Thank you for the great service! We were seeking car service for our son's wedding and Karen was so friendly and easy to work with! The car arrived on time and the driver was very professional. We will definitely book our next event with Northwest Limousine & Town Car Service!

After driving for NWLimo for five years, I can tell you what matters most to Karen and Ron, the co-owners: a quality experience for their clients and clean, safe, reliable, legal, and regularly maintained vehicles. From clients, I would regularly hear how incredibly kind, responsive and attentive Karen and Ron are to their guests' needs. Also, how knowledgable they are about Oregon, especially the wine tastings and vineyards.

If you do your research, you'll find that NWLimo is not only the highest rated transportation service in Portland, they are one of the only companies to pro-rate charges if you go over time, and possibly the only one with a women as owner. And, their business is a true Oregon small-business that is well worth supporting. By the way, their only sub-five-star review on google reviews, is fake. And still four stars, lol.;

NW Limousine has organized winery tours for my birthday for the past two years in a row and myself and my friends have had great experiences both times. The drivers are friendly and extremely accommodating and kept our group on time for each of our reservations. The limos have always been clean and comfortable and filled with water for us. The price was also great for everything that was included. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end! From the beginning Karen was really nice and got right back to me with details, and answered all the questions I had. We were greeted by our driver Bradley, who was was early! He was awesome, very nice and easy going, which was perfect! It was 4 of us ladies out wine tasting for a birthday party having a great time! Excellent! 5+ star experience! From the booking with Karen, to the planning of the day, to the day of, it was amazing! Karen really jumped in to help coordinate our group for a wine tour to Hood River and the suggestions she made and the ideas she had couldn't have been better! I want to say thank you, deeply, for putting the perfect finishing touch on my daughter's wedding on Saturday February 18th. We had realized in panic, just two days before the wedding, that we were in need of a chauffeured vehicle from the reception hall to the honeymoon hotel. I am from Utah and was unfamiliar with any of the Limousine services in the Portland area.

I had called three other companies before trying Northwest Transportation and to be honest, I was beginning to panic. Every company I reached sounded as though I had interrupted a poker game and the people I was talking to to were just trying to make a buck. But then, I called Northwest. I was greeted by Karen who was friendly, helpful, trustworthy, and above all, she gave me a great price quote.

I knew I had found the right company. She helped me find just the right vehicle to make the night perfect. I also want to thank Adam, our driver. He couldn't have been better! He was punctual, professional, helpful in every way. And best of all, when he dropped my daughter and her new husband at Hotel Vintage he was thoughtful enough to text me and let me know that he had safely delivered them to their destination.

I felt that was going above and beyond the call of duty and it meant the world to me. I showed that this was not just a job to him, but that he cared about the people involved. Awesome company in every way!

Karen and Northwest Limo are outstanding. When I made a scheduling error for our day with them, Karen jumped right in and made sure our day of wine tasting still happened. She was professional, fun and couldn't have helped us plan a better day. I only wish we had had two days for her to show us around. Northwest limo is outstanding!

What an amazing experience we had with our "limousine wine tour",i n Portland Or. It was my sister's 60th and 9 of us wanted to wine tour. Karen with NW Limousine scheduled everything and made the private appointments. Everywhere we went we had a private wine host. Our limo driver kept us on task and was absolutely wonderful. A CLASS ACT. I plan on using them again for my 60th! Thank you again for such a memorable day.
