Extremely satisfied! I recently reserved the Limousine party bus for transporting my son and his friends to a concert. The bus was impressive, clean and well equipped! The driver was super nice and accommodating. He arrived early and was very pleasant to work with during the evening. Customer service was excellent as well. Shannon was very accessible and responsive to my many questions prior to and after the event. I would recommend this company to others and plan to use them again in the future.

They were amazing. We used this company for the bachelorette party as well as the wedding. James, the limo driver, drove for both events and was perfect. The limos were pristine, with plenty of room. Everyone had a wonderful time. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Limos Inc provided great service for a shuttle and motor coaches our wedding in October. Shannon was very helpful with coordinating, Anthony was a great shuttle driver and was very communicative with us. Both of our coach drivers were excellent and on time. Overall, very satisfied with the service.

Thanks again for respectfully helping us out with a last minute reservation on the same night for our oldest sons 30 th Birthday Party and restaurant reservation at Fogo De Chao in Baltimore last night for a party of 10 on 7/24/2021. Thanks again for a excellent Driver and a Gentleman as a chauffeur Anthony! You guys were very respectful of getting us a limousine even though it was the same day you didn't hesitate to give up on us and called us right back, thanks again and I highly recommend you guys to anyone!

We didn't get a chance to try the service. But were left hanging high and dry during the reservation process. It's a shame. I'm not inclined to give poor reviews unless service is really bad. Initial communication was great and timely. However, when we asked to book, it took a full day to get the reservation form. Reservation form was immediately returned and I was prepared to pay in full - but we were then told that there was a "glitch" in the system and reservation was no longer available.

The "glitch" seemed to appear when we changed the reservation from 7 hours to 3. By the time the "glitch" was discovered, no other companies had limos available. Still - this review wouldn't exist if they had responded to follow up communication. My daughter and I sent three emails detailing how important this was and asking if there was anything else that they had available. They didn't even respond. I will not go with this company for any future needs.

I worked with Elissa at least 6 months prior to my sister-in-law's wedding and she was able to help me set-up everything for her perfectly. She was attentive and was all about the details, she made me feel like I was her VIP customer just from email exchanges. Even with COVID-19, a few changes were nothing to her and she made it happen. On the day of, we had Anthony as our driver and he was on-time, safe, and accommodating to our requests. Limo's, Inc. should be your next choice for your event!

Elissa at Limousines, Inc. is a godsend! I first reached out to her in April for a June wedding and she was incredibly responsive. I dropped the ball due to COVID chaos, but when I reached out to her again just a week before our postponed wedding in late July, she was just as responsive and kind and made things happen for us! We rented one shuttle and the driver, Greg, was so wonderful.

He was kind and helped all of our elderly guests (and the bride!) on and off the shuttle. Everybody wore masks and it felt like a very safe experience. Thank you for helping make our wedding day special!

I had an AMAZING experience with Limousines, Inc. I booked a Mercedes Sprinter for my Wedding in January 2020 a few weeks before the event and Elissa Hobbs was so accommodating. The driver picked us up and dropped us off on time, walked me to the van under an umbrella in my wedding dress (it was pouring) and played the music we requested! 10/10 recommend if you want an easy and fun experience.

The sprinter was super nice with the lights and music, very clean and communicating with Elissa was effortless. I cannot sing their praises enough. Also, Limousines Inc, beat the price I was quoted from other limo companies in my area!

Elissa and the team at Limousines, Inc. were affordable, easy to work with, and on-time. We were able to quickly get a quote, and they let us adjust the timing as our timeline changed during the planning process, up to 24 hours prior! On the day of the wedding, the bus we originally requested broke down (before it got to us), but they quickly sent us a party bus instead that still arrived on time! We recommend Limousines, Inc.

I highly recommend Limousines, Inc. After collecting bids from several companies in the area for a tailgate to the Redskins/Patriots game, Limousines, Inc. had the most competitive overall offer. Elissa, our contact there, was very helpful and prompt with responses. Our driver, Mike, arrived early, was very friendly and went out of his way to help us throughout the day.

Someone even left a bag on the bus after Mike had left and he called and told me that he found it and was turning around to bring it back to us. Most companies would likely make you come to them to retrieve it. Beyond the excellent service, the shuttle bus we used (28 person) was clean and in good shape. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend!

I reserved the 28 passenger shuttle as transportation for my pastor's birthday. Greg, our driver, was very professional, showed up on time and was such a gentleman assisting the ladies aboard the shuttle. The shuttle was very clean, smelled fresh and comfortable. We arrived to the Odyssey in plenty of time. He kept in touch letting me know where he would be when we docked.

Everyone loved the idea of traveling into D.C. and not worry about parking or paying for parking. There were tons of compliments for Greg, and the shuttle. I must say that Elissa was a jewel in assisting for pick up and return. Professional and treated me like a friend instead of a stranger. I will definitely use this service again- the cost is very affordable and the staff personable.

Odell drove my group to and from a New Years Eve event. He was on time, friendly, and his bus was clean. We took a Mercedes sprinter van, everything inside worked well, nothing looked old or broken. He also brought us a big cooler to keep drinks in. We didn't have any issue contacting or finding him outside of the venue. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Odell!

This was my first time using the 16 seat Party Bus. This trip was fantastic. The driver did what we asked which was to drive through the city versus the highways. He was timely and very pleasant to all. The bus was spacious and clean. Elissa was very responsive and helped to make this a perfect experience. I will call Elissa again to help with transportation needs.

Elissa was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional while helping me reserve a limousine for my event. She was always super quick to repond to emails, and answered all my questions. The limo itself arrived right on time and was very clean. Our driver was super friendly and polite. We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend them.

Awesome service We booked this company for a corporate event. The service from booking with Elissa to the day of was top knotch. Patrick, our driver, was super polite and patient with our group of 8. Honestly a great company to work with and for any future events we will be using them again!

I recently booked with Limousines, Inc. for a private tour of DC at night and was really blown away by the quality of the Mercedes Sprinter Van. It looked brand new. Speaker system was awesome and they even had easy instructions on how to connect your blue tooth. The best part was our driver.such a nice guy.we were so very lucky to have had him to escort us around the town. I will definitely be calling again when I'm in DC. THANK YOU!

We hired Limousines Inc for a prom. The company was very professional when booking and setting itinerary. The driver was nice and the kids said he was fun. The reason for the 3 stars is I coordinated the car for 10 high school students, each parent paying for their child. The limo had two chunks of paint missing on the one side (happened to be the side the kids got into) and the silver trim around the windows was very faded - there was also some damage to the trim around the side of the window (see pics).

The car looked really beat up. The kids said the inside was nice but for what we paid, I would have expected a car in better condition. At one point, I leaned against the car and apparently it was very dirty because my white pants were covered in dirt - I would have expected it to be detailed before a job. Had it been my wedding, I would have probably cried.

In this case I was just terribly embarrassed. Based on the website and business cards I was given by the driver, it appears the fleet is in good shape. This car did not represent that at all - it should probably be removed from the fleet or have major bodywork done before renting it out again.

We recently used this company for our wedding shuttle. Leading up to the event, they were so sweet and accommodating and helped us plan all the trips back and forth. The shuttle arrived on time and drove us safely to our venue. Throughout the night, they even offered an additional trip to guests wanting to return early, and still arrived back at the venue on time to pick us up after the wedding. They're great to work with!

I love this company! Easy to work with, professional. All my dealings were done via email, and Elissa responded timely. I had a flight issue and was able to contact her (I have no idea what the time was in the US - I was overseas) They have someone available to answer issues 24/7. Nice Enjoyed Mark, our driver on all 4 of the trips, helpful, reliable, on time. Limo was neat and clean, with adequate room for passengers and luggage. Comfortable temperature, and a bottle of water available. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Limousines, Inc. deserves the high ratings it gets. As many reviewers will attest to, Elissa was a delight. Fantastic customer service. Even if I emailed them outside of business hours, Elissa would respond quickly assuring me that she saw my message and would take care of things asap. Great prices for what they offer, and while they do recommend certain sizes (so you're not sitting shoulder to shoulder) they didn't try to forcedly up-sell me like some places might.

I booked a VA wine-tour for a group of friends, and as you can expect, some people drop out and destinations change, but both Elissa and our driver (James) didn't miss a beat even when I changed a destination the day before our trip. What was even more surprising was that I booked only about a week in advance, and our trip date turned out to be Prom night for the local high-schools, and yet we still had no trouble getting a great vehicle. James showed up right on time and helped show me around the ride.

It was clean and stocked with water and ice (good to hydrate on a long day drinking in the sun) and had plenty of room for my group. He was a great driver, made things very smooth so much so you almost forget you're in the back of a limo driving down the highway. Overall a great experience and great prices. I'd definitely book them again.

Alright! 5 stars to mrs.elissa and her excellent customer service skills. Shoutout to my driver walter who arrived early and was extremely nice to me and my date. the limo was nice and clean and no complaints at all. I will be booking again sooner than later; actually in another 2 weeks :D This company beat the competitions pricing. Other companies had ridiculous pricing for what i wanted. 3 hours for a limo, the price ranges was ridiculous.

But Mrs. Elissa assured me that she will be able to accommodate me and my needs. She even gave me the option to choose the exterior colors. Walter was very friendly and he made me and my date feel comfortable. Overall, i want to say thank you so much to Mrs.elissa and Walter for making my date night be a spectacular. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I would've loved to give a 5 star review, but after both Matt and Elissa were rude to me after I voiced a complaint, I will be leaving 1 star. My night started off well. My driver Greg was maybe 10 mins late but he called and told me he was at the exit so I was totally fine with that. Greg was very nice and helpful the entire night so I will say 5 Stars to Greg!

This is where things took a turn. Some of my guests met me at the restaurant and couldn't ride the bus with us to the dinner, so I told Greg he could just pull around to the parking lot for 30 mins and we would have a party there until we had to leave to be back home by 9:00. Well about 10 mins into being on the bus the radio dies and the bus goes dark.

The battery on the bus had died! Well me and my friends being us, decided to make the best of it and still play some games and have cupcakes until another bus came to get us. We waited for an hour. Mind you it was dark, we had no heat, and no radio. But we still found things to do to entertain us. An hour later another bus came to pick us up with another really nice driver.

My whole issue with the way things went were first, the fact that the bus broke down and we didn't get to fully enjoy the last hour of my reservation. And secondly that both Elissa and Matt were very rude and unprofessional when addressing my complaint. As a paying unsatisfied customer my needs should come first. As it states on the website under Matt's bio "Matt personally oversees the operation and maintenance of each vehicle and makes sure that each client is satisfied." So as a business owner, you have failed your client.

All Matt wanted to say was "Well buses are mechanical and they do break down." I let him know that was not my problem in which he goes on to say "It is your problem!" Please explain to me how your bus breaking down on my party is my problem, and why I should have to live with it because "buses are mechanical". He even went on to say because the driver said we were playing Charades on the bus, that I basically didn't have a reason to complain. Unbelievable Not once did Elissa nor Matt apologize to me for the inconvenience.

All I asked for in return was for my hour to be refunded. I feel that is fair because I did not get my full amenities for my last hour of my reservation. But unfortunately Matt told me he would not refund my hour because he said I would probably still write a bad review because "I know how social media works." After going back and forth with him which I should not have had to do, Matt offers me an hour free.

Meaning I'd have to spend more money with this company. No thank you. This situation could have been avoided with an apology and my hour refunded. But unfortunately I am writing this 1 star review. Beware of this company, they are very nasty to you if you have a complaint, and they try to throw their employees under the bus. Very unprofessional, and I will not be recommending their services to anyone.

My familys used Limousines, Inc. for my wedding in 2015 and my sister's wedding this past weekend. They are incredibly professional, very responsive via phone and email, and the service is excellent. They provide limos and party buses but also subcontract with coach bus rentals for larger groups. They are consistently on time (even early!) and offer great deals for return customers. Highly, highly recommend. We'll never look elsewhere.

Most recently we used limousine Inc for a night tour of D.C. during the holiday season with out of town family guest (8). It was the best experience ever! Scheduling was super easy and they were very accommodating. Our tour was perfect! Our driver was courteous and creative in a crunch when one of our riders had to make an unexpected emergency stop.

We have also used them for Brewery and Wine tours in the local area. Those tours were awesome as well! Service is excellent and consistent. We love supporting this local company!

I have used this company 3 times in the last two years. The first time was for my wedding, the second was for my wife and I's one year wedding anniversary (to wineries in VA), and the third time was this past Saturday night was a corporate event (to a ball in DC). Each time we have used the company we have gotten a call about a half hour early from the limo driver to confirm the pickup location and the driver has showed up on time or early. Additionally, the limo was very clean both inside and outside.

The drivers are also very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I would highly recommend using this company. Elissa (the office support) was easy to work with and very pleasant. On our latest outing, we ran over about an hour and when I got home I just shot her a quick email, and everything was taken care of the next day. 10/10, would use again.
