The driver was at our front door 15 minutes before he was suppose to, knocked on our door politely, took our bag, help med in the car, had a smile the whole time and was very pleasant.

This bus is absolutely wonderful. It was very clean, and neat. The bus looks luxurious in the inside with cushioned seats. At nighttime there are even led lights (blue). I hired this company to pick me and my husband up after our wedding. After the wedding, the car was no where to be found. I noticed I had a few missed calls on my phone and called them back. They were saying they were at the provided address and that it was dark. I am not from the town where we had our wedding so I have no clue where they were. We waited for a while and ended up driving ourselves home.
They never even offered a portion of a refund back. Instead, they blamed me for not giving them a back up number, which they never asked for. Also, I checked the contract and I did provide the correct address, and when this address is entered into a gps system, you end up exactly at that specific property. I did it before the wedding. I feel that as "professional drivers" if they are unsure of their destination, maybe they should have scoped out the area ahead of time. They kept my $250 that they charged me for services never rendered and did not even try to make it right.

Critical: Professionalism A company should park passenger vans on it's own lot and not in a residential neighborhood. A van belonging to this company continues to violate parking rules against this type of behavior. If you cannot afford to park transportation vehicles on it's own lot then I recommend against using them.

I use this service all the time. The drivers are always on time and courteous. The drivers were well dressed. No matter what vehicle I order, they are always fully equipped with water, mints, and hand sanitizer. I have used other transportation services and was very skeptical in using this company. I have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!

This transportation company blew me away. From the first phonecall for pricing with Elias, to confirmation e-mails from Elias and Rick, to our wonderful driver Izzat, the professionalism was 100%. I needed transportation for a wine tour for 25 people and called a number of local transportation companies none of which had prices anywhere near as reasonable as this company.
Our schedule for the tour (which I arranged) was very laid back and we didn't have any specific timeframe for arriving or leaving our destinations. Izzat was extremely accommodating and told us he was there for us whenever we were ready. Our last stop of the tour was totally spontaneous and was going to put us over our 6 hour pre-arranged time slot, so I asked Izzat if it would be alright to add one extra hour to our total trip. Again, Izzat was so warm and accommodating and said, "absolutely!" with a big smile.
The day following our wine tour I received a bill in my e-mail for the exact agreed upon price per hour (plus the extra hour) which was very nice. Overall a truly wonderful experience. With this kind of exceptional service, a la carte limo will always be my first choice for transportation!

We reserved a seven passenger SUV for transportation to the Notre Dame v. Navy game at Fed Ex Field. Because of changing circumstances we had to change the reservation several times and each change was mad effortlessly and without any complaint. A brand new black Suburban with a great driver picked us up at the scheduled time and place and delivered us back to the Monaco Hotel after the game safe and sound. Terrific experience.

Hotel Palomar assisted me in arranging a car with A La Carte to pick up my family from the airport. My sister and her daughters were traveling from Australia on their own for the first time. My sister was totally impressed with the excellent service they got. The driver waited at the gate for over 45 mins for them to clear customs. They were taken to their hotel promptly. My niece said "he was SO nice to us". I am very grateful for their excellent service today.

I purchased the 5hr tour with a Groupon. The bus seemed nice and my party had a good time, but I feel there could have been some better communication and more to offer in their winery tour package. As some people have mentioned in reviews, the wineries were surprised that a large group of people show up at once, which I noticed with our tour. This is what you basically get with the tour - Transportation, nothing else.
If you just want a ride to 3 wineries, then take the wine tour. If you are expecting more, don't waste your money and just dive to the wineries that they visit on your own.

Wow, I wish we'd read the reviews here before booking our Groupon tour! NOTHING about this "tour" was as advertised, from the initial offer to choose from a stretch limo or party bus (the company changed the wording on the ad after we'd purchased it) to the ability to choose our wineries, to the implication in the ad that you'd be picked up at a mutually amenable location.
We ended up on a commuter bus with a driver who was literally watching a movie while driving, who never spoke to us and got irritated when we asked for basic information such as what time we should return to the bus. The wineries were shocked when we arrived, as if the company had not made any prior reservations. Overall, very poor outing, poorer communication, and argumentative staff when we tried to make our plans and get clarification on the details.

The Living Social deal for a chauffeured wine tour was not honored as advertised. Over the last year, I've repeatedly emailed the company trying to set up a tour as advertised and have been told that either the tour was leaving from Reston Town Center (when West Falls Church was the only advertised location -- adding Reston Town Center then limits the company's ability to go to varying vineyards and also limits the available days to go on the tour) or that I couldn't choose which winery we can go to and we can only go to one, not two. Here's an excerpt from the deal promotion: "You have a selection of tours to pick from, including wineries in areas like Leesburg, Middleburg, and Warrenton before you hop in the mini bus for your three-hour excursion.
Or spend your day hopping along Route 9. No matter what you choose." The company offered few options leaving from West Falls Church, and when they do, you can't choose anything about the tour -- they limit the tour to only one winery -- of their choosing -- and there is certainly no option to "hop along Route 9." The fact that the customer has no choice in the locations makes this deal worthless, especially when they choose to go to one winery that you do not wish to go to.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company. I bought a deal through Living Social to tour one of the wineries in Virginia. They were slow to respond in terms of booking the tour, but I over-looked it, as I was very excited to go. The day of the tour, we arrive at the appointed location and at the time that was given to me in the email when I booked the tour.
As it turns out, the bus had left two hours earlier and my boyfriend and I weren't even on the list to go. I called the company and they didn't have any other tours going out that day, so we were going to have to re-schedule. They apologized profusely, offered to reimburse us for the Living Social deal and two free tickets to each of the wineries they service.
They also said they would find out what happened and get back to me on Monday. I felt this was more than fair, and was satisifed with their response. This was the last weekend in March Checking in one month later, they never called me back. I have had to email them numerous times, and they finally asked for my address over two weeks ago, to send vouchers as reimbursement for the Living Social deal. Shockingly enough, I still haven't received them, and we're now going on mid-May.
I have contacted them yet again, but I am not optimistic. I may as well have flushed my money down the toilet for all the help they have been. Overall, I have been extremely dissatisfied with their service. At best, they seem unreliable, and at worst, they don't care about their customers. Very disappointing experience.
