The Lincoln MKT or similar full sized executive class sedans are the standard for business and frequent travelers. Elegantly appointed with numerous amenities and built for comfort, these safe full sized vehicles are the most popular choice for airport transfers, days trips and commutation. The Mercedes Benz S550 provides the ultimate in luxury, service and style.
At the primary New York area airports, LGA, JFK and EWR, Elite Limousine offers a choice of airport pick-up options for advanced reservations. For On Demand Service Without A Reservation simply place the order when you are ready to leave the terminal. Your car will meet you outside the terminal in 10 minutes or less.
Anyone calling our dispatch office with your correct Elite account number will be provided service. If they do not have a preprinted voucher when they enter the car, the driver may issue one to them. You, as the account holder, accept responsibility for any and all charges to your account. It is up to you to control who has your account number.

Reckless drivers. I was driving in the HOV lane on the LIE going the speed limit with "ELITE 439" plated vehicle behind me for about 20 minutes. Out of nowhere he starts to tailgate me and flash his brights. The HOV lane is a no exit/enter lane unless allowed so the guy was trying to force me to speed? This is illegal and reckless. I would never use this company given the type of drivers they have. Leave the HOV lane and pass like you are allowed to do.

I have been using Elite for quite a few years now and I will always compliment them on their service and how clean the cars are. I always resort to them because they know how to make my ride exceptional. I would honestly recommend them they won't let you down. The drivers are very nice and some of them have a good conversation with you too. Overall you guys should choose them

I am very happy with the experience I have gotten with elite. They got back to me within a few minutes when I requested a quote. I called them ASAP and I reserved my booking with them through phone. Without a doubt, the entire journey to my destination was spotless. Will come back to them definitely!

I ordered a car for pick-up 2 hours in advance. I received a text message 20 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time saying that they were delayed 30 minutes. Here we are an hour later and still no car. I called to ask what time I could expect a car to arrive; I was told that they couldn't secure a car for me and that it would likely be another 30 minutes before they could assign one.

I don't understand how they had 3 whole hours and are still unable to secure 1 car. Elite is too pricey to have such poor service. 2 stars because I've gotten a car with them before and it was ontime!

Beware of hidden charges and changes to your booking with no notification. I was quoted $75 for JFK-Manhattan transfer and ended up paying $125 with their "additional charges including a $30 airport surcharge". An invention of their part probably to squeeze out of the customer as much as they can. One-offs seem to be preferred by the company than long term customer relationships.

I have repeatedly queried the bill and never got an answer so have complained with the TLC. They also changed the time of the booking without notifying me from 9pm to 7.40pm (the exact time the plane was due to land) saying that this is their policy. To go through customs and collect luggage and be outside at the exact time you land, you need to be Superman.

But this is their tactics to charge wait time. The most worrying thing is that over the following days I kept receiving messages saying that my [new] booking was confirmed (although I never made a new booking) then cancelled then charged as no show. I informed my bank of their imposterous attempts to get even more $$ given that they had my card details and blocked their attempted transactions.

I have requested that they delete my account but this has not been actioned so will have to refer them to the data protection authorities as well. It's just pitiful that they think that because we are international customers they can behave like that. My advice? Don't use them to save time and money.

I wish I could do negative stars, but I have to put one. Do not Do not DO NOT use this car service! It is horrible. 45 minute wait "minimum" for your car to pick you up at the airport! Do not do it! PLEASE go to any ANY other Car Service than this one! The worst, unprofessional Car Service on the planet; YES, it happens to be this one! Horrible horrible Car Service horrible! PLEASE LISTEN. Go somewhere else! DO NOT give these fools your business!

Negative stars. I reserved a car two days ahead. When it came time to pick us up the car never showed. No one answers their customer service line. The subway is quicker and more convenient than Elite. AVOID WITH EXTREME ABANDON.

The ladies who take care of Driver's relations are super nice are helpful. But overall not the best company to work for. The trouble is that one is waiting 2 to 4 hours between jobs, and there's a $250 due per week for a tablet that is slow and runs on an antiquated operating system. TLC insurance is up $500, car notes, gas a top of living expenses. So in short it is hard d to make descent money to live on.

They are bunch of crooks who are cheating both drivers and passengers. Taking percentage from drivers from every ride plus $150 every week just to drive with company. Plus force drivers to buy tlc insurance from their broker who is over charging more than $1000. Forcing drivers to buy car wash package from their dealer. Worse place for drivers. People who are driving for them has old broken Lincoln cars.

In the past, i've never had any issues when calling a car for a pick-up for the clients at my work place in NYC. But TODAY (9/21/16) was a whole different story. I called for a pick up and was on hold for about 8 minutes. Finally they answer and say a driver will come in about 15-20 minutes. The Client goes downstairs to wait. But he ends up getting impatient and taking a cab, JUST as the driver showed up. (not cool on his part) My issue is with the CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I call again to make sure we don't get charged for this. I'm on hold again for several minutes. Finally someone answers and right away tells me to hold. I can still hear her talking to someone else, and then she hangs up on me! So i call back again, wait several minutes, AGAIN. The phone starts to ring and then someone answers and hangs up! I call again, and i'm hold AGAIN for several minutes when finally i get through to someone about what happened. This was the worst customer service experience i've ever received.

The worst customer service experience ever! My manager requested to log a complaint with Elite regarding his ride on 2/9/17. Firstly, the driver got lost in the Harlem, NY area after 3 am and wanted to stop and ask for directions/ needless to say but a two-hour ride came close to three hours. Then the comfortability of the car was awful. The car was very old in appearance and the headrest was hard as a brick and appeared as though the owner used it from another car because it didn't place correctly above the seat and was a different shape than the other headrests in the car.

After speaking with Andrew, the director of operations (allegedly), regarding these complaints, he basically quoted a Douglas Adams book or a Marvin Gaye song in every other sentence, 'so what's really going on', and stated that the driver did not have any history of complaints. "Hello, this is a complaint and maybe you should take it seriously!" I suspect that's the tactic he uses to divert accountability. He offered no resolution whatsoever. So, my manager then requested that I remove his account profile and we will not be using this car service again.
