In a chaotic and ever-changing world, what a pleasure and reassurance it is to have one service on offer in which everything is deftly handled with professionalism and thoughtful preparation, coordination, and communication from the beginning to the end of the process. I utilized this service to transport me to a doctor's appointment in New York City; an appointment I had been waiting four months for over an ongoing medical issue.

The driver arrived at my home on time, was able to pick me up promptly and even before the time initially set when my appointment concluded early, was polite, drove well, and all the important points one would hope for, but beyond even that, I was most impressed by the sixth sense the limo company operators, who must know the NYC metro area well, seem to have to know exactly how to guide your trip in terms of allowing time to arrive without rushing while also minimizing excessive waiting around, based on location of origin and destination both, time of day, and traffic patterns contingent on those factors. Hats off to a service which was and is modern, efficient, and comfortable. I don't know yet if I have to return again in the summer months, but if so, I'll definitely call upon them again.

Highly recommend this car service. Every step of the process from booking, confirmation, day-of coordination and billing was seamless. My driver was the absolute definition of a professional. It is clear the staff is a well oiled machine and truly cares about the safety and well being passengers. I feel confident using this service again for the most important of trips!

If you are traveling by land, sea or air this is the company you need to use. They went above and beyond for me recently during a flight. They are courteous and truly have customer service above and beyond. Their prices are affordable and there is no other company I will use other than Daisy. The customer service is impeccable, always answering their phone and if there is a flaw in the airlines, etc. they find the answer. If I could I would give them 10 stars I would!

I have used Daisy Limo Service twice to go from NJ to NYC (round trip) for annual doctor appointments. Michael, my Daisy contact person for both trips, was excellent. He was very helpful in the time scheduling process and he provided me with confidence that all would go well. From scheduling to final drop off the trips went smoothly. Communications were excellent from confirmations, reminders, update notices, and followups.

The trips were worry free and relaxing. I commuted to NYC for 33 years and these two trips are at the top of my list of positive experiences. I almost look forward to my 2022 doctor appointment in NYC.

Daisy drivers always arrive ahead of time and are well prepared to take routes with the least traffic so an on time arrival is assured.

Regret booking with this company! Disappointing experience from moment began looking for driver till dropped off. --Had to leave baggage/go outside to look for driver after paying +$15 and no sign, --Tiny car, not comfortable fit for two adults in backseat, barely fit two suitcases in trunk, --Driver didn't bother helping to remove luggage from trunk at drop off.

I had a GREAT experience with Daisy Limo today getting a car service for my elderly mother from Newark airport to Princeton. She is in a wheelchair she needed extra help. I asked Daisy Limo office for a special request to help her out, so the driver did a fantastic job meeting inside her and brought the car to a convenient location and helped patiently her getting in and out.

We recently used Daisy Limo for their luxury Van, and it was a fantastic experience. The Van was new and fit all of the friends very comfortably. The chauffeur was professional, and he did a great job of bringing us to our event. Every time we call the office, their staff accommodated our adjustments with no problem. Overall, we all loved the service quality and everything. I am sure we will rebook with them next year again.

I needed a larger vehicle to transport me and my family to EWR because we had long ski bags. Our pick up was very early AM and I was nervous using a car service I've never used before. Daisy was there on time, professional service. Our return trip from the airport was just as smooth. I would definitely use Daisy again and recommend them to others.

I booked for a big van for our trip back to the Philippines last night around 10 PM. Being just 4 passengers with 10 luggages and 4 carry on's, I just had to book the big van. After receiving confirmation of the booking, I got an email from Jim - Customer Service - if I was sure about the big van and I told him about the luggage situation and he told me we'll definitely fit in the van.

This morning, my husband got a call from his friend who always picks us up and brings us to the airport saying he wants to bring us to the airport. My husband said we booked a van already but we'll try to cancel. I knew that it would be very difficult to cancel since of my last minute booking and the difficulty to get a big van. But I still tried to send an email to them asking if they could cancel my booking.

I told them the reason for cancelling and they appreciated my honesty and really helped me cancel the booking without cancellation fees! This is what excellent customer service and satisfaction is! Thank you so much Jim!

Aloha from Hawaii! I researched a lot of Limo/Car service companies before our trip to NYC an I am so happy I picked this one. They were a 10 plus. Our flight was 3 hours delayed out of LAX but our driver never even mentioned how late we were he acted as if that was the original time to pick us up, he even offered to drive thru somewhere in case the kids were hungry.

Our return flight with Kaya (sorry for selling) was just as excellent. Was early morning so he played very soothing music and enjoyed pleasant conversation. Will use this company again if we get back to NYC.

My family and I needed transportation from Times Square to the Cape Liberty cruise terminal. There were 13 in all, with luggage. I am not from the area, and I was worried about booking a shady limo service. Daisy Limo was everything i'd hoped it would be. They emailed with questions and responded quickly when I needed to add a stop. The car itself was nice and clean, everyone was comfortable and the driver was very professional. I would use them and recommend them to friends.

Just wanted to share my experience with Daisy Limousine. I needed a ride from JFK to Montclair NJ. I waited until the day before arriving to find a ride, not the best planning, I called Daisy and they told me that they were booked up and couldn't accommodate me. They had some suggestions for finding another ride which I appreciated very much.

I hung up and decided to take my chances at the airport with a cab. My phone rang and the young man I had spoken to told me he found me a ride! What a relief. The next day Mike, my driver, met me at JFK at 5:30am! He was great. On time, professional and so nice! I used Daisy again on my return trip back to JFK and again I received perfect service from my driver, Peter. I will use these guys again the next time I visit New York.

It was Amazing! As soon as I took my phone off of airplane mode a call came in from your driver. He was patient as we were still in the plane. and he told me EXACTLY where to find him! It was right after midnight. and being a bit tired from travel ect. I had to call again to find out exactly where he was. and he was very courteous and took all of our bags so we could simply get in the car! The vehicle was great! The ride smooth and quick. I will use Daisy again and again.

I called to get a quote and not only was it the most expensive of all of the companies I called but the person on the other end was INCREDIBLY rude. No interest in working with me on price simply commented on the price of my flight stating i could afford it. Baffling.

I used this Reliable Limo Service for my wedding. It was so easy with there great online reservation system, booking was so easy. The service was on time and professional, will definitely use them again! :

The service was excellent. The driver, Peter, was very professional and courteous. I especially appreciated the timely manner in which i was picked up, and returned home. I will certainty call again for future transportation needs.

Bad Estimate. Ride turned out to be nearly 2x the quoted base price. $188 instead of $105. I could have disputed it with my credit card company, but decided to let it slide and just warn others. Despite seeing the negative reviews, I decided to try it out. The driver was on time and helpful. I compared the Daisy quoted base price of $105 to uberX price of $105. Thinking why not get the limo instead of uberX. They add parking, tolls, taxes, and 20% tip. Use uber where your quote includes all the extra charges.

EWR to Montville NJ and back. Very professional and courteous. Drivers knew their way around. Cars were very nice. Couldn't ask for better.

It is always so hard to chose a car service in an area where you are not familiar. We had a family need to have family members picked up in NYC and brought to a NJ suburb. After going on- line and getting prices, I chose Daisy. I got an e-mail quote and called to give payment and ask a few questions. It was not easy to get a live person, but when reached them I was satisfied with the call, but still worried about if I had made a correct choice.

My family member called when they reached their destination and reported that they could not have been more satisfied with the service. The car & driver arrived early.they were ready to go.point is no wait! The driver was very nice & helpful, the car was very clean and the ride was extremely pleasant.
