James Limousine did a fabulous job of transporting our wedding party to and from various locations in Richmond over two days. Their prices were very reasonable, the vehicles were clean and spacious, and the drivers were on time and very professional. They communicated often and updated our status regularly so we knew what to expect. I would highly recommend using their services should you require group or event transportation in and around Richmond.

The company was exceedingly professional, starting with the initial phone call. They made the booking and confirmation process easy, were available for any questions that arose, and kept up fully informed via email and texts. On the morning prior to their arrival, we were able to track their location on our phone. The limo was clean, and the driver (Alex) was thoroughly professional and courteous.

We used James Limousine for our wedding, and they were absolutely great. They provided pick-up from the venue in Powhatan after the end of the night and dropped us all off in the city of Richmond. They were the most affordable of all the quotes we received. They worked with us through not having the number of guests finalized and our drop-off location at the end of the night changing a few days before the wedding.
The drivers were prompt, and went above and beyond in helping us load and unload some of our items we were taking with us (e.g. signage). We would definitely recommend James Limousine!

From the booking with Hope to the driving service with Howard everything was top notch. We landed 30 min early and Howard was there. Howard was extremely professional and great all around. We used James Limousine Service recently for my daughter's wedding. They were courteous and professional from the beginning until the end. The guest that road to and from the wedding were thrilled that they did not have to navigate their way to the venue and back in the dark. And it allowed those that may have been a little "tipsy" arrive safely back at the hotel. Having the sedan pick up the Bride and Groom allowed them to have a great time as well and a safe journey to their honeymoon location as well. I would definitely recommend them!
