Despite numerous flight delays, Bill remained in touch and was waiting for us once we gathered our luggage with a comfortably air conditioned car! It was such a relief after 22 hours of flying back from overseas to not have to worry about getting from the airport to home. I will always use Company Car & Limousine as they continually make my experience traveling to/from the airport stress free. They even coordinated our transportation when we landed in Denmark! I could not be more impressed.

My chauffeur arrived on time and called me. They waited patiently while my flight was delayed by an hour. They parked right in front of the door and texted me the location so I didn't have to walk much. The chauffeur was extremely professional, polite and helpful. They played nice and calm music on the ride and dropped me at my drop off location. I also had the chance to speak with the customer service team while making the reservation and had an extremely smooth experience. Overall I was thoroughly satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it.

Unreliable. Did not show up for an early morning ride booked from Case Western to the Amtrak train station. They confirmed the reservation in an email the day before but then never showed up. When they didn't show, there was no one to reach out to via phone because they don't staff it after hours. Had to scramble for an Uber, got lucky and barely made it to the train. The main reason you pay a premium for a service like this is reliability. Without reliability, what are you paying for?

My brother-in-law had serious heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and needed to get back home to Maryland in a comfortable manner about a week post surgery. I googled car services and was so fortunate to get Company Car and Limousine's contact info. They were fantastic. They were very responsive to our needs and patient (no matter how many times I called).

I have used Company Car & Limo for car service for my boss. Found them via their Yelp page. My boss reported to me that the driver was great and professional. Going to be a repeat customer from here on out for transport to/from the airport. Pricing for 1 passenger in a private car is reasonable. They offer the ability to pay in advance so I can take care of that and my boss doesn't need to be concerned with it. The couple of people I've talked to in dispatch are calm and easy going.

I recently used this company by random choice. I'm so glad I did. The service was impeccable. The chauffeur went out of his way to make sure the ride went well and asked if we needed anything from a convenience store before being dropped off at our hotel. We love that before we ever landed, we were provided the chauffeur's phone number. Although we didn't need it, it feels good to have it in case there are problems at the airport. I would highly recommend this company.

I live in New York and travel every week for business. Because of safety concerns I use chauffeured cars everywhere but have yet to find a company that can live up to the high standards that Company Car and Limousine has set. The chauffeurs are VERY well trained, know a lot about their city and what is going on in town when asked and know when to keep it to themselves as well. They even have a really cool smart phone app! Three cheers and 5 stars!

I found Company Car on line and based on the reviews recently used them for airport transportation. The reviews were not wrong, this is an outstanding car service. The cars were very clean and both Neil and Joe (our drivers) were neat, professional and very pleasant. The cars arrived on time and I received a text each time letting me know who our drivers were as well as when to expect them. I would highly recommend this service to anyone, it is well worth it.

I was referred to Company Car by a friend here in Chicago when I was in Cleveland for a trade show. My flight was 6 hours late and Daryl was right where he was supposed to be.
