Pilot Limousine Service

Critical: Quality Our bus was dirty, the AC didn't work so it was very hot! I contacted the company for compensation due to the poor condition of the bus and NEVER received a response! Will NEVER use them again!

DO NOT HIRE PILOT LIMOUSINE! We had one of the most important days our life. Surprising my son and daughter in law with transporting our first Granddaughter from the hospital to her residence. I found Pilot on Yelp and based on the reviews I decided to hire them for the first time. Due to the challenges of getting an exact day and time when the doctors would discharge, I spoke to "Eric" and related the above.

I specified that I would be in communication with them to attempt a good day and time. I also advised him that I was hiring a "Mariachi Band" to serenade them as they exited the hospital. Eric, knew the importance and assured me that he would take care of us. On Tuesday I text him and told him that the baby was born and they could possibly be discharge Wednesday or Thursday.

I told him that I would keep him updated. He never replied to my text. On Thursday morning I text him and told him they would be discharge and I would probably need the limo between 12-2 Pm. I added that I would keep him posted. He finally replied and typed, "We are here for you, please let me know as soon as you can". I called him and we spoke. I confirmed everything with him and he again assured me not to worry and said, he would have someone on standby between 11-2 PM.

I told him to please have the Limo arrive at the Hospital at 1 PM, giving him close to 2 hours drive time. After all he said, he had the limo ready to go and a driver on standby. At 1200 PM He Text me and said, "Sorry we will not be able to provide the service"! WTF! I called him and told him, he couldn't do that to us, I had made several arrangements and had no transportation for my family.

He said, Im trying to find someone for you, my guy took another job. I reminded him that he gave me his word and told me his limo and driver was on standby. He just said, "I'm trying to find someone else for you". LOL what a piece of work! I immediately called another company (FIRST CLASS LIMOUSINE SERVICE, ANAHEIM, 714 423-0897) and not only did they immediately moved things around to help me with this nightmare and clean up 'Erics' S*&T.

But their fee was more reasonable, they provided me with a beautiful, brand new, white stretch Limo and a professional outstanding driver. But wait, this company had a Limo at the Hospital at 1250 PM! I'm sure Eric, will attempt to justify his BS.But sometimes my brother, you have to be honest and man up! your company failed miserably and almost ruined a wonderful day. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HIRED SOMEONE ELSE!

Excellent service. I spoke with Erik several times and he was very understanding(even though i probably got on his nerves) i booked the limo last minute for my sons graduation(the day before) and they showed up ON TIME. The Chrysler was super nice and had the butterfly doors and he rolled out the red carpet it we loved it. The driver Clayton was very nice and kind to my crazy family and i appreciate him for it ****Thanks to Pilot Limo Service my son enjoyed his day

This place delivered beyond expectation! Our driver, Pierre was excellent to our daughter and party of ten little girls. We recommend them for all special occasions!

I hired them for my daughters quinceanera and the only reason I hired them was because they offered a quinceanera package which was.a red carpet, apple cider, balloons and a happy birthday banner.they didn't do any of that the driver got to the church early and my daughter and her court were dropped off early.they were confused about the time which we received an email before on the times we had confirmed.and the court was complaining that the air conditioner wasn't really blowing out cold air so they complained it was hot inside the limo. Really disappointed!

Had limo service for a friends party last Wednesday. The limo was new and had nice touches to it. Not overly done. The driver was prompt and courteous.

I got this limo for my daughter's Quince. Their customer service was great, my only complaint is that the ac wasn't blowing out cold air. My daughter along with her friends stated that they would've enjoyed it better had it not been so warm in there. I paid $720 for 4 hours (including the $120 mandated gratuity) so I feel as if they should've been comfortable in there. Any how that was my only complaint.

I rarely write reviews unless the service is AMAZING! I have used Pilot Limo for service several times for airport trans and wine tasting, but this time was for my bday event. Eric is always a pleasure to work with and gives best prices around. They are always amazing and ALWAYS on-time. This time we had Marc as our driver and he was amazing, we felt like royalty.

He made sure we were comfortable in the limo, always had champagne waiting on ice for us, making sure to always open the doors and even after 3 hours of our shopping event and 10 bags later, carrying the bags for us. It's hard to find a top notch limo service with an amazing driver as Marc (I requested him again for my 18th Goddaughter bday as a surprise to pick her up at school). Thanks again Eric and Pilot Limousine company for a wonderful birthday.

The driver was very professional and drove safely. They were amongst the most competitive pricing available after I called several limo services. The limo itself was nice as well although it's probably worth it to splurge for the Chrysler 300 upgrade and have more people go with you.

We hired this company for prom and WOWZA! The Chrysler 300 was AMAZING! Driver was nice, professional and EARLY. I will definitely be recommending this company. Thanks for keeping the kids safe.

Excellent service. We used Pilot Limousine Service for my wife's birthday and they were amazing. I called Art and organized the whole thing about 3 weeks before the big day and he was completely accommodating. Art was able to prepare the inside with a birthday theme and stock the bar with Gin and mixers. The driver arrived early and was polite and professional. We left Riverside and drove to Maestro's Oceanfront for drinks and dinner. Very pleased and will use their services again and again.

Good experience overall. Our driver was on time and very nice. My only complaint would be about the limo itself. The interior seemed a bit dated. Some of the lights weren't working, one was flickering and there weren't any neon lights. We wanted to use the aux cord on the stereo system but the sound was cutting in and out so we ended up just listening to the radio. The limo was supposed to seat 8-10 people, we had 7 adults and 2 young kids and it was packed.

Thank you Eric and Pilot Limousine for making our son's wedding transfer something special. With it being Prom season and my late reservation, I was praying for but not expecting that you would be able to fit in the transfer on such a busy night. I highly recommend Pilot Limousine. I use this service for my work trips that fly out of LAX. My vehicle has always arrived 10-15 minutes early and has never been late. The drivers are always courteous and easy going. I can always count on pilot limousine when I need the long ride to the airport. Overall a great experience.

Pilot Limousine has helped me, whenever I or my clients need a ride to LAX from Riverside. Each experience is truly top-notch. Their drivers always dress in a suit & tie and always on time. Recently, I needed to impress some VIP clients that were staying in downtown Riverside. I hired Pilot to take them to a Night on the Town. From the moment they got picked up at the Mission Inn, their minds were blown away!

Pilot arrived with a new Party Bus with an amazing light & sound system. For 4 hours, they cruised around the Inland Empire, and the local bars crawling were made easy with a chauffeur who knew the hottest spot in town. They were so impressed with the service and the vehicle, that they are still sending me thank you notes till this day. This prompted me to write this review. Erick and his crew are fantastic. They really made me look good and represent me and my company very well. I would highly recommend Pilot Limousine, and looking forward to use their services again.

Usually i do not write a review but i need to write this experience. The owner is a neighbor of a coworker and when I go to travel, I use this service. Now, coworker and I tell him this is for work, you do not have to do anything special or dress up. He arrives on time, dressed professionally, in a comfortable ride (Chrysler 300) with some courtesy water.

The driver was easy to talk to if you like to talk. He drove smoothly and you are at your destination before you know it. The rates are competitive. This experience was considerablly better than some of the bigger shuttle service companys that have used. This is my go-to transportation service.

These guys are on time all the time both in picking me up and dropping me off. It is always a comfortable ride to the airport. They open your door for you and put your bag in the trunk (if you want it in the trunk) and appear to be happy to do it. Vehicles are clean, comfortable and magnitudes better than riding a shuttle or taxi to the airport.

Very classy limousine service. My buddy's and I used Pilot Limousine for a bachelor party a few weekends ago. We originally were just going to order s standard sedan limousine, but Erick told us about a party bus that they had just recently added to their option of limousine, and after seeing it we decided to go with it. The bus was decked out in neon lights, flat screen tv, bar, everything. It really made my buddy's last day of freedom memorable for all of us. The driver was also very cool, and down to earth. We are very pleased that we chose Pilot Limousine Service for our Wedding transportation needs. We used Pilot for both our rehearsal dinner as well as our wedding day. This company was highly recommended by our wedding venue. On Friday we rented a Party bus to transfer the bridal party and some distinguish guests from hotel to venue to restaurant and back to the hotel. Pierre was our driver and he was great.

By being there early he helps eliminate my nervous worries about Friday traffic! The bus was clean with a great working AC and the sound system was phenomenal. On Saturday I was beyond impressed with Pilot Limousine Service. Our driver, Jessie, was exceptional. He gave us the royal treatment when we left the church. Having a stretch limousine with Red Carpet roll out "Just Married" sign and chilled champagne waiting for us was perfect! He even brought everyone water bottles during Pictures. I could not have asked for better service and the price was great.

Our service was personalized to the details. With a group of 18, we went wine tasting for my best friend bachelorette party. We reserved a limo bus from Pilot and it was great. Their New Party Bus was exactly as pictured/promised.

They even decorated it with our theme everything was pink inside. They had clean flutes on board for the complimentary champagne that they provided and extra wine glasses for us to use. The party was definitely in the bus ride. We even cancelled some of the wineries on our list and stayed party in the limo bus to cruise around. The driver was easy going and makes it fun for all of us. Thank you Pilot Limo you are the best!

Thank you all for helping to make my friend's bachelorette a big success! I had absolutely no idea what to do as I am from Dallas and have only been to California one other time. The night was awesome and the driver knew all the best places to go. The driver you sent was very nice and it was fun and cool to have someone open the doors.
