They were a few late to pick me up and drop me off to and from the airport for travel. One of the few things they need to get right is being early or at least on time.

Very professional and courteous. Driver was funny and full of knowledge about the city! Highly recommend Starline!

We had a town car from Starline pick us up from the airport and then drop us back off on our recent trip to Seattle, and the entire experience was flawless. We are a family of five (with three carseats and a huge double stroller!) and everything fit into the spotless, comfortable car. The drivers were professionals and friendly and courteous - would highly recommend!

Starline is a top notch car service. Great for airport drop off/pickup but also for special occasion limo service and wine tasting in Woodinville. Many cars to choose from based on your needs. All of the drivers are very professional, courteous and polite. Damir has driven for us multiple times and is fantastic. Their website is easy to use and you can choose the car the fits your needs.

All of the cars have been very clean with water stocked and a phone charger typically available for the passengers. I highly recommend Starline for anyone looking for a professional car service.

They do everything right! The service was on time, the car was comfortable and clean. Our driver was very personable and helpful. You couldn't ask for more but you got more- it cost LESS to use Starline than it would have cost me to park in the garage. So to sum up exceptional service at a better than do it yourself pricing.

I have been using Starline for more than 20 years and they are the best of the best in the private limousine service industry. I can call the day before because I suddenly need a pickup at 5am to the airport and they are always ready and on time with a professional driver and luxury vehicle. Our driver was Sam he was excellent. We needed rides for friends and family back and forth from the hotel to the wedding venue. We couldn't asked for a nicer driver to put up with our crazy and drunk wedding guests!

1000/10. Business trip into Seattle & didn't want to use uber. Small mixup with arrival time but driver was pleasant, car was immaculate & driver navigated safely to my destination. I'm a loyal person & definitely wanted the same service for my drop off on the way out of town. Had the same driver (Kogal?) & service was prompt, conversation friendly & helped with my bags of course. Reliable & safe service I cannot recommend enough, thank you for getting me around Seattle safely!

Showed up on time with a clean vehicle and good driver who handled all the luggage for four of us. From SEATAC to town it was cheaper than two cabs. Service: Limousines

Disappointing lack of professionalism. Driver wore no ID, had no sign. Confused about elevators and even where he parked his car! Had a broken phone and couldn't work his payment connector. Our stuff BARELY fit in the trunk and he crammed my husband's wheelchair in the front seat. No thanks!

Driver Mohamad told us, he will be back and stop the timer because. But. He didn't He lied to us. An 15 min, $50 ride cost us $220. Misleading, dishonest driver. called manager, he started shouting.

I would give this place zero stars if it would let me. My friends and i hired this company to transport us in a party bus downtown. On the actual day they were supposed to pick us up they told us the party bus was unavailable and without consulting us they brought another vehicle [a Limo]. We were pressed for time and decided to use the other vehicle.

It did not have a functioning AC and driver was unapologetic about it. Manager promised a refund and is now dodging our calls. Dont use this company. go another route and save your time and money.

Rented a limo for teen1's birthday. I'd never looked into renting a limo before so I called a number of companies. Needed: 10 passenger limo, Saturday night, 3 hours, 2-3 stops, pick up/drop off at home. Starline was the last company I called and definitely the most responsive, helpful and reasonable! I told Serge what I needed and he was very accommodating. Pros: -Driver arrived on time. -We provided soda/water, he put it all in the back for us. - gave him our desired 3-4 stops, no problems - payment was quick and efficient at the end and was exactly what was estimated ($95/hr + gas + gratuity) - Easy, Reasonable, responsive, on time, accommodating/courteous driver. Need a limo? Save yourself time and call Starline!

Used their service recently and did not have a good experience compared to ones I have used in the past. I had the meet and greet and when we arrived at the airport we couldn't locate the driver immediately, he held a plain white piece of paper handwritten with my name on it while other meet and greets from other providers used an iPad. We finally get to the car and it was an old Lincoln Town Car from 2000 and it also smelled weird. With the amount of money I paid, I should of taken an Uber Black or used another service instead because it didn't feel luxury at all or worth the cost.

Affordable. Very communicative, prompt and on time. Our driver was very courteous and the suburban was new and well kept. It was nice traveling in style. If we ever need a ride service again I will call them first.

I travel quite frequently for work and I use Starline primarily when arriving and departing from SeaTac. The online reservation system is very easy, drivers are fantastic, and the cars are clean. They always arrive ahead of the asking time. Uber is fine when I am just getting around town, but for any event that is important I always use Starline.

Starline excellently delivered all the essentials for important transportation reservations. The driver was promptly on time for a very early morning trip to airport, he called 30 min in advance of pick up to confirm he was on the way, the car was nice, and service was courteous and professional.

First time in Seattle. Used them for a 545 am pickup to the airport from Seattle. Called on a Sunday at 3pm for a Monday morning pickup. Got a person on the phone. The driver was there at 5:30am. If i go back to Seattle, I'll use them again for sure.

Been using them for 9 years now. Timely, polite service with long-standing employees and very clean cars. I think I've met their entire crew a few times over and can tell they are growing their fleet. They provide water and phone chargers in the car. It's a better deal than Uber and Lyft for sure.

Had an issue with a pick up from Seattle-Tacoma airport on the 24th. Our flight was delayed in Houston for three hours so i called and told them about this and gave our flight number for reference. They said they would check flight info before sending a car. Was told a car was sent for initial arrival of 230pm when we landed 3 hrs after our initial arrival time.

Why would you send a car if I had called to tell you our arrival time had been pushed 3 hrs. Anyways they where unable to get get us and I will not see a refund. From the SEA airport to downtown in a flat rate taxi was $40 plus tip, so $50. A savings of at least $16. Will go this route or lightrail next time coming to town.

I have used Starline Town Car for my airport drops and pickups for years and I have always received the best service. They send very well maintained cars (sometimes brand new SUV's) with very professional and helpful drivers. They are always on time and very reliable. I would highly recommend them for your needs.

It's easy to book reservations online or on the phone, always have been on time. The rates are reasonable, actually slightly below what I could find elsewhere. To top it all off, their cars are clean, the drivers are nice and courteous. I've been using them for the last 4 years and will continue to do so for airport runs.

Not happy with the games that were played when trying to book. I travel for company business a lot and am looking for a new service to use. Thought to call because they had good reviews.hmmm big mistake. He played games on the pricing, found out I have a corporate account and changed prices again. Then asked me for all my details just to confirm a pickup. I'm not interested in you having all my fucking info just to get a damn ride to the airport! Not happening! Guess I'll keep looking! Gotta love that there is plenty of competition

I really enjoyed my experience with Starline when I need to get to the airport. They were extremely punctual and arrived on the dot. I was immediately greeted by the friendly driver and was made extremely welcome and comfortable. The ride was extremely luxury, spacious snd overall relaxing. That was because the car was clean and nice and talking with the driver was nothing but pleasure. Anytime I will be in the Seattle area, I will always use Starline as they've won my business. I highly recommend them!
