My boyfriend and I were driving one night and had a car up on our bumper with his hi beans flashing us. he finally passed us and was very aggressive would not let us pass literally swirving his vehicle and merging directly into our car when we tried to pass. I was very worried for our safety. His Plate number is N203188c

My friends and I booked this company to pick us up in a "Luxury" town car as a treat (instead of a cab/shuttle) to start our girl trip in NYC. We paid extra to have the driver meet us inside the terminal with a sign. The driver was not clear on where we would find him and in all reality he should have known where we would be. So we ended up meeting up with him outside of the terminal after several phone calls back and forth.
Our greeting sign was a piece of scrap paper with our names scribbled in red marker. The driver was friendly and obliging in taking pictures with us. He helped carry our bags to the car. The car was a HUNK of JUNK! It was a faded navy blue OLD town car. The inside of the car was dirty and stained (including a suspicious stain on the ceiling. YUCK!) The drivers arm rest was falling off.
It squeaked and rattled all the way to our hotel. The taxi's that drove past us were way more "luxurious" then the rattle trap we were riding in. We notified the company as soon as we arrived at our hotel about our dissatisfaction with their service. They said they were having the car brought in for inspection. They requested we send them the pictures that we had taken, which we did.
We did not receive any more communication with the company after that call even though we attempted to contact them throughout our stay in the city. When we arrived home the full amount had been charged to our card. A few more phone calls need to be made to complete this story. But DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not have LUXURY cars!

Excellent service! My girls and I flew to New York for a quick weekend getaway. After searching around the web for a limousine service to transport us around on our fun night out, I stumbled across Gotham Limousine. What first caught my eye was they list their phone number and state to call ANYTIME 24 hrs a day! I called them around 5 AM when I got in from my flight and was delivered excellent customer service as if it was 10 in the morning!
I stated that I needed a limo to take my girls and I around town around 6 PM today. They were very accommodating and fit me right into their schedule for that day and not only was I surprised by that, but they arrived at 5:45 PM! Thank you Gotham Limousine, you guys made our weekend getaway one we will NEVER forget! I will recommend you to anyone, and everyone!

Awful- booked a limo for Saturday. Confirmed Sat afternoon. Car never even showed up. When we called, after being on hold for 10 minute, told "the driver had an accident" by now it was 30 minutes past the pickup time and no one had even called. Never, ever use this company. Would give less than one star if I could.

I booked a Limo for my mom because she is on the board of a large foundation. They gave us a confirmation number a promised to be waiting at the luggage pick up for her. It was a no show. She called the number to ask where her driver was and they told her that they gave the Limo to someone else and that she would have to take a yellow cab. She waited in line for 30 minutes to get a cab and was late for her board meeting. This company should not be in business! Beware of them. They can not be trusted.

Whatever you do, don't reserve a ride over the internet, they charge your credit card at the time of reservation. Good luck getting your money back if you have to cancel the service, like I did. It's three weeks later, still no money credited back to my credit card. So I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. One way or another, I WILL get my money back from these creeps. ETA: ok, they finally credited my credit card. It took over three weeks!

Completely Incompetent. Requested a driver to pick up a client. No confirmation email as mentioned would arrive. Then, received a call telling me that the request had been double booked.and they were confused. Cleared that up and was asked to respond to an email sent by them, which once again never arrived. Called to confirm the booking the day of the clients arrival. Gotham had nothing in the system.
I could wait to speak to "Bill", or the guy on the phone could take my order. Finally, done! Um, no. After giving him my credit card information, the driver was late to arrive at JFK. Calls to Gotham were unanswered. Client finally found the driver and they headed into Manhattan. Upon arrival at the destination, the driver told my client "I can take your credit card for payment". Meanwhile, I get a call from Gotham (finally) saying that they needed an imprint of my credit card before they'll let my client out of the car.
A little something they forgot to mention while they held my client hostage. Horrible customer service. Incompetent, miscommunications. There are better limo services in the City. Go elsewhere. I will!
