Scams and hidden fees. False advertising. I should have checked yelp before trying to book with this company. The rates posted on line are complete lies. They change the rate for everything! First several hundred dollars more for Prom (why? What does it matter where they are taking us) then more more if we want them to drive anywhere during the hours of prom.so we can only pay to have the car sit there?
Or more likely they are charging us while going to take another job in between. Don't limos drive you around? We have to pay extra for that? And what is this 10% administration fee that was added last minute? Shouldn't that be part of their business expenses? Lets not forgot they automatically add a 20% tip.shouldn't we be allowed to tip according to service?
If not, its not really a tip.its just us paying their drivers on top of paying them. I canceled this company and never used them. I hope you to save you from wasting the time of even calling. They need better, fairer business practices if they want to stay in business.

ZERO STARS. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT Call this company. I reserved a 20 seat Hummer Limousine for a very special occasion and they never showed up! No call, no email nothing. You call their stupid number and get the same stupid woman answering machine and they never ever ever call you back. This is a scam this is worst company ever. I plan to sue them next week.

If I could give them a less rating I would. Made arrangements to get picked up at 4 am for 10 people. 4 came and went 415 came and went 420 came and went. Also nobody was answering the phone there. Finally at 426 we had to leave in fear of missing out flight. At 428 they answered and explained our situation. At this point we had already left with cars to park there.
We got "huh I could call the driver " we already left I said. She said "oh sorry" with no explanation. Leaving 10 people stranded at 4 am when the only job you have to do is pick us up! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM OR REFER-5 stars Just an update we believe it was a scam place our AMEX numbers were stolen and all clues lead to this place

I bought a Groupon and tried several times to make a reservation and they always said there was no car available. This time, I didn't mention the Groupon until after they confirmed they had a car available. At the end, I dropped the bomb that I had a Groupon and suddenly, he declared there was a problem with the computer and no they didn't have any cars available, but he would call me back.
No call back. I called the next day and he hardly speaks English and there was a lady and kids screaming in the background and he hung up on me again. I called back several times that night and just got a voicemail and have not received a call back. Also, they told me it would be an additional $168 in fees for airport trip.although groupon states taxes and airport fees are not included.it doesn't cost $168 in fees. This company is a disgrace and shouldn't be in business. Groupon better give me my money back.

Returned from Europe sunday night 5/25/14 - no limo - called 24/7 hotline - recording - limo was scheduled for 5:00 PM - after 2 calls we finally received a call telling us that they had sent a message to my husbands phone - their was no message - "car broke down" - in other words someone didn't show up for work - driver did arrive at 5:20 -called boston limo Tuesday wanting to speak to owner - still no call back 5/30/14 - will never recommend them to anyone - cars are old and need numerous repairs - couldn't open door to get out of car

Please do yourself a favor and don't use this company. I reserved a car for transfer to the airport from Marlborough the night before. The confirmation email was picked up by Gmail's spam filter which is never a good sign. Called them that night to confirm and got a voicemail. Received no call back. Called them again in the morning to confirm, no answer.
At the scheduled pick up time, no car was there. Worst part. I was charged $188 on my credit card anyway. When I emailed them to dispute the charge their response was "According to our GPS the driver was there" Well I was actually at my house and there was no driver. Terrible company, terrible service.

Had a terrible experience with this company, so much so that I went out of my way to create a Yelp page for them. My experience is detailed in this email I sent them, which has received no response as of 24 hours later. I'll update if they write back. At 7:20, no driver had arrived so I attempted to call your service line, which lists 24/7 availability. I left a voicemail, and received no response. I called again at 7:40, and was finally able to get in touch with a very rude woman who matter-of-factly stated that "we don't have any cars, sorry." When I explained that I was holding my confirmation email, I was told that it meant nothing because I booked online and no cars were available, and that I should have received a cancellation email.
At no point before this conversation - now 45 minutes after my confirmed pickup time - was I told there may be a problem with availability, and I still have not received a cancellation email. I then explained that our dinner reservations would be missed and that we would have to take a taxi to Boston. When I asked for some sort of compensation for this inconvenience, the woman immediately hung up on me. Is this your idea of customer care?
