We recently used Elite for Airport service. Or pick up time to head to the airport was 4am. Our driver was there at 4am on the dot. Clean car. Great service. Our trip was a breeze. When we landed back in Oakland (on a Friday afternoon) our driver was there waiting. He picked us up in an SUV and it too was spotless. Friday afternoon traffic from Oakland to the East Bay was backed up for EVER.

He knew all the back roads and we flew home. I had used this company a few years back a couple times for concert transport and they have always been awesome. My sister reminded me of them when I was looking for airport transportation and I am so glad she did. They are awesome and I will definitely be using them in the future,

Elite Limo is exactly what you look for in a car service - professional, responsive and reasonably priced. I used them recently for a Napa trip and had a great experience. Our driver, Georgi, was very prompt and accommodating. The car was immaculate.

Very professional service. Got email confirmation 24 hours before and another 2 hours prior with drivers name and contact info. Arrived 15 minutes prior to scheduled time. Igor made me really comfortable which was important as it was my daughters Prom and she was going alone. When she was ready to leave she called Igor and he picked her up within 10 minutes and drove her back home. She was comfortable and said he was really nice.

We had such a great time! Our driver offered strong recommendations and took us to a beautiful winery since we arrived early to our destination. You get what you pay for. I'd trust them for my next trip to wine country.

I've used Elite Limo MANY times (too many to count). Their office staff is always a pleasure to deal with and accurate. Their drivers are always very professional and courteous (and good drivers too). I've never had a bad experience using them. Highly recommend them!

When you make a reservation they carefully assess your needs to make sure they have the right vehicle at the right time. Also appreciate that their drivers typically show up at least 15 minutes ahead of schedule. On some recent trips, we used car seats for little ones; we left the car seats with Elite and they were installed when we were picked up upon returning.

I am so pleased with the dependable service Elite Limo offers when we need to go to and from the Oakland or San Francisco Airports. The driver always appears very professional and courteous, but, most importantly, is on time or a minute early which is such a relief when it is really important to be someplace on time. It is such a relief to have our luggage put in the car and we are off, as then I know I am in good hands until we get to our destination. Having a bottle of water in the town car for us is very thoughtful.

It is nice that the gratuity is included in the contract, so we have minimum things to think about during our ride. I will definitely continue to use Elite Limo and would highly recommend them.

I've been using Elite Limo for years now to go to and from airports. I always use them because they are super reliable which is the most important thing when you need to get to the airport. I've always had very helpful drivers and they are always a few minutes early. The price is great and the cars are very clean and new.

Tonya is AMAZING! We had the most amazing Napa experience. We got in the car severely hungover and we were immediate handed Advil, and not only that she had a tray of croissants! In case we hadn't organized wineries, she had organized wineries for us to visit AND asked us what type of food we would like for lunch, then made reservations for us at the most unbelievable restaurant! Tonya went above and beyond the normal standards of a driver and made this experience incredible.

I booked them months in advance for a limo to take a group wine tasting. They were very nice over the phone, though never sent a confirmation until I called them a while later asking about it. About a week to four days before my reservation they called me asking if I would rather take an SUV instead for a slight discount and an extra hour free. I said that if rather keep my original reservation, which they said I could.

They day before, they called saying that one of the limos got in an accident, and they other was making "a weird noise" and was likely going to be in the shop, and that they would have to change my reservation to an SUV. I asked about the price and they said it would be the same price, but finally agreed to add an extra hour. I also told them that my pick up location had no cell phone reception, and that they'd have to call the land line, which I provided and they said they'd call it.

The following morning, no car there. My friend had a bit of reception so we called and they said that they left a message on my cell (which they did was the only number they had on file, ugh) that the car broke down on the way to pick us up and it looked like it wasn't going to start back up again. They had no other cars that day, and while he was kind enough to call several other companies they were all booked up too.

We ended up having to take two cars and drive ourselves around with some having to hold back on the tastings so they could be the DDs. Two stars cause they were at least nice about it, but it seems like several of their cars were either broken, breaking or crashed.and they basically ruined a large part of our day.

We reserved a stretch limo for 4 of us to Napa for wine tasting. We booked the 6hrs special for $325 which was being advertised on their website. I was told on the phone by one of the reps that each additional hour would be $65. I was fine with that, as I already knew that we would be taking up that offer. Pick-up was scheduled for 9:30am. The driver was punctual upon arrival, thank you we appreciated that!

We very much enjoyed our time while it lasted.we didnt make it to brunch until 3ish. He was professional and lienant with us the whole day as our schedules/plans changed.up until he rushed us while we were having brunch because he had another "pickup at the airport". That totally bursted our bubbles! Why do you have the option of extending the time of services FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE and then rush us?

Mind you, the driver charged us an additonal $90-- NOT $65! All in all.we ended up paying close to $800. We were hoping to use your services again Elite.but please dont rush us next time :

From the reservations over the phone, to the early arrival of our driver, to the service throughout, this limo service was amazing. Our driver John was helpful when needed, but also knew when to just sit back and allow my girlfriend and I to just talk and bond. He was professional and courteous. He always opened the door for us and even had some laughs with us.

The car we rode in was a brand new Chrysler 300 and it was immaculate. Exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this car service to any and all that are in the Napa region wine touring for the day.

I used Elite Limo for a wine tour in Napa/Sonoma and our driver John was absolutely amazing The limo we had was nice and clean and John threw in two bottles of champagne. We had an amazing time at our Napa wine tour. I booked us a limo tour with 2 other couples. Our driver Mike was great and extremely knowledgeable about the wine country and the wines.
