Hired this company to pick me up at Dulles and they were a no show. I called 3 days prior to pick up date to confirm dates and time. They didn't show up and when I called i was told that my flight arrived at 530pm when in reality it arrived on time at 630pm. When asked for a car to return I was told maybe in 2 hours and I should call Uber. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They had more excuses than Carter has pills

Thanks for the horrible experience Atlas Limousine. I scheduled a Lincoln Town car for son's my Prom. The driver came 45 mins early Atlas did not notify me of his arrival or the vehicle change. I'm calling to find out the driver whereabouts all I'm being told he's in route. The whole time he's parked further down the street. It's raining I'm on edge with the arrival time approaching.
He only announce himself only after I approached the vehicle despite all the Prom decorations on the house. We confirmed the address, time and I told him to ride them around get them to their destination @ 8 pm. It's raining what driver doesn't have a umbrella on hand? The only reason I didn't make a scene because NOW they're running late.
This moron did nothing of my request instead he dropped them off practically an hour early. When I got word of that I'm going NUTS c'mon they are teenagers. So when I spoke to customer service I'm being told that I didn't make the request to drive them around to the driver. Excuse me! Anyone that's paying $45 per hour it just make sense to maximize a rental. Try at your own risk. I'm DONE!

I contacted this company last October for my wedding next November. I requested different quotes for guest transportation and bridal party transportation. After submitting an online inquiry, I received email quotes for different amounts ranging from $560-$780 for the same service. I called for clarification and the man on the phone told me they would honor the lower rate.
My fiance and I still had to finalize our event schedule so I held off on reserving the transportation until we sorted the timing out. Once we were ready to book, I emailed Atlas for an agreement. They were super unresponsive and unorganized through email. I would get short responses with partial vague answers to my questions every few days. They kept referring to me as sir (I am a woman) even though we've spoken on the phone on numerous occasions.
When I finally got someone to respond, they once again provided me a quote with arbitrary rates. I called for clarification and Sam told me that they can no longer honor the initial rate they offered. This place is a mess. Save yourself a headache and look for a different car service!

If you are looking for reliable company that picks you up on time then don't pick this company! I reserved a 2013 black party bus for 24 passengers and the day of pick up they emailed me to tell me I got a free upgrade to the metro bus. It was literally a black metro bus with speakers and lights. It was not an upgrade. They promised it had ice, water, cups like most limo and yet we had none.
My pick up time was 8 pm and the did t show up until 9:15 because he said there was traffic. My guest who came from Va. All made it on time. The restaurant was only 20-30 minutes away and driver got lost and we ended up in DC and didn't arrive at our restaurant until 10:30pm. My reservation was for 8:30 and the restaurant had to adjust to is being late. Spoke with the limo company owner and he said he would give me $50 off when their rates are $150 an hour!
We were running 2 hours behind. He was not even sorry about it. Thank god the driver was still nice but never go with Atlas. There is 2 companies with similar name and both in Virginia but this one is in Springfield. Terrible service!

The service the driver provided went from good to bad in a matter of minutes. We hired the limo for a bach party that was honestly very tame there was no reason for the driver to have been annoyed and irritated, considering he is providing a service and a very expensive one at that. I would advise any large party to avoid booking with this company because the driver we had was rude, and I was disappointed that many of my girlfriends had mentioned that they felt he was giving us all an attitude.
We essentially paid 650 dollars for a driver that wanted to nap and got fed up with our party very early on. We asked him to come pick up some of the girls that wanted to nap in the limo, and he was very irritated by this fact. Clearly they do not value their business, and based on my experience, myself and the 13 other girls would never book with this company ever again. There are other companies out there that are much more friendly and professional.
