One of your limousines was parked on the CVS/Albertsons parking lot. I was exiting the access driveway in front of CVS when the driver looked at me and drove directly out in front of me with no regard. Then he took his time driving out in front of and then drove into the Shell Station. Obviously he was. Or getting fuel since the vehicle is a diesel and the station does not provide diesel. I can tell you I doubt I would want to use your company with his disregard. I'm sorry because the limo is very pretty. This driver could learn some curtesy.

Rented a 32 passenger party bus with a bathroom for 5 hours in the LA area and it was so much fun! Jeff was super helpful in the booking process and answered all my questions when needed. Our total was about $1400. Our driver was Pablo, everyone LOVED him. He was so attentive and got us anything we needed. We did two stops - one hour at santa monica pier and 15 min at the LACMA lamps.

The bus was perfect for our event, but there were a couple things I would take note of. 1) The speakers aren't the greatest quality, the higher the volume was it felt like the music was a bit distorted. 2) There were two bars on our bus, a larger one in the front and a smaller one in the middle. Definitely take into account how many drinks you're bringing on the bus!

We just left the drinks that didn't fit in the ice box in tote bags off to the side. 3) Maybe bring extra toilet paper or make sure to emphasize to your group to use whats on board sparingly! We ran out halfway through the ride.

Diamond Limos was a fantastic experience. The cars were clean and fully stocked with glass champagne glasses. They were prompt upon arrival and the driver was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this limo company

We rented the party bus for a 16th birthday celebration and it was absolutely amazing. The bus was clean, looked like new, air worked great (it was a hot day) and the sound system rocked! Chris was our driver and he was the best! The party bus is huge, it's definitely not easy to maneuver (especially down the small streets and alleys by the beach) but he was a pro!

He was very cautious and we did not worry at all as he drove 20 teenagers around! He was so patient and so kind with the kids, he always had a smile on his face and really went out of his way to make it a great night for them! He also had great ideas when we asked for some suggestions as to what we could do with a bus full of 16 year old's in the midst of a pandemic. They kids had the BEST time, and are still talking about it :) If you're looking for a limo, I would (without hesitation) recommend Diamond Limos!

I have used Limo/Bus services for a variety of reasons in the past. Though called on Diamond Limos for a Party Bus for a company event recently. Jeff took my call and was professional and very helpful. Once the Bus arrived with Jose as our driver, it was spotless and comfortable. Jose was amazingly helpful with my group. They all made comments on how great he was having to put up with their shenanigans. I will definitely use Jeff and his fleet for any future needs and I highly recommend you do the same! You will not be disappointed.

I never ever go out of my way to leave reviews, especially when im only getting what i pay for BUT my experience was ABOVE and BEYOND what i paid for! The limo bus was immaculate and perfectly suited for my group of friends. The driver was fantastic in giving us the perfect amount of privacy mixed with the perfect amount of friendliness not to mention his driving skills navigated us perfectly through southern California traffic and getting us to our destination safely and on time.

The company allowed us the freedom to plan our day EXACTLY how we wanted it and even allowed us freedom to change plans at a moments notice. I cant afford to take a party bus to every occasion in my life BUT its affordable enough to utilize a few times a year to make those special occasions PERFECT! I cant wait to find the next excuse in my life to make a reservation and ride in style. These guy are great they made booking very simple and delivered on EVERY ASPECT OF THE DAY! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND UTILIZING THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE WHO HAS THE NEED.

Rented a limo from Diamond Limos for a birthday celebration. Driver Gary was great! My complaints: I rented the Chrysler 300 limo, a Lincoln stretch showed up. The radio only worked with one speaker, talk about a buzz kill not having music u can hear over talking. I rented for 8-10 people, thankfully not 6 showed up but I could not imagine 2 much less 4 more people, it was pretty cramped with just 6.

I did like that it was fully stocked with vodka, champagne, and whiskey. I just didn't appreciate not getting what I thought I paid for. And check your equipment and make sure it works before renting it out. I will prob not rent from diamond limos again.

Used this company multiple times. The drivers are very professional and the limos/party busses are well taken care of. I wish they would allow food on the bus, but that's my personal opinion. Just booked this company for the third time for a company team outing. Highly recommended.

Worst limo service anyone in my party had ever experienced. Made one guest feel horrible when she asked if we could stop any place to use a restroom. Telling her "We are close why can't you just hold it, it's not easy driving this car". We rented the limo for 8 hours and Gary made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. We were only provided with half of the alcohol that was promised when contracting the service. Gary the driver was rude to all of my guests and demonstrated unprofessional behavior. I would never use this service again

This was one of the most embarrassing and disappointing experiences I've EVER had. The owner is rude, unprofessional and conniving, once he has your money. I rented a party bus for a "girls night out" for 30 of my customers. The bus was too crowded even though the owner assured me there was plenty of room. The bus was not stocked with water like they said, there was one bottle of cheap champagne, the bathroom door kept locking us out, the driver was braking in a way that almost caused some of us injuries, not to mention texting while driving.

The driver missed the exit and made us late for our reservations. IT GOT WORSE. While we were at dinner, the driver notified me that the bus would not start. The owner sent a mechanic. Who didn't show up for hours. Luckily I was able to call another company who was able to get us home. The owner of Diamond limos had no way of getting us home. THE CONTRACT MAKES YOU PAY EVEN IF THE VEHICLE BRAKES DOWN AND YOU ARE LEFT STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF A COLD ROAD IN DOWNTOWN LA, WAITING ON A MECHANIC.

Because I signed the contract, my credit card company would not void the transaction and I ended up paying the full amount. I had a first hand witness that saw the bus finally fixed and able to drive away at approx. 2am. The owner lied to the credit card company and told them the bus was fixed 15 minutes after we left. The driver was kind throughout the nightmare, but that hardly makes up for the rest of the experience. The lack of integrity in this man was appalling. I am putting this in the hands of karma.

I would like to personally thank Diamond Limos and our amazing driver Jesus for such excellent service! You really came through big time! The party bus was absolutely beautiful! Our kids had such a great time! Jesus contacted me 10 minutes prior to arrival as promised and he was a such pleasure to work with. I had no doubt our kids would be in good hands.

Our senior grad night event went off without a hitch and we are so thankful for Diamond Limos! We will definitely keep you in mind for future events! And thanks Jeff for such great communication and your patience with all my questions! :D

I highly recommend Diamond Limousines for not only having a great selection of vehicles but for fantastic customer service. We wanted to go to an Angels game in style and our chauffeur Nikki was awesome. She was friendly and got us to the game right on time. Unfortunately it rained just before the game ended but within two minutes after texting her we were back in a warm limousine.

We were all wet and cold but once we turned on the heater we were warm and toasty. My teenage daughter loved posting pictures of us on FB and her smile was awesome to see as you know how finicky they can be. Thanks Jeff for a memorable experience.

I needed to make my wife's bday as fun and memorable as possible for her and her friends and Jeff at Diamond limos made it happen! Our limo was VERY NICE, clean, and on time. The driver dealt with the party atmosphere and everyone had a blast! I can assure you any upcoming events this where I will go. I got my eye on their party bus for my bday! I highly recommend!

I highly recommend them! We had great customer service from start to finish. Our party was top notch but most importantly we had an absolute blast wine tasting for my birthday! I will absolutely use them again in the future!
