Kansas City Limousine

Beware wait times when you call are over 20 mins. Also they charged my credit card twice for two different amounts for the same trip. I can't get a hold of anyone to fix this. I would think twice before booking.

There was some confusion with our pick up reservation but Patrick did an amazing job finding us a driver at 11pm! They never disappoint.

I am not one to leave reviews a lot. I really wanted to leave a review for our evening last night with our bus rental to see Christmas lights. What we thought was going to turn out so so due to our 10 passenger Sprinter Limo Van breaking earlier in the day to not being able to be fix, we got a call from KC Transportation Group to let us know they would be sending out a 16 passanger, non Limo style Sprinter Van, foward facing, this is not what we going for.

We spoke with them and stated our concerns of being down graded and asked for something of equal value or more. The exceeded our expectation with a 30 passenger Limo Bus! It was a fantastic trip, they made what was headed to be a disappointment to a great night. Our driver Ben Merricks was the big Key to a WONDERFUL night! He was fabulous, attentive, very professional, made additional suggestions of where to go see lights and was dead on when we went to them. THANK YOU BEN MERRICKS FOR A WONDERFUL TIME! Ben is also the driver for the KC Mob tour that KCTG does, if you get a chance it is a must on your to do list! Thanks so much again Ben Merricks, you will definately be our request on our next Bus outing!

We had a great time on this tour! It is very educational on Kansas City's Gangster past. The guys are hysterical . My husband and I sat in the front, so we could here the entire show. The tour is interactive, so play along. It's also a nice tour of the city, especially, since we're from out of town. However locals will get a lot out of the tour since they will know the area

Shame on this company. They hit my wife's vehicle and refuse to pay me the full amount to repair it properly. I have wasted so much of my time trying to call and email them to get what I am owed. No morals or ethics here. Very poor customer service. DO NOT SUPPORT A COMPANY LIKE THIS!
