Vegas limo KC is great! They showed up on time, hauled 19 teenagers all over KS, supplied them with sparkling cider and a super fun time! Price was very reasonable and the Hummer/limo was perfect for our group. Terrence did an A+ job!

My family has been using Vegas Limousine of KC for many years and is the ONLY service I use. They are professional, timely, flexible and affordable. We use them for airport transportation, late nights out, Christmas lights tour, Chiefs and Royals games, and many other events. I highly recommend them, hands down!

I will start out with I am sure this company gives great service and has great vehicles. our experience with them was for a holiday lights tour I purchased on Groupon for my family. we called on the December 14th and scheduled the tour for my daughter's birthday December 24th at 945PM. we arrived on site at 930 and everyone was excited for the surprise. well 945 came and went and 10 PM came.

I emailed the company and was told that our appointment was scheduled for the 17th at 945. now granted I did not open their email receipt I received and that was MY error. however to me I knew what I paid for and I already added the date to my calendar and had confirmation of pickup location. That's like leaving McDonald's and looking to make sure they charged you the sales tax and listed your items you purchased.

I didn't see the need of opening the email. my error. however after several email responses and me giving a very detailed account of the reservation and my wife being a part of conversation this company never admitted the possibility that they simply put the wrong date. during our initial call I asked what the charge would be for a home pickup. they stated the limos stay in that area and give a 15 min time gap for cleaning in-between tours.

I then said what about a pickup from a hotel like The Loews and we would get a room there. then my wife said no that's Christmas Eve we want to be home for Christmas morning. I stated that to the gentleman that was taking our reservation and he responded that he could understand that. ok why would he understand us not getting a hotel for the 24th entering the 25 for a reservation on the 17th? hmm, interesting. this was a horrible experience. they stated they called me the night of the 17th after the miss and they may have but that still negates the fact that when this order was entered the person that did it absolutely missed the Fridays 17th and 24th. as stated to the company this was very embarrassing as we rented a 18 passenger limo and each passenger that was going to ride waited in the parking lot for a no show or mis-schedule. however, I am thankful for the experience as I thought we found a good limo company to utilize inKC, we will not be using this company for pleasure or business.

Again I am sure they have given great service and have great equipment, but this is our experience and 0 accountability even after they told me they record everything and I requested them to review our call. If this was solely my error I wouldn't mind paying again. However I know my daughter's birthday and we try to make it special every year so she doesn't get the Christmas overlook. That was ruined this year Thanks to Vegas Limo KC.

Drivers need to learn courtesy they aren't the only vehicles on road

I rented the pink limousine for my daughter's 10th birthday. Her and all her friends really loved it and had fun riding around town, listening to music, getting ice cream, etc! Our driver Terrance was AMAZING, very friendly, arrived on time and he made sure we enjoyed every second spent in the limo. The owners are also very easy to communicate with. Anytime I called they answered my calls and questions! Great company in general!

Vegas limo provide excellent service. Communication was fast and friendly. They answered the phone every time i called and provided a high level of customer service. The Hummer limo was beautiful inside, clean and fully stocked and they took great care of us. Pricing was the best in town! I highly recommend Vegas Limo of KC.

Our driver, Terence, was so amazing! Not only a great driver in general, but also just good with our group. He was relatable and chill to be around. Def recommend him as a driver!

Limo ride was ok but driver was late which was frustrating while I was waiting for them at the appointed time freezing outside the restaurant. Perhaps an emailed confirmation with the details including driver contact info as well as verification of who the driver would be looking for would be helpful in the future. It would help prevent future miscommunications.

First time using Vegas Limo was 2004 for my wedding, .,. been using them ever since. Every Christmas the plaza lights are a MUST, but we also use them for kids, work and personal events. The drivers are top notch and the owner never fails to take exceptional care of us! If you are looking elsewhere, dont. Vegas Limo can not be beat!

The bus was terrific. We had our wedding this weekend and still days later we are commenting on our chauffeur Keith. The man was incredible. He was most professional to us and our wedding party. He made sure neither myself nor the bride were bothered with any detail. With our final destination being the venue he made sure he dropped us all off with enormous smiles. Keith is the MVP and deserves absolute recognition for his efforts.

Purchased the Holiday Lights Tour in the super big limo for 14 people. It was an hour late and smelled and looked slightly fratty. Empty champagne bottles, half empty water bottles, and cups. There was also a very cold drafty area by the door. I thought we got complimentary water with our package but I must have been mistaken about that. We saw a few lights but only went down one street on the plaza which should have been the highlight and which I had specifically noted that we had not seen yet. Really a bummer. Great idea in theory, not so much in execution.

I'm not rating Vegas Limousine itself, because I hope you aren't just represented by your drivers. One of your drivers, Keith, likes to come into restaurants and harass the female staff. He has his son with him usually. Keith is probably in his late fifties or early sixties and asks if the young 18+ girls are single, commenting on our smiles and bodies. Keith personally hands the staff his Vegas Limousine card, mentioning his personal number for the woman to contact.

He makes many of us feel uncomfortable and unfortunately we are unable to speak up about it due to our risk of upsetting a guest and getting into trouble. Even after we tell him the women are in fact not single he still introduces his son. After being harassed and bending over backwards to accommodate this mans many needs, he can't bring himself to give more than a 10% tip. I'm writing this message in the hopes that it reaches someone who manages Vegas Limousine, so that they may reach out to Keith to stop this behavior.

We loved our experience with Vegas. They were very quick to respond to emails about booking and any answering at questions we had. The stretch SUV we were in was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone was impressed with the sound system. Our driver, Keith, was professional and friendly and really made the experience special. Plus they provided a bottle of champagne! If we need a party bus or a limo again we'll always go through Vegas.

I used this Limousine service to celebrate my friend's birthday. The customer service, all around from the initial request for info to the scheduling to the actual driver service was excellent.
