Scam, do not use. I was calling around for July 4th weekend to schedule a bus for my birthday and for some reason this place was the only one that had busses left. My gut was telling me not to do it but I still went ahead and booked with them. The lady I talked to sounded super nice and was telling me all the right things. She gave me stories about high school students drinking on the bus and this was the reason for their bad reviews.
It didn't makes sense as there are many bad reviews. I still went ahead and decided to give her my card information. Luckily the $200 was never taken from my account and I called the next day and no answer or call back and voicemail was full. I had to cancel my card as I did not feel comfortable with them having my card number. Till this day no call back or follow up. Stay away and use any other company.

We recently rented a party bus for a friends birthday. I was extremely impressed! It was professional and very fun! We had a driver named Kayden that was as so helpful! SCAM SCAM SCAM Should have read the reviews first. Called to confirm many times with NO confirmation and they always had an excuse as to why they couldn't talk or had to call me back. They were on vacation, have to get CoVid tested, and then they told me a family member died. DO NOT BOOK. Cancelled my credit card before being charged by them,

SCAM. DO NOT BOOK. My friend booked a limo through this company and put down a deposit weeks in advance. She then confirmed the booking a week in advance. On the day of the event, no limo arrived to pick up our group and when she called to figure out what was going on, she was hung up on (this happened multiple times).

The Customer Service was excellent I would recommend the company to clients, friends and family .The Driver was well presented and the same with the car , nothing to dislike all good . Never used any luxury car companies in my life. I did research for my wedding and came across Five Star Limousine Service. They looked ideal, closeby and decent reviews too.
Very professional on the phone, very thorough and gave me invoices for everything I payed. The wedding day came and the driver put me and my wife at real ease.
