Good value, professional, on time. Excellent service. I took my 7 year old granddaughter to YVR from Fraser Heights - Surrey in a stretch SUV. Arrived at 6am right on time for an 8am flight (I was concerned what would happen if they were late). Well done Destiny! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend!

Booked a wedding limousine package with Destiny Limo this past weekend in a SUV Limousine. The limousine was on time for the transfer, and Sarb was very professional. He did not charge us for splitting our package into two separate transfers, which I was very happy about. He was very accommodating to drive us to a nearby McDonald's so we could grab takeout. I would highly recommend Destiny Limousine for anybody wanting a luxurious vehicle that does not break the bank - it's very affordable!

Booked online with a confirmation number for a staff end of year dinner. We called Destiny Limousine the day before the booking and they told us they had no record of our booking at all even after we gave the confirmation number. Do not waste your time - confirmations mean nothing here. - Update - Got a phone call immediately after posting this review from someone at Destiny Limousine who was very unhappy about my review "putting them down". Im sorry but you said yourself on the phone that "it's not confirmed until we call you".
Well we waited until the night before our booking for a call and no one called us which is why we called you - only to be told no booking existed and that we were out of luck for a ride. - Second update in response to owner response - There is so much wrong with your response its hard to know where to start. - First, we made the booking on August 21, not last night. - Second, we did fill out the address and also the credit card information. - Third, when we called asking why no one had contacted us you offered zero solutions for us.
When you told us you had no booking we asked "so what are we supposed to do now?" and you said "I don't know" and that was the end of the call. Only AFTER I left my 1 star review did you call me back and offered to have another limo pick us up IF WE REMOVED OUT REVIEW. Do not try to make it seem like you made any attempt to rectify the problem that you admitted was a problem with your system on the back end due to some change your developer is making.

We used destiny for my daughter's grad. I can't think the limo driver we had for picking the girls up after grad, and making sure they all got to their destinations and home safely. The limo driver was exceptional, the customer service and helping me pick times I needed a car for was above and beyond incredible. And to the guy that answers the phone thank you so much for helping me organize this event last minute. Would definitely use destiny again

I've used destiny limo numerous times and they've never been late. That being said they also don't control the downtown traffic. So I could see where they might have been late. But I've never had them late the service is been excellent, and top-notch. And their Vehicles are in great shape. I stumbled upon destiny limo after using elite limo and our party bus broke down leaving us stranded. Never doing that again. but destiny limo went above and beyond for us. Great service, great staff, and very clean limos

Our limo driver was the absolute worst, out limo driver showed up 10 mins late (i had to call the company to ask were he was) he then refused to make an extra stop to pick up our friend (my buddy offered him money and he told us no) finally after the 3rd time asking he did. Then when we got to our destination he said the road was blocked off and he couldn't get around (which was a lie the road were the night club was wasn't blocked off at all) and we had to walk 10 mins.
He then made me rush everyone into the limo at the end of the night even tho I told them they were all on there way (again he parked far away so it took everyone awhile to get to him) overall I will never use this company's service again, I wish I could find out our limo drivers name who was also very rude to us. Will not recommend this service. To top it all off, I wrote this review on facebook and they commented back arguing with me saying this was my fault. What horrible company DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS LIMOUSINE SERVICE! Last night I got a limo for my Birthday and to start off he showed up 10 minuets late, we had to call the company to ask where he was. As soon as we arrive he doesn't open the door for us he just rudely tells us that we can not drink in the limo which is fine we obeyed that rule but why was he so rude? Then my friend asks if we could make a very fast stop to get some friends that live on the way to the club.
He said no 2 times and then my friend said he would pay for the stop and finally he did and he didn't even stop in front of the house he went 3 blocks away so they had to run to get their friend and after 1 minuet the driver starts being rude saying "where are they" annoying me and my friends. Then he drops us off so far away from the club we had to walk for a few blocks I was not impressed.
Then at 2:10am he is rushing us to get back into the limo annoyed and just rude. I have had way better experiences with other limo company's where they are just respectful and nice to their customers. Don't waste your money! This dude was just an all around asshole. The company should do a better job hiring quality employees.

Very bad service! I was calling them and first of all the guy spoke to me like I'm giving him a service and not the other way around very rude! At first he said one price including tax and tip and when I called a few minutes later the price was different! Was so disappointed from the way he talked and he got angry at me for tallying him that he said a different price And said: "do you want to cancel?!? So cancel your not doing me Amy favor" so rude, first he was laying then raising up his voice at me! Will never call this place again and never recommend on it!

There are so many limo companies around that it can be difficult to know where to start. There is often little information regarding pricing, availability, options, etc. A lot of time was spent looking at about eight different companies, until I settled on Destiny. Why? 1. Their website contains a decent amount of information. While it could be better (with proper, arranged fleet photos and vehicle descriptions) it gave me a good overview of what they had available. 2.
When I called, information was available right away. I wasn't told to wait until tomorrow, or to email them, or to go through some long process. I was given pricing, their availability and more details on the vehicles as requested. Having someone that is both helpful and knowledgeable on the phone is important to me. 3. They accommodated a last minute booking, and even more last minute changes.
I called in the evening to book for the next night. I then called the day of to make two changes, both to the type of limo and the pickup time. While I hate doing that, circumstances prevailed. Both times, they were friendly and accommodating. Changes were allowed within their availability, and the vehicle change was no problem at all. 4. Billing and reservation information was straightforward.
I received an email from their reservations system laying out the type of limo, pickup and drop off details, and all other pertinent information. I could print off this sheet and have everything in my hand - no need to scribble notes or call to confirm anything. What bugged me? They include a payment form for using a credit card. You can fill it out and send it in for pre-payment. However, there is no fax number or email address.
When I had it all filled out and signed, I called to ask about pre-paying (so we could just get in and go) and was told that we still had to give a card imprint to the driver. This means the time spent on the form was a waste, and I don't feel that the requirement was made clear at the outset. However, even with the gripe, they did great. The limo arrived on time and both ends, was comfortable and was even priced competitively. We don't have many limo needs, but if it arises in the future we will be calling Destiny.

Destiny Limousine is absolutely superb! The staff is very nice and easy to talk too. I was able to book a great surprise birthday outing for one of my friends on a date and time that worked well for us. The staff was able to work around our busy schedules which was fantastic. Our limo was very clean, roomy and well stocked with glasses and napkins.
It also had an excellent sound system. Our driver was also friendly and didn't mind our loud music! I highly recommend using Destiny Limousines! They are awesome for any type of special event. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I just wanted to say that each and every time we use Destiny Limousine every driver performed outstandingly. They were on time, considerate and helpful.
