Not the Friendly Taxi of years ago. I made my reservation online. I received 2 confirmations and they still didn't show up. After 3 calls we called a different cab. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED.

Prompt pickup on ride from Great Neck to airport. Several days later no show at JFK for ride home. Phone calls unanswered.

I was billed more than the agreed amount. They added 20% to the bill for what I assume is a tip. I have requested the 20% to be refunded but have never heard back from the company. I ordered a Town Car and had a minivan show up. The driver was very pleasant but I don't appreciate the bait and switch. Unless funds are restored I will never use this company again.

They're late and they lie. Out of the dozens of times I have had to use this service, 95% of the time they are absolutely never on time. No matter how many times you call, they tell you their driver is 5 minutes away, just to show up 30-50 minutes later. I had a doctor appointment scheduled at 6:30 and had a taxi scheduled A WEEK IN ADVANCE for a 6:00 pickup.

After calling twice to ask where the hell my taxi was, it showed up 45 minutes late, and 15 minutes after my doctor was scheduled. This service is absolutely terrible, NEVER use them. I have no choice because it's my schools contracted taxi service. Save your time and money and just freaking take an Uber man.

Worst taxi company. They were supposed to pick me up at 3:30 didn't show up till 4:30 and acted like it was my fault. Then when getting picked up I was told a driver was 5 mins away I ended up waiting 45 mins for him to pick me up. Will use Uber or lyft next time.

Absolutely terrible! I called and thought I was going to be able to get a taxi! They asked me weee was i, and u desperately needed a taxi at the time, when I spoke to the dispatcher he asked me were I was and if I was read ONLY for him to tell me that all of his taxis were in la guardia! They are a joke don't trust them they are horrible, I have to call In port Washington to get a taxi in great Neck it's a disgrace! This company should be out of service because they are worthless

I don't normally take car or town service, I'm giving this 0 star because Friendly Limo refuse to answer any question I asked via online chat. Most car service/taxi/limo service in Long Island response.

I have used Friendly's for 6x last month for business everything went well, they had sent me the confirmation email for all my reservation and trip reminders as well. The drivers were on time, courteous and helpful in luggage. I'be using them as long as they are best in town.

They are always on time best service in town especially for Airports JFK and LGA. I do use them a lot never have a problem going to Manhattan even, the staff in their office are very polite and helpful in all manners. Recommended to everyone around area!

I have been stood up by this company three times now. Once, no one showed and when I called back I got no answer. Another time, at 3am, and I was left stranded at the train station with a sprained ankle. LAST TIME EVER one week ago when I was told on the phone that my ride would be there in ten minutes. I waited twenty and called back, only to be told it would be another 45.

They take my number "just in case" every time but NO ONE ever calls to let me know why I am being stood up. Horrible way to run a business. Will be spreading the word around town.
