. When the guy finally called the driver back he talked to my husband and said that what he understood was that we were bringing our own car seat. That's a surprise to us since we put that we needed one an they had noted we needed one.

Obviously they dropped the ball and were not willing to own up to their lack of taking care of their customers. Which was very disappointing. The driver earned the only star this company deserves.
