Lana's Limousine

I had the pleasure of experiencing Lana's Limousine service yesterday. Nothing I asked was 'too much' to ask. From arranging specific times for several pickups (in one day!) to a request for the driver to be masked to text and email confirmations to a polite and professional driver, everything was handled perfectly! I had a completely stress-free experience. I would highly recommend Lana's, and, look forward to enjoying this service again!

Just used Lana's Limo service for departure & arrival at JFK. Couldn't have been an easier transition. By far, the best service around.

Lanas is one of the best businesses I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I have been using Limos since 1980, Lanas is the best limo service I have ever used out of maybe one hundred. One month ago I scheduled a major long haul job for this morning with Lenas. At noon yesterday, it became apparent that I needed to change the booking to 2PM yesterday. One call to Lanas and their response was "no problem". It was accomplished, everything was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Lenas. Absolutely the best!

Lana's Limo is extremely reliable, cars are new and clean, drivers very courteous. I strongly recommend them for transportation in and around NYC.

Called them 3 times. Each time they took my number but never get back to my call. Maybe its a good thing, they saved me from future headache if I hired them.

I used Lana's 4 times (to/from NYC/Westchester) within 1 week's time. Very impressed w/ their professionalism. Note: they are competitive and paying by cash saved me bucks 1st and 2nd trips. 3rd and 4th trips were last minute/prime time so higher fees were completely understandable to me.

Used Lana's Limo to travel into Manhattan with friends for a birthday. LOVED their service! They were prompt, professional, and the vehicle was super sleek and new, beautiful! I felt completely safe leaving our bags and valuables in the car. I look forward to using them again and would 10/10 recommend their services!

For my limo, I cared about one thing - showing up on time. Lana's Limo showed up 15 minutes early. More than that, they worked to fit within my budget and were really flexible in coming up with a package that fit my needs. They were outstanding!

Booked for my wedding and the service was TERRIBLE. "Guaranteed" they would be there (with a 25% upcharge just for a wedding). They called 4 hours before and said they had no limo for us. Had to argue with them to send appropriate cars for the bridal party. They finally got a limo for the church to reception but wouldn't leave the church until "the contract went through" so the whole bridal party was late to the reception. They wouldn't return any of our phone calls for months following. I would give zero stars if possible. Completely disappointed. AWFUL.

I just want to thank Lana and her team for handling my wedding reservation so professionally and on time. I had reserved the vehcile from another company that was not responsive and made me nervous as the day was coming closer. I looked up lana's limo online and couldnt have asked for better service. They reassured me that everything will happen as I had expected and it very well did.

They elminated any gaps in communication and really came out expert professionals as they are. Thank you again Lana, you 20+ years in this field really shows the way you treat your clients. Thank you and I would recommend you to anyone for their special event as realiability is the most important thing on such occasions.

Lana's Limo provided transportation on our wedding day a few days ago. The service was fine, but they attempted to call me DURING my wedding ceremony (literally, my phone rang while I was standing in front of 200 people and my Maid of Honor had forgotten to turn it off) to tell me that they were charging me one hour of overtime because they couldn't get in touch with me to clarify what they should do.

Of course they couldn't get in touch with me. I had paid them to provide shuttle service during my own wedding! And then because they couldn't reach me to clarify what they should do, they went ahead and charged me for an hour of extra time. I want to be clear that I had given specific instructions during the booking process, so there shouldn't have been any confusion or any need to clarify.

If you do decide to use Lana's limo for your important event, be sure to designate a contact person, and explicitly ask them not to contact you during your event. which you would think goes without saying.

From how easy it was to put through a request, to the professionalism of lana and her staff to the limo and driver, we couldn't have been more pleased! So glad we called them for my daughters Quinceanera and will make sure to use them for ALL future events!

I have used the service on several occasions from making the reservation with Maryann to the driver Javier it was a flawless experience. I recommend this service. The vehicles are clean and always on time.

I tried Lana's Limos to go from Hartsdale to LaGuardia and also booked them for a reverse trip. I was very impressed when I received both emails and texts to confirm my bookings and car arrivals. The driver taking us to the airport texted m to say he way early and to let me know we can leave whenever I was ready. I was warmly greeted and we enjoyed having bottled water at the ready when we were thirsty.

A nice touch. On our return trip - the driver arranged with me to pick us up on he arrivals level since we had no luggage and there was minimal traffic on that level. The drivers were friendly, polite and patient with my daughter (Way past her bed time on the return trip!). I highly recommend using Lana's Limos!

We used Lanas Limo for our last two vacations. The drivers were prompt, pilote and friendly. I got text messages the night before we left with the driver information. Even at the crack of dawn they were ready to go on time. When our flight arrived early they were there. Great customer service.

We used Lana's limo for a birthday dinner recently. Overall, pricey, but service was great. Driver (I think his name was Cam) was professional and arrived early. Would have given 5 stars except the limo (which was supposed to be "brand new") was far from new. It was still in good shape, but part of their sell to justify the price was a brand new limo.

It was probably 8-10 years old, and had a strong "carpet cleaner smell" to it. I don't think I would have noticed if they hadn't used the words brand new in their sales pitch. If the limo was as nice and professional as the driver they would have gotten 5 stars.

WISH I COULD RATE IT 0 STARS----WORST COMPANY! I WILL NEVER LET THEM RUIN ANOTHER WEDDING AGAIN- dirty limo, limo gets lost to try and charge you overage, driver goes to get pizza on our running clock, and Amir and Lana will talk over you when you call to defend their driver versus listen to you as the customer- rudest most ignorant people I have ever dealt with- SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR WALLET AND DEAL WITH SOMEONE WORTH DEALING WITH! Rather than a company that wants you to call and discuss a bad ride on your wedding day and honeymoon. THEY DESERVE TO FAIL!
