A White Tie Limousine

Driver did not know how to get to restaurant, no gps. Older women in limo tossed due to hard breaking and turned. Driver was frustrated because he wasted some of our time

We rented a bus to take us for a beach day about an hour away. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Mark was patient, kind, and super helpful! The bus was clean, had plenty of room with comfy leather seats. We could play our own music too which was great! Thanks again Mark! Krystine and Steve

I had to hire a white tile limousine to bring my wife back from Boston to Falmouth actually the show for what is extremely professional and courteous I was very very concerned about my wife and her condition coming from the hospital the help that I got from the main office was extremely helpful and professionally done and I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs a limo service

I booked a limo and passenger bus in Feb 2020 for our September 2020 wedding. When it became clear with new MA regulations in June that we would not be able to have the wedding we had spent months planning, we reached out to all of our vendors to make the necessary changes. Every single vendor except for White Tie was lovely, kind, and amenable. They all adjusted their prices and ended up being part of what truly ended up being our dream wedding.

White Tie was the COMPLETE opposite. They were hard to get on the phone and when I finally connected with the office manager, she refused to budge on their cancellation policy, despite a global pandemic. White Tie would not refund a penny of our $1,100 deposit, even though they had other brides trying to book this date (the office manager told me this). They told me that I could use the 33 person bus within 1 year from our wedding date- who would use a 33 person bus during the covid pandemic?

Riding from Nantucket Ferry to Boston airport in a black limo bus with no A/C in the middle of summer. Melting in the humidity. Bus driver is nice though and the pickup was easy. Would give 5 stars if it weren't so uncomfortable. Tip: If you pop open the emergency exit on the roof it helps alittle, the other windows don't roll down

Excellent! I booked a 10 person stretch with White Tie to transport our wedding party to our venue. Their customer service was friendly and professional. I wanted to make a change to our pick up time so they worked with me to get a time that would make sure traffic wouldn't hinder our arrival. Keith was our driver and he was super nice and got everyone to the venue with time to spare! Thanks again for being part of our big day!

We recently had a wedding in Cataumet. White Tie provided the transportation from the guests hotels to our home for the reception. The bus got "stuck" under the underpass near the Post Office and our guests missed half of the cocktail hour of our reception. Not only had they not planned the route to realize that the vehicle would not fit, but they provided no compensation for the error. I am very disappointed with the service they provided for a very special one time event!
