Name lives up to the experience. I thought I lost my insulin pump at the wedding I was in. After calling at 10:30pm someone answered and called our shuttle driver. The driver pulled off the highway to safely check and it was left on the shuttle. My mistake I planned on driving to get it as it's needed. The person I spoke to told me to go home they would bring it to me. After midnight. They understood, they cared and went well above and beyond! 10 stars!

Thank you Driver Jennifer for all you did to ensure my son had a great prom experience, even having to double back for extra pics. You were on time, PROFESSIONAL, and very pleasant to work with. Thank you and the nice receptionist for everything!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM! Driver couldnt continue my birthday party bus trip in November because of a heavy snowfall we had to turn around mid trip. Now all of a sudden it's a different story on me rescheduling. Record any and all calls with Tommy because if you don't he will lie to the boss about having a conversation with you. Long, funny conversations he claims he forgets. LOL!He promised there would be no problems.

Better yet if you do business here just get it from THE BOSSES MOUTH. Tommy made a mistake and he won't admit to it and now I'm out of money. Please don't mention a contract! We've been over that a million times. ZERO STARS FOR HONESTY AND INTEGRITY! I will rate you everywhere I turn.

Just used BVIP for my daughter's prom group of 20.they were AWESOME! Easy to work with, friendly driver, and fairly priced. The kids had a great time, and I would highly recommend them!

Worst experience you will ever have. We did not get the bus we reserved, the air conditioning worked very poorly, the Bluetooth did not work we had to have our phone plugged into the bus to be able to listen to music, the driver was 20 minutes late. We called to voice our displeasure and we got cussed out by one of the owners ( Anthony) ( literally cussed out) we were told it was not their fault we decided to take a bunch of overweight people on the bus with us that thats why we didn't have much room and that's why it felt like the air wasn't working.

As far as the radio not working thru Bluetooth we were told to shut the (H) up because it worked and we could of had someone else from a different seat work the phone. Our call ended by my wife being told to go to (H) and go (F) herself. ( By Anthony) If I were you I would take your business elsewhere. The owners ( Vicki and Anthony) will LIE to you, INSULT you and treat you very DISRESPECTFUL. THIS VETERANS CLUB WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

BVIP came through in a pinch and we couldn't be more pleased! Vicki and Renee were amazing helping us set-up, and our driver Brandon was amazing. Three thumbs up.

Driver was kind - but as our bus ran late. I handed driver $100 ( cash) saying - I know we ran over ( at this time 20 minutes) they proceeded to charge me for another full hour to my Credit card for another $150. In turn for a supposed 53 minutes - they got $250 from us. For 53 minutes! When calling the company - to discuss - this seems like an easy fix.

They were nasty and rude. Very condescending. - telling me that was the drivers tip- whereas earlier in the week when I paid in full- the driver was tipped in that amount- as they made it very clear. And as I made it clear we gave her the money for being over a little bit. Would not recommend for any event - as customer service is key. And completely robbing your customers should be illegal. Enjoy they $250 - hope it was worth it!

The large capacity and customer service is the best. We just booked the Browns home opener and a trip to Put in Bay in June. I can't wait!

Nothing but A+ service! They helped us out with a 5hr notice for a last minute bus and we're nothing but accommodating and professional. We will continue to use them for all of our needs moving forward. Thanks Anthony for being so friendly and welcoming to all of our group!

Beth was an amazing driver. She treated me and my party with the utmost respect and she interacted with us. We will definitely be using BVIP again and hopefully we have Beth as our driver.

No email stating thank you for my business. No follow up service to do a survey on service. After drop off, tried to reach out to office. Seen my call, never called back, but when payment was due, they seen call and called right back! Customer service is top priority with any business. Customer come first!

BVIP was so professional and timely. Easy to work with and very accommodating. They were flexible with our unique agenda and arrived on time without any complaints from anyone. I did not have to put in much work to make sure that the shuttle was appropriately bringing guests from the hotel to the venue. They did everything on auto-pilot without needing much direction. I did not have to hear a word from them and things just happened according to schedule- I would say that is a great success!

A group of 20 friends and I used BVIP for a work holiday party on 11/30. AJ was our driver and he was fantastic! He was so polite and prompt. The bus was super clean and a great size. The music hookup worked well and the lights really added to the fun! Our group had an awesome time! I will definitely use this company again in the future. Thank you so much.

BVIP Limo's service helped round out our guest experience for our wedding! Our guests loved being picked up from their hotel and shuttled to our venue & back. We didn't have to worry about our guests driving under the influence and our guests' safety was really important to us! BVIP provided the exact right amount of shuttle hours needed, were very accommodating, professional & friendly.

All of our guests were very happy with the shuttle buses - especially since they had a 25 minute ride! I would recommend BVIP to any bride who is looking for a reasonably priced shuttle service to make their remote venue work!

We hired BVIP for our wedding on 9/7 and the service was exceptional! The driver was both punctual and polite. Everyone had a great time cruising around in their amazing Hummer Limo! We did hit a snag on the way that impacted our timeline for the day, but managed to get through it and the manager, Anthony, was great to work with for a win-win resolution.
