Look no further! Boston Chauffeur was an absolute dream to work with! The booking process was easy, and we even got to video chat and book with Mark Kini, the founder and CEO of Boston Chauffeur. They were punctual, professional, and accommodating as we had a last minute time change just a few weeks before the wedding! There was also a slight miscommunication about a second round of guest pick ups at the hotel, however, everything was handled smoothly and taken care of in a timely manner! Our driver, LaMonte, was great and I would 10/10 recommend Boston Chauffeur, especially for wedding parties/guest transportation!

A little pricey compared to other companies, but 100% worth it. Very professional from booking to pick up and drop off. Would recommend to anyone and I definitely will use them again for airport transportation.

Professional and prompt service. I was very happy with my experience with this company. I requested 3 large buses and a getaway car for my wedding. Thane Tinkham was organized and good at touching base with me every few months during covid to see if details changed. When we had to drop a bus due to state restrictions impacting our guest list, he was very helpful and accommodating.

Extremely happy with the service. Mark, our driver arrived 15 minutes early and let me know that whenever I was ready he was on location. The sedan taking us to the airport was a very nice extremely comfortable black Mercedes. Mark was a safe driver and helpful loading and unloading luggage.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Boston Chaufeur when we arranged transportation for a group of young girls traveling to camp. They had someone greet them at baggage claim, helped with their luggage, and got them there safely. I was even able to track their bus on the road and had the name and number of the driver. We rented a limo for our daughters 5th birthday. So her and the rest of the kids could do a reverse parade around town. They went above and beyond. Stocking the limo with juice and snacks and even a balloon and bubbles. Thane was great to work with and she had the best birthday!

Mark D. drove us around the North Shore to see Christmas lights. What a wonderful trip. Using a Cadillac Escalade was definitely the way to go. Plenty of room, excellent sound system and he found us Christmas music for the entire tour. Mark was perfect: professional, great personality, safe and efficient. Boston Chauffeur is a great company offering local, national, and international ride services. We developed one of their subsidy branded websites and booked their services for our own events and meetings. Mark, CEO of Boston Chauffeur, is a fun and great guy to chat with. His team is exceptional, responsible, and accountable. They have a wide range of sedans, SUVs, mini buses, and motor coaches.

We used the mini bus and the Mercedes S series sedan for our travels to and from Logan Airport and a few VIP clubs in Boston. I'm not sure what the other reviews say, but generally you can't blame an overpopulated state like Massachusetts for pop up traffic problems, though BC attempts to mitigate those issues by scheduling earlier or later. Well done Boston Chauffeur!

We had a terrific experience for a group of 13 of us going from Boston to a concert in Mansfield. The bus we had was almost brand new, completely clean, and had solid tech (bluetooth, fun lights, etc). Our driver Chris was far and away the best I've ever had for something like this. He was polite, professional, fun, helpful loading/unloading, and just plain nice. We're looking forward to working with BC and Chris in the future. Thanks for a fantastic experience.

I have had the opportunity to ride with Boston Chauffeur on two occasions; once to the airport, and another for a night out in Boston on New Years Eve. Both experiences were exceptional. The drivers are excellent - on time pick up, a smooth ride, and they knew exactly where they were going. On New Years, we were early for our reservations, so the driver took us to Starbucks so that we could get a coffee before heading out for the night. Incredibly professional as well - exactly what you would expect from this type of service.

My fiancee ordered a stretch limousine to take us from Beverly to Cape Cod on Christmas morning. Our sales rep was Thane. He was very friendly, professional and thorough with answering all questions and explaining charges, etc. Our driver was Edgar Lopez. The limo was clean and arrived 15 minutes early, Edgar was very friendly and professional. He opened the door for us and placed our bag in the trunk.

His driving was excellent and all went very smoothly. It was a great ride and a lot of fun. This company went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased, and yes, we are very happy with the service they provided. and at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

Worst car service I've had in my career. I selected Boston based on their client list and reviews. Booking was easy. The reservation was to pick up my daughter and her friend from Boston College at 230 Friday and take them to the airport (different terminals). The driver was 20 minutes late. No phone call. I called his cell and no answer. I texted his cell and no answer.

He finally shows at 250 and then cannot figure out how to open the trunk on the Mercedes. Took 5 minutes. The girls finally left for the airport at 255. All of this time stamped on their phones and my talk with dispatch. During this time, I'm on the phone with Boston Chauffeur dispatch trying to figure out what is going on. The reservationist assured me that "accounting" would be contacting me about a discount given the terrible service.

On the way to the airport, the driver had no idea what terminals Jet Blue and Southwest flew out of. It was in the reservation. So the girls googled on their phones and told him. Just got the bill today. The driver billed us $40 for wait time - when my daughter waited for him for 20 minutes to arrive. And then 5 minutes to learn how to operate the trunk. WTF.

I will be disputing the bill through AMEX since Boston decided not to contact me. Don't use Boston Chauffeur unless you want to be picked up late, over charged, and receive no apology.

Boston Chauffeur is my regular go-to service for all my travel needs. As an Exec Asst, they make it easy to make sure my bosses get where they need to be, every time. Even better, they are an incredible team to work with. Greg is one of the people I speak with most often and truly cares about what he is doing and the people he's connecting with. I've used this service a lot over the past year or two, for family pick ups, airport runs, social events and other needs. Booking is quick and professional. The cars are immaculate. Although all of the drivers are excellent, reliable and punctual, three stand out over the others: Tom, Roger and Lloyd. I always ask for them. Today they went over and above. I needed a ride at the last minute. They found a way to make it work. The driver arrived within 30 minutes - sooner than I could have expected.

Again, Roger was awesome! He picked me & my returning college daughter up on time at Logan and drove us to Amherst & made great time. When my daughter's dorm room key wasn't ready for almost an hour, Roger STAYED with all of her boxes & luggages outside of her dorm until we were able to gain access. He lugged all the heavy boxes in and even helped fix a broken window shade in the room! We know we can always rely on Roger to go ABOVE & BEYOND! We ALWAYS request Roger & will continue to do so whenever we are in town.

I had the pleasure of being driven by Christopher Femino a couple of days ago. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel safe a comfortable getting to my destination. I would highly recommend requesting Chris from Boston Chauffeur if you get a chance

I was picked up at Logan International Airport by Roger from Boston Chauffeur. What is usually a 2 hour trip to the city of Amherst, took Roger about an hour and 15 minutes! He knew all of the shortcuts and was a very skilled driver. Roger had the greatest stories to tell & kept me entertained throughout the trip. When we got to my hotel, Roger made sure he didn't leave until he knew I was safely checked in!

I was so impressed with him that I requested him again 5 days later when I left New England, this time through Bradley Airport in Hartford, CT. Roger walked me into the airport and again made sure I was safely checked in for my flight. I highly recommend Boston Chauffeur -- especially Roger! (By the way, I'm using my daughter's Yelp account).

Beware of your credit card! I used this service last weekend for an engagement dinner. Monday morning I found three separate charges totaling twice the cost. After countless back and forths and a hard time from their accounting clerk, they removed one but added another. Still $200+ over the amount. And they agree I don't owe them it. Frustrated. There are better services with more professional office staffs. Look around.

Hired limo for my godmother who was arriving at Logan airport. Booking was very easy and let compang know that my GM would need assistance. Company told me they understsand and they would take good care of her. I wanted greeter to meet my 84 year old gm as she approached lugguage and they offered this service (additional charge but well worth it). they retrieved her bags and took them to E class Mercedes.

Everything went very well. GM told me driver was great and she really enjoyed his conversation on way to my mother's house. Driver took luggage into house, perfect. Great company and i will use them next time I fly home.

There was a family emergency in Baltimore and I had to leave at once. No kennel or airline would take my new puppy since he didn't have all his shots. I was desperate and a friend called Boston Chauffeur. Enter, Roger, a knight in a Lincoln Town Car. I'd never had a professional driver before and was worried about being stuck in a car with a stranger for ten hours. Roger was a delight--and I felt comfortable with him at once.

He knew when to keep quiet and when to talk--and he has some great stories. Most important, he was an expert at the wheel. But he went beyond being a mere driver. He was great with my dog--I'm sure it wasn't easy pulling into 7 rest stops along the NJ turnpike. At the end of the trip, I felt I had made a friend.
